Sora wakes up upon hearing her stomach growl. It is then that she realizes she hasn't eaten in days. I should probably find something to eat... She sits up slowly to avoid becoming dizzy.

 ≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎ Ɉack ≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎ ==== ☠ ==== I'd fallen asleep without meaning to. I woke up hearing something moving in the trees. I jumped to my feet, looking for the source of the sound. I had a sneaking suspicion that my father had found me again. I backed out of the trees, my eyes not leaving the forest. Once I was out of the trees, I turned and jumped into the air.I flew a couple dozen yards above ground, then turned back to see if whoever it was would follow me out. The sound was gone and the forest silent. I shook my head and flew away. I ended up landing in front of a cave. I didn't look in the cave. I ran my fingers through my hair, sighing. ==== ☠ ====

Sora hears movement outside and quietly shifts forms. I wonder if there is perhaps a bird or a deer out there, unsuspecting of a possible attacker... Hunger is in her eyes as she creeps far enough to where she can see a slight shadow. She leaps without warning, snarling. At first, she sees not who it is, but when she realizes, she lets go and runs away without a word.

Sora's too far away to hear by the time he calls out. She's not angry, more of confused. What was he doing there? Was it by chance that he just happened to land there? She whines as hunger pangs her stomach. "I must find food..." She runs into the forest.

Sora stalks a herd of deer through the bushes. She's downwind of them so they do not catch her scent. Her eyes shift from side to side, calculating distances and the sorts quicker than her heart beats. She freezes, catching scent of a rogue. That idiot is upwind of them! Just as she thinks this, the deer go running straight for her. She picks out the largest one and leaps, barely getting a good grip on its throat and dangles precariously in the air as she hangs on to it. She sinks her teeth in, feeling them strike through the buck's jugular.

Sora claws at the buck as he swings his head from side to side. This one wont give up without a fight! She hears a branch snap and before she knows it she's dragged off the buck by the rogue she smelled earlier.
"You are my prey now!" The rogue growls, saliva dripping from his maw. Sora snarls as she hears the buck stagger off to the side, slowly bleeding to death. "And you just let mine get away." She snarls calmly, shifting her shoulders slightly and then leaping upon the rogue with much ferocity. She yelps as she is slammed into a tree trunk and is forced to release her grip on him. He comes closer until her vision is blurred, and then goes for her throat. It is then that a blue flame licks Sora's fur and all at once the rogue is all the way across the clearing, his neck snapped in half, with the angered she-wolf standing over him. Her eyes flash and she takes off in the direction of the buck.

Sora chases after the buck, the flames still licking at her fur. She stops at the crest of a hill to find the buck lying on its side and a pack of the rogues tearing away at it. She snarls, her hunger and fury increasing quickly. She raises her head and howls, the flames bursting into spirals around her. She leaps down, sliding and then leaping onto the nearest rogue with blinding speed.

≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎ Ɉack ≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎ ==== ☠ ==== It appeared that she was getting out of control. It was time to intervene. I saw one of the other deer, also big in size, running away. I quickly flew down and snapped it's neck. I dropped it there and sped over to where she was. I picked her up before she could kill anymore of the rogues and carried her to the freshly killed deer, dropping her down in front of it and flew up into the air again. ==== ☠ ====

Sora looks up, surprised to see Jack. What is he doing? She sniffs at the deer, the flames dying down until they are just barely licking at her fur. "Thanks Jack.." She mutters before tearing into the dear's flesh ravenously.

Sora hears growling behind her and turns her head to see the rogues coming up the hill. "Back for more, are you?" She growls, standing protectively in front of the half-eaten deer. The rogues just growl and surround her in a half circle. Don't you dare interfere Jack.. Sora growls and lowers her head aggressively.
