mines would probably be......"nya" (although its more of a sound then a word X3 demo, kawaii!) I even say it at da of sentences. XD

to me, nothing beats METARU.
メタル(metal, as in the music genre)
I picked it up from my favourite celebrities who frequenly use it.
Everything good is metaru. It's a basic rule of the universe.
coffee-metaru, cake-metaru etc..
Also, I love "moshi moshi", what japanese say when they awnser their phone. Adorable!
I get a kick out of imagining a big scary yakuza-member awnsering his phone going "moshi mooshi~".

My favorite Japanese words are sumimasen, gomen, and kawaii. They mean excuse me/sorry, sorry and cute.
