(( 149)) Caliban dropped a pair of Rindo berries on the pile and made a face. He didn't like those very much at all, but someone else might.

this has been monotonous!)) 150Jax gathered up another berry and put it in the pile. "I think that should be enough" she said, surveying the pile of berries, leaves, and such. Qixel QIXEL!! move dis sucker along plz!

Deciding that, yes, this was definitely enough for for everyone, Caliban reclaimed a few of the Liechi berries he'd found. He hopped onto a flat rock and curled up to gnaw sleepily on his supper.

With enough food for everyone gathered, the group of pokemon ate their fill and slept for the night. As the sun rose, the group decided to press onward - the sanctum shouldn't be that far away, right? Turns out, the group didn't get very far before the narrow path was cut short by the hulking form of a pokemon lazing about.  What do you do now? Darmanitan Roadblock No need to roll dice this time, just roleplay your responses.

After the difficult day, it was nice to finally eat and sleep. The plants in the area provided plenty of cover for Rei, and he happily found a patch of grass to curl up and sleep on.
In the morning, Lain still had not reappeared. That was somewhat worrying, since he'd kind of hoped she'd show up overnight to guide them. but between the narrow pass they'd come from and the rocky mountains around them, there was really only one clear path, and they continued on it. It was narrow, but not difficult. Until they came across a rather large pokemon that was sprawled on the path, blocking the way.
Rei blinked up at the large, hairy red pokemon before stepping forward to speak up. "Excuse me, but could you please move aside? We'd like to continue down this path, and there's not enough space for us to get around you."

Jax rested well that night, having been worn out from all the walking, swimming, wind fighting and not to mention painful occurrences inside that damned cave the ditzy Masquerain had led them into. She slept curled up next to the two small members of their little party, making sure they stayed safe through the night. She awoke the next morning a little stiff but feeling better than the previous night. Jax made sure Cecil and Barnaby were alright before she went and decided to munch on some food for breakfast, relishing in the taste of the berries. Once they were back on their way, it wasn't long before they stumbled upon yet another road block. She looked at the Darmanitan and sighed. "Ugh..." She cautiously walked up to it and said, "Pardon me, Darmanitan, but would you mind terribly moving so that our party may continue on its path? You see, we are trying to reach Shaymin's Sanctuary. Do you perhaps know where that is?" She asks politely.

Marmalade was picking bindis out of her fur as they went. "I think I got them all. Can you see any?" she asked Pangolin.
"There are some on your back," hissed Pangolin in reply.
Marmalade quickly felt around and found them. "You're lucky you don't have so much fur."
"I think so," said Pangolin, laughing a hissing chuckle. He saw the pokemon ahead before Marmalade as she was still picking out the irritating bindis. "Who is that?"
Marmalade looked up. "Oh, is that a darmanitan? I have not seen one in a dragonite's age. It seems very sleepy." They approached with the others. "Excuse me, can we get by you, please?" she asked politely.
Pangolin admired her manners and thought she was a real lady, but perhaps that would not work in response to a lazy pokemon.

Chi looked up at the lazy pokemon. She glanced at either side of it before sitting to scratch her ear with her hind leg. Well, maybe she could get it to move to where they had come from. A few pokemon had made comfy places to sleep back where they'd had their meal. 'Are you tired?' she asked, lowering her leg and standing again. She stepped up beside Rei to address the Darmanitan. 'There's some very nice beds back the way we came from. Its not too far from here, actually.'

Caliban was feeling much better after a good night's sleep, but after all of yesterday's trials and tribulations he wasn't about to be patient with someone blocking the way out of sheer laziness. The Leafeon puffed out his chest and stood tall, narrowing his eyes in an intimidating glare. "You're going to need to move!" he barked gruffly. "We're on our way to Shaymin's sanctum." If the Darmanitan made way without objection, fine. But if the bigger Pokémon was going to be difficult, Caliban was well prepared to wrestle them out of the way.

The darmanitan merely scratched its butt as it lazed about, apparently not hearing the requests to move.

The Darmanitan was simply ignoring them! After all this, Caliban wasn't taking that. Snarling in indignation, he leapt atop the other Pokémon's furry, red bulk. The Leafeon seized one massive eyebrow in his teeth and began to yank. "You... will... let... us... by!" he grunted, muffled by his mouthful of fluff.

Marmalade frowned. "He's ignoring us," she said to Pangolin. "Well, he's not really asleep, just lazy, so a pokeflute won't work. Maybe... It seems unsporting... but maybe we should attack it?"
Pangolin immediately shot off a burst of Swift stars at the Darmanitan.
Marmalade stared in shock. "I just... I didn't mean... Oh no, well if he takes offence, we'll just tunnel under him, won't we?"
Pangolin nodded. He could dig an escape tunnel.

Rei frowned when repeated polite requests to move apparently fell on deaf ears. Actually, there was a thought. Perhaps it was actually deaf? He was about to step up and nudge it to get its attention, when a Leafeon started tugging at its fur, and then another pokemon attacked it. Well, that ought to get its attention, one way or another. Rei stood at the ready to run or defend, just in case the Darmanitan did not react well to being attacked.
