The fire had spread, it was coming from above and below both. The sky was aflame. The pits below screamed with jets of crimson fury. Mia couldn't see a way Adorea would survive a fall like that, much less the molten eruptions spewing forth. Slamming a fist into the ground and ignoring the pain that shot through her arm in response, she rolled from the edge and faced back toward the main attraction of this hellish carnival. She was fairly sure she knew exactly what the cause of all this was, or at least where to direct her anger.

Moving forward as quickly as her battered body allowed, Mia noticed others seeming to try to widen the cracks and chasms forming in the rock. The dragon (she didn't necessarily believe it was but if it looked and quacked like a duck, close enough) seemed genuinely perturbed by the foundation's instability, and the historian was determined to do her part. Reaching for the closest, heaviest piece of debris she could find, she hurled it into a tenuous-looking crevice. Her efforts were rewarded with the tiniest plume of ash she could imagine.

Others might have been disheartened. Mia decided to down the thing with the death of a thousand cuts approach. Again and again she reached for detritus, flinging it with all of her greatly depleted strength into the cracks. No single impact was notable, but she was hoping it would build to an end result.

Slowly but surely Illyria's body stopped trembling. Time and being held, even if by an unfamiliar senshi, was helping the young mauvian to shake the terror that had consumed her while hanging from the ledge. Someone had been able to hear her and had come to her aid when she needed in the most. As she felt her rescuer's grip change to one that was softer Illyria finally took in the appearance of the one that had saved her.

A soft purring flowed through her as she ascertained that yes, this senshi was order-aligned and thus a friend in waiting. Her tiny voice piped up as she tried to express her gratitude, "I'm okay. Thank you for rescuing me." Wriggling a little Illyria managed to twist her body to remain perched in Ida's arms before catching sight of the large reptilian dragon that was causing all the mayhem. Was this the enemy? Her gaze swung back and forth as if searching for an idea to come to her. Having none come to mind Illyria glanced to the one that currently held her. Even though she was purring Illyria's tail began to swish back and forth in agitation. Was this nightmare never going to end?

Arching her back she let out a frightened hiss before a beam of light shot from her forehead towards the ground. The result of which left Illyria once more being not able to lift a paw. She didn't know what she'd done ... only that it left her feeling extremely tired.

If you roll between 8-10 you notice a large chasm next to you. There are plenty of rocks and debris that seem like you could throw it in to try and disrupt the ground. If you have magic, now would be a good time to let it loose! However you choose to attack the ground, you manage to cause a visible tremor to ripple across the surface. You can feel something shifting beneath the ground shift but, thankfully, the platform is resolute.
