Shiva was my favorite for the looks! (it's rare to see girls in games!!!!!)
But Knights of the Round was very effective!!! (but to long to summon.... sweatdrop )

Knights of the Round because of its Power, its easier to beat the 3 Ultimate wepoans and beating Sephiroth with it is too easy.

i had a few of them Odin,Phoenix,Bahamut ZERO,Knights of the Round
but if i had to choose it would be a tie between Phoenix and Knights of the round
