I'm not sure if this has been answered anywhere, and if it has, please point me towards it.
But!
I was wondering if the physical upgrades powereds get with their upgrades (being able to jump multi-stories, speed, etc) exist when they aren't powered. IE would it be possible for a civilian - who is a powered individual - to run much faster than others, or jump those stories? Would, if angry enough, could an eternal senshi or general in civilian form be able to break through a wall or door with just their fist?
Or are these 'buffs' just attached to their uniforms and only present while powered up?
The physical upgrades gained only appear when the character is in powered form. Once a character returns to their Civilian form, they are back to human limitations--although they retained expedited healing in this form!

Since knights can de-summon their weapons and re-summon them as needed (at least that was the consensus in chat), would it be reasonable for a knight to have a large weapon impractical for mobility (i.e. a piano or butter churn)? Would having a weapon that limits mobility so much permit stronger effects/broader range/longer time constraints within reason?
A weapon must be capable of being wielded, sorry! While some unrealistically larger weapons are allowed, (such as giant swords), if the weapon cannot be lifted it cannot be used, sorry! A piano would be too big and wouldn't be able to be wielded as a weapon.

can senshi half-youmafy? why or why not?
in addition, what extent of youma grafting can they endure and how does that function?
unrelatedly, is it still canon that a character can survive on life support without their starseed for weeks? (like in some of the older events where characters ended up in comas without starseeds)
Senshi cannot half youmify; youma are still programmed to hate senshi, even if they are corrupted and work for the Negaverse. Because of this, they are incompatible to function as a merged being. If a youma and senshi tried to merge, they would tear themselves apart and rather than create a new being, both would simply cease to exist. While a senshi can still youmify due to an overwhelming Chaos affecting their starseed, due to their nature there is no middle ground: they will either die or turn into a full youma. If they turn into a youma, they will lose all connection with their senshi side and will only be able to use (approved) youma magic.
To some degree, senshi could have youma prosthetics, but this would not qualify as a half-youmafication and would always require approval from the mule. An example of this might be a youma eye to replace a lost eye; the eye might see in black and white, in normal colors, energy signatures (only of those in the usual area surrounding)--the eye would not have any additional abilities, only substitute abilities. The same could be said about any other youma prosthetics.
A senshi should not have large portions of their body grafted with a youma and this would only be done in extreme situations. It is an incredibly volatile procedure and likely to result in death, so it is not a practice commonly used by the Negaverse.
A person can also be sustained for a short time while without a starseed and on life support; how long they can survive depends a lot on the willpower and general health of the person, but without a starseed their mind will shut down while in a comatose state. Organs will begin to shut down and the body will slip into an irreparable state. Generally this will occur over a few weeks; anything longer will need a plot and approval from the mule!

i appreciate the answers given in my previous questions! however, i would like to ask further about the process of magical youma grafting. even corrupted senshi are unable to command youma, as is established in canon. with a youma graft, how would they be able to summon it when powered up? is it always with them as an inseparable portion to their powered identity, do they need an escort into the rift to reclaim their grafted piece, does this grafted piece rebel against them?
secondly, what if an ascendant general tried to merge with a youma? youma can and have accepted characters of this type; is it therefore possible for them to become half youmafied? or does the basis of them still being a senshi render that avenue incompatible as well?
A youma graft would becomes a part of the character no matter what form they take. In powered, it appears more like the youma it was grafted from. In human, it takes on a glamour to appear human but with a more withered appearance than a normal human body part. For example, a grafted youma eye might appear milky or pale, or a grafted limb might appear scarred or off color. This graft is not a merging of starseeds; there is nothing for the senshi to control. It is a scientific experiment of the Negaverse to transplant one limb to another. In the case of youma they may be able to tailor specific youma to fit the needs of their officers. This would be done through an overseen procedure; the Senshi or other Officer would not go into the Rift or try to reclaim a piece themselves. The grafted piece, because it has no starseed or ties to one of its own, would simply be used to substitute another limb. Because this is a transplant, it may be rejected by the body or be generally incompatible. These are not human limbs so may be toxic to the host body if not done properly--which is why the Negaverse will not transplant youma parts to a certain degree, and why only professionals are involved in the procedure.
Regarding the Ascendant Generals, they are still senshi so even though they have gained abilities of entering the Rift and command over lesser youma, attempt at merging would still tear them apart resulting in death or being turned into a full youmafication. Their starseeds are simply incompatible so a true merge cannot be completed.

Could someone who was non-negaverse reach into the holes on a Corrupt, or would it just seem like oddly-colored skin?
I.E: Corrupt Sailor Bananas puts Palooza Squire's hands on her chest and forehead. Would Palooza encounter a 'barrier' preventing her from pushing any further into the holes, or would she be incapable of treating them as holes at all, and would only be able to interact with them as she would skin?
There is a barrier keeping not only Non-negaverse related characters from reaching into the holes but also agents of Chaos as well. No one is able to simply stick their hand into a Corrupts chest unless they were attempting access to the starseed once more. It would be just like putting your hand on a normal chest.

Can powers change over lifetimes?
For instance - is it possible that the Bimini of the past (ancestoral) had a slightly different magic than the current Bimini (as long as it still fits with the power guidelines for the 'planet'?)
And if so, what about reincarnated knights or senshi? Could pastJuno have different 'canopy' related powers than the present one or are powers constant and set in stone like spheres?
The Power possessed by a Knight or a Senshi cannot be greatly different from their past lives. However, because of the past life connection to their homeworld/wonder, the overall protection of a planet, and the starseeds connection to the planet, past life powers were far stronger than present day. Knight Weapons could have changed slightly to suit their current incarnation. These cannot be great differences (unless you send in a plot and have a solid reasoning). In the past, a reasonable difference that wouldn't require approval is a spear that has now morphed into a staff.
In general, it is the strength of the magic that changes, not the magic.

I am slow and just realised the Disposables thread is specifically 'Solo Disposable Approvals'. Is there a different process if I wanted to use an NPC powered character in a Regular or Battle RP? Eg. If I'm plotting with another player, but can't find a PC powered character to fit a specific role in our story, is it okay to use a non-player/'disposable' character in the RP, or is that frowned on? Would approval go to the same place as for solos?
At the moment, there isn't a rule that disposables used in a roleplay need to be posted for approval, but this may change in the future so we can better keep track of disposables. While there is no rule now, we welcome anyone interested in using one to post in the current disposable approval thread. If a disposable is meant to be a reoccurring character for some time, please submit a plot for approval to staff via a PM to the mule!

Can Guardians get drunk? Since they are not biologically like cats and are Maus, can they in theory drink (and consume things that would otherwise be harmful to cats)?
Is it considered ethically taboo for a guardian to develop feelings for a senshi since they are a different species and are the ones that awaken them? ((Example: Artemis being attracted to Venus despite being with (not specified as married) to Luna.)) Are they considered a teacher to the guardians to keep them on the right path?
Is it taboo or seen as morally wrong in any way for a Mau to be with cats AFTER they are awakened as a Mau and realize they are not just a cat?
Mauvians can get drink! Many different organisms can be affected by alcohol when ingested, and they are not exempt! They can also consume things that would be considered harmful to cats without risk of getting sick.
It isn't necessarily considered taboo for a Mauvian to develop feelings for a human, though certain individuals may find this taboo depending on the nature of the relationship. They are both intelligent creatures and, while aliens, could theoretically be emotionally compatible. It would be difficult to maintain a physical relationship because the Mauvains are naturally in a state akin to a cat and can only rarely take on human form, however emotional attachments would be acceptable.
It would be considered taboo for a Mauvian to be with a normal cat after awakening due to the extreme difference in mental capabilities; this would likely seem taboo and shunned in the Mauvian society.

How do Dark Mirrors power up? The info thread wasn't clear -- do they need to seek out cats for both naming/pens AND powerups, or...?
I know this has probably been stated before, but...
Dark Mirror Senshi do need to seek out Chaos cats for naming/pens as well as powerups! The Dark Mirror Court can bring people into Mirrorspace to awaken, but only a Guardian Cat can provide a pen; sometimes the Black Mirror might whisper their senshi name to them during the awakening process, but Guardian Cats are generally required for for acquiring a pen and identification (senshi name and sphere). Even a Royal senshi cannot identify a senshi on sight and usually relies on a Guardian Cat to point out a potential Senshi Candidate. While the Royal can create a Mirror for the Civilian to step through (and awaken them), the Mauavian will still need to provide the pen.
Dark Mirror Senshi cannot upgrade each other, though! They rely on a Guardian Cat to upgrade their pen. The Guardian Cat will sense when the Dark Mirror Senshi is ready to receive more power and will upgrade their pen! The effect will not be immediate, though; the Dark Mirror Senshi must then go through a Mirror to actually receive the upgrade! Because they have a false starseed and Mirrorspace houses their real starseed, the upgrade is only complete once the Dark Mirror Senshi passes through Mirrorspace! This can be as simple as them Mirrorwalking into and out of the same Mirror; once they step in and then out of the Mirror again, they will have access to their new power!

Is it possible to glimpse a dark mirror in transit through a mirror's reflection? For example, if Tag Swagger was eyeing his good looks in his vanity mirror, might he see DMS Requiem creepin' by? Would regular civs see this?
No; mirrors are doors and not windows. The only time a Dark Mirror Senshi would be visible in a mirror is if they were stepping out of it. Dark Mirror Senshi cannot use a mirror to clearly spy on someone from Mirrorspace (they can only use mirrors they know the exact location of, and even then the image would appear fully distorted, as if viewing in a funhouse mirror, or distorted by moving water), and you wouldn't be able to see what was going on in Mirrorspace. No matter how hard you stare at a Mirror though, you cannot see into Mirrorspace or see Dark Mirror Senshi Mirrorwalking midstep.

Can knight summons behave in non-standard ways at Wonders?
For example, Teide's summon is a goat that she can use for reconnaissance. Could it behave more like a normal goat (ie eat dead plants) at her Wonder?
No; a summon is basically magical energy and do not have biological functions. While they have infinite energy on a Wonder, they are not alive and do not necessarily act as the animal they take the shape of. While they may have a more corporeal body and be capable of interacting with the environment, they would not need to eat or ever feel the need to. While the Summons may attempt to help clear the grass, this would mean it was consciously choosing to aid rather than acting on biological need. It may chew the grass and spit it out to help her shorten it, but it would not be able to eat it.

Do guardian cats have people ears? Like, they have the cat ears, obviously. But like, what goes on where ears would be on people? Is it just elided?
No, they only have cat ears where their human ears would be. This is visible on some of the guardian cat templates (specifically some of the females!).

So OOC speaking I know the answer to this question is 1000% Princess/princes cannot and should not be entering the wonders of their knights without permission.
But from an IC standpoint (and/or for possible future plots) -
Because the homeworld of a senshi 'belongs' to them I'd imagine they can go wherever they want and that there aren't sections that they're just.. locked out of constantly. So technically, unless something special plot wise were going on in which the knight and their piece of the code was purposefully trying to keep their royal out at a certain time, would a royal be able to enter the wonders of their knights whether or not they are there?
A Royal cannot enter a wonder without approval/invitation from a Knight. While the Knight Wonder is located on the Royal's homeworld, the Knight is not necessarily subservient to the Royal. First and foremost, the Knight's loyalty is to the Code Piece they protect at that Wonder. It is up to the player if they want their Knight to also be subservient to the Royal. If the Royal has approval, they can come and go as they please. However that invitation can be revoked and thus the Royal no longer allowed to enter. While theoretically they could attempt to intrude on the Wonder, OOCly you would still need permission.

Is it possible to have a character that is a child star? They're on a sitcom or television show.
This is possible but they should not be massively popular due to the draining life style being a powered and an actor demands; it would be difficult to conceal a secret identity when dealing with the attention a celebrity would receive. It is recommended that they either only be playing small roles presently, or that if they were famous it was in the distant past so their hype has died down a little bit, allowing them the privacy they would need to maintain their dual identities.

I believe this was answered a long time ago, but I don't recall as BP and the Zodiac stuff was years ago -- do Zodiac Soldiers have an aura between Super and Eternal as far as power level goes, or are they simply equivalent to Eternal?
Zodiac senshi do have slightly different auras from normal senshi. A 1st level Zodiac has an aura that feels like something between a Super Senshi and an Eternal Senshi. A 2nd level Zodiac has an aura like an Eternal Senshi but should one sense it, it would be different from normal Eternal Senshi. Just different enough to know that something made this Order Character different from all the rest.
