°•~ Roku smiled to her as they received their food. He took up the chopsticks, the nasty disposable kind, but they would have to do. He took up the ramen and took a few bites before sighing in content. Best ramen he ever had was from this place. "So after this how about you and me go do some missions then? We missed the exams so we need to gather some points to rack up for our chunin positions. We are kind on our own though. But I received a letter from a friend earlier on today saying to meet him at the academy later. ~°•

Yet another thing that she picked up from life on the streets. For when you had little, you tended to take what you could when you could, fast enough so that someone else could not take it from you. Although that was no longer the case, it was so heavily ingrained upon her behavior that it was just second nature to her now. But she stopped when he mentioned a friend. A single slender eyebrow raising at the comment. She wiped a little bit of excess sauce off her chin with a napkin. " A friend? Who might that be then?" She had stopped for the time being, not wanting to seem like some kind of pig.

He asked the chef to just give him whatever was good and a few minutes later, a steaming hot bowl of ramen was in front of him. He broke apart the disposable chopsticks and began. He was literally dumbfounded, a symphony of flavors danced across his tongue and literally brought tears to his eyes. It was literally the most delicious thing he had ever tasted. He dug in and ate.

There was only one person in her mind that really stuck out. She shrugged and went back to her food. She was done in no time at all. For such a slender girl she really could put the food away. It was odd, but she didn't question it. She was still a growing 13 year old girl and as such she needed her energy. She stretched out. " Ah! That was great! This place always does the best food."

She placed a finger upon her chin as she usually did. she didn't suppose that it could take that long at all to meet up with this "friend" he mentioned. And she was eager to find out who it was. " Well...Honestly, I'm curious who this person is. Do you mind if we go there first? If it's who I think it is then it'll be nice to bring him along to?"

Your ramen danced upon my tongue in such a glorious way, i savored every bite of it. Ahh the good old ramen shop. Walking in, Kenta took a seat at the counter and ordered up a couple bowls of ramen and some sake. He was feeling pretty hungry and was ready to enjoy a little rest between his training.

Hitomi hummed a tune as they walked to the shop, a little upset by how crowded the streets were at this time of day. The chatter of the people however passed right by her. Her gaze was fixed on the ground for most of the walk, but once they arrived to the ramen shop, she immediately picked a seat to the side, away from one other stranger that was there. She grinned at the chef and shouted, "One beef ramen please!" and turned to Matsu. "You can choose whichever you like, the price difference is very small. Anyways, on to serious business. Before discussing battle tactics, I think we should know each other's specialties? I'm centered heavily around genjutsu, speed, precision, and a bit on bukijutsu. Taijutsu and I don't get along at all...How 'bout you?"

Ayame strolled into the Ramen Shop, taking a seat in the far corner at the counter. She was starving after all that hard training, and it showed on her face as she had an expression that could kill. "One Miso Ramen please!" She asked, leaning up on the counter like a little kid asking for something. Maybe after she'd eaten she go look for a mission to do. When her ramen was placed infront of her, she grabbed the chopsticks and automatically began shovelling the ramen into her like she'd never eaten before in her life. However, she still did so in a mannerly way, trying not to shred all her credibility in one go. Once she had finished she slammed her plate down, a grin plastered on her face. "Thanks." She grinned, throwing money on the table and leaving the shop.

Matsu followed Hitomi to the small Ramen shop and sat beside her, taking a look at the menu on the sign that was hung above the kitchen just on the other side of the bar they sat at. Matsu heard Hitomi order and smiled, he glanced at her before ordering himself. "I'll have the same thing." He nodded to the cook and he went to work. Matsu began to look around the shop, admiring it's simplicity and how comfortable it was. The village was very large and it was very much alive as well. The streets were filled with villagers moving to their destinations wherever they may have been. Hitomi went right on to business, looking to get on with their assignment. Matsu smiled slightly, amused as he heard Hitomi's formidable specialties. Hearing her to be versed in Genjutsu made him think of her as a little more intimidating. He chuckled however, telling her his own very simple forte. "Well, I'm all about Taijutsu. Direct or indirect. Speed and Accuracy are a vital component of the Huuga's Gentle Fist style so at least we have that in common." Matsu smiled. "I have mastered three Taijutsu styles, one of them being Mirror Image. Although centered on Taijutsu, I use Ninjutsu to supplement my current abilities and make them more effective. Of course, the Byakugan helps a lot, too." Matsu nodded, looking to the kitchen.
