She was going to try the tea again, maybe to finally redeem herself. She'd learned a lot from watching stalking after Jay and Senga and took those thoughts into consideration as she grabbed the leaves. It had been the last few times she had put too much or too little, after she had stuffed them in she looked down and found there were a little too many, but it was manageable at least.
Step one down. She thought bitterly and grabbed for the water.
With no one around she felt no need to be impatient and listened to the water as it began to bubble lightly over the fire. There was a nod and she poured it, happy to see just the tiniest hint of steam rise from the cup. It was the perfect temperature. She wanted to smile but held it back with a stoic face, it could all come crashing down still.
Iyari waited. And waited. Her eyes were almost pleading with the cup and her feathers twitched anxiously as she watched it. She almost felt like she should leave it there to fester out of anger from her previous attempts, but couldn't help herself. As soon as the color of the tea seemed to fill the entire cup, she grabbed it assertively with both hands.
She shoved the cup at the little pixie, as if to say "Drink this or die" with her piercing gaze.
To her surprise the pixie kept drinking past the first sip and even went on to finish the tea off. There were a few tense seconds before Iyari got a nod from the little judge.
Now she smiled.
"About damn time."
Iyari was finally a tea champion.

Last time he was here at the booth he had made himself a pretty good cup of tea. Today he just felt like sitting and relaxing. Sure making tea wasn't really his thing, but he found a new appreciation for flavors and types.
Though he really enjoyed a cold cup more then a heated one. It tasted closer to toilet water if it not been heated. Though the taste was certainly more appealing then whatever he drank out of the toilet (he tried not to do that around other students they thought it was gross).
He leaned far back from his cup at the booth for a little nap. Going to just let everything he order be just right before drinking it.

While he was letting his tea for drinking settle he couldn't seam to get comfortable enough for a nap. So he walked over to the tea table to try making his own again. It went over pretty well honestly- though it was more 'nicely brewed water' as it had zero flavoring in it. This is why he didn't make his own tea for himself. Either he did it wrong or it would give somebody weird the chance to read his fortune. iStoleYurVamps I'll take a token please smile

His own tea had finally reached the temp he wanted it to be. But as he slowly let it sift between his lips it still seamed rather bland. The booth did however offer flavors (some that looked like they even came from the garbage!) Maybe he would give those a go today since it was the booths last day open. It was sad really considering he just found out how good tea was quite recently.

He picked out his first flavor and it smelled like raw fish. He gave it a small taste and it was BITTER very BITTER. Most likely because of the soy sauce. He was really glad he had not added this at all to his own tea. It was disgusting. EW!

Oh man, he didn't even have to question how this one would taste before he dumped into into his tea. MEAT. He would never turn down the taste of meat- ever. And meat flavored tea- THAT was going to be a win on it's own when he was done picking his last flavor. He hoped it was something from the garbage.

It was more cat food. It wrinkled his nose at the shrimp. He wasn't going to taint his beef tea with any of this stuff at all. But he was a dog so he ate it anyway. Food was food. It just wasn't GOOD food.

Now his tea was flavored with beef. He was happy with it's temp and he was going to enjoy a damn fine cup of tea. He bent over the cup and looking back and forth he could see nobody was watching. He started to lap at it with his tongue. Mmmmm Beef flavored.
Though he didn't see why people though he was so weird for drinking tea or anything for that matter the way he did. It was pretty normal for him. He didn't see how anything could be weird considering they were all dead, not to mention enjoyed handing out candy to children once a year (well he did anyway...other people seamed to enjoy SCARING kids more).

Time for tea brewing again. Ren had made some quite tasty tea earlier, but considering it was all gone now...
Nope not good at all this time. Ren made a face and moved on.

But he would sneak an onigiri while he was at it.
It wasn't the best tasting thing, but at least he found a little prize along with it...iStoleYurVamps 3 - Umeboshi (pickled plums) (+1 Token win!)

Billy stopped at the tea booth. He was interested that there was a tea booth. Wait, you had to brew your own? Ah well, he decided to try it anyways.
But he used too many leaves, in water too cold, and trued to compensate for the cool water by leaving the tea longer. He really had no idea how to do this. he noticed the little pixie think shake it's head as it noted down his lowly score of 1.

Well, atleas there were little food things for him to try. he had honestly never seen food like this before, but what was the harm? Except he looked at that list of what was in the things. Ehhhh.... but if a prize was possible? he wasn't overly impressed with the flavor he got. Seriously? Salty fish and mayo? Kinda gross. At least he won something. iStoleYurVamps 17- Salted salmon with mayo (+1 Token win!)

Alice came by the booth, thinking that this was going to be the last time she would be able to make some tea and win a possible prize. She quickly headed towards that area to make tea, and began to process. IStoleYurVamps Die 1- Leaf ratio 6-10: You have just the right amount of leaves. Not too many, not too few. (+3 points) Die 2- Water temperature 6-10: Perfect. The water is bubbling just enough. (+3 points) Die 3- Steep time 1-5: Too soon you pull it out, leaving you with water with just a hint of flavor. (+0 points) Total Score: 5-7: Your tea is pretty good! Pick a token or random minipet! Quote iStoleYurVamps, Alice thought that she did pretty well, but that would mean a completely different thing to the owner of the booth. sn: vampireluvr97 minipet please.

Tea wasn't Mort's thing, but the smell had drawn him in anyway. It was a peaceable atmosphere which, after the hustle and bustle of the festivities of the past few days, was a welcome sight. Maybe there was something to the whole "tea calming" deal . . . Though he wasn't sure he was capable of making one on his own at the moment.
Frankly Mort was not well-versed in the ways of cooking at all; he even had tried it at the alchemy booth but that had been something of a flop as well. As he leaned against the booth to catch his breath, he eyed the arranged teapots and cups and crossed his arms.
