Kagetsukiko Urban: Umm.... Not sure about the energy gaining part so I'm leaving this with Fen >_> .... Ronnel: Does phantom blade make a completely separate sword made out of energy or does it strengthen an already existing physical sword? If its the latter, can this energy blade be shot out for a long-distance attack? Pad: Since you seem to be planning to work on this with Flaming, I won't look at it. Darion: How large is this pentagram? The size of a house ? i'm not good at measurements :/

Darion: Alright, then you have two choices. You can either decrease the size of the pentagram or you can up the rank because an explosion the size of a house is too strong for only C-rank energy and skill.

Urban: Yeah, sure. Take out the energy boost and its good. By the way, what do you think of Darion's Pentagram skill? The pentagram covers the same area as a two-car garage. Is that small enough for a C-rank or no?
Darion: I just asked Urban, go with his advice sweatdrop .

Urban: *raises her hand* I know how long a meter is. Besides, only Americans use the customary system as the official unit of measure while the rest of the world uses the metric system as the official unit of measure. Actually, if you've taken any physics class, you should know what a meter is, since customary units are not accepted in science. So, even if we're in America and not England, you should know (roughly) how long a meter is neutral .

@Urban: there's about 3 feet in a meter, so whatever number it is in meters, it'll be 3 times that much in feet.

RPC name: Atlas Telemon/ YDH Is it a Free skill?: No, simply because it's one of those little things I thought of myself. Type of skill: Mechanist Skill name: Hydro-Pump Rank: C Skill description: Pump water from the point it is installed on, and imports it to a tank, or the GL-224 directly, allowing it to spray as much water as it can pump. At most, it imports 3 liters of water every post.
RPC name: Atlas Telemon/ YDH Is it a Free skill?: No, simply because it's one of those little things I thought of myself. Type of skill: Mechanist Skill name: Destructo Drill Rank: B Skill description: A literal drill that is either placed, or formed by the hand of the user. It can tunnel through earth propelling the user underground, walls, and people with relative ease. It's powered by the same motor the Prop Shredders are, making it give either 1 B rank attack, or 5 C rank. If the user stays underground for 4 posts, they will die of suffocation.
RPC name: Atlas Telemon/ YDH Is it a Free skill?: NO! Type of skill: Mechanist Requirements: Requires Master Rank Skill name: Plasma Cannon Rank: S Skill description: Not far from it's brother, the laser, the plasma cannon launches super heat plasma projectile, causing the liquefaction of most things it touches. It does this by a method of diffusion, or breaking down things at the Atomic level, reducing just about anything it touches to it's base form, making a green goo. The only thing it can't defuse is glass because it is in an altered state. The goo is okay to touch as it retains none of the plasma's effect. It takes a post to ready. Has a 5 post cool down. Sample: Atlas was fighting what was a dragon. He hated fighting dragons, they were always to messy to kill and clean up. He had recently made a weapon of severe destruction. He wasn't quite sure he wanted to test it out just yet, but what was the worst thing that could happen? He would stunt the dragon's growth? He readied himself, bracing for the kick. The dragon, who had began to bring down it's mighty claw on him. Yensen decided to shoot in in the face, reducing it's head to green goop.
RPC name: Atlas Telemon/ YDH Is it a Free skill?: Yea, sure. I want everyone to be able to do this. Type of skill: Mechanist Skill name: Fist Pump! Rank: A Skill description: Although it only costs D rank energy to use, this move registers as a B rank move. It takes a Pneumatic Piston placed in your arm, and pressured until the point of breaking. The piston will be released, letting off a great amount of power. This can be used to augment some ones strength for the moment it's done, increasing the damage of the strike. Requires Tool Tinkering: Arm

Username: (...) RPC name: Tarvos Hayashi Is it a Free skill?: no Type of skill: bloodline Skill name: Rising Rain of Icicles Rank: B Limits: At least Adept to learn Skill description: A skill that can very well catch an opponent off guard. By focusing their energy into their fist or foot, the user strikes the ground releasing the energy in a focused point into the earth. The energy freezes and erupts out of the ground in the form of a triangular shaped shard of ice thats about the size of a small child. Once the shard is about 8ft off the ground, it'll explode violently sending a shower of needle like pieces of ice that are 5in in length and as sharp as senbon. The number of needles created from the explosion ranges up to 120 and travel nearly as fast as bullets thanks to the force behind the explosion. The needles fall in a cone shape fashion, making the total range of ground covered about 15ft in all directions (a circle with circumference of 15). These needles can penetrate through iron easily and freezes the area around impact (only 3in around entry). At Adept only one large ice shard can be created, at Expert three can be created, and sage five. Sample: Tarvos looked around at the training grounds, several dozens of targets he had to hit within mere moments, and even with trickster speed he needed more. Thinking on his toes he concentrated energy into his foot and stamped the ground, making a large triangular shaped ice shard erupt from the ground in the middle of the training field, which sailed up to 8ft in the air it exploded violently, sending a storm of icicles everywhere in the field, impaling about all of the targets. Since they were close to the center, the chances of the needles missing would be slim, versus the targets further out in the perimeter of 15ft were hit with less needles, as it was more spread out. This skill would be used sparringly and perferably when the target has nowhere to really go, otherwise if they were further out they would be less likely to be struck.

Username: Angeles Valentine RPC name: Angeles Valentine Is it a Free skill?: No. Type of skill: Deathwhisper Skill name: Duplication Rank: C Skill description: Angeles is able to create duplicates of forms that the Deathwhisper already knows (such as two daggers, two spears, etc.) enabling for two-weapon combat. This can not be used to double the amount of ammo for her rank. Sample: Angeles ran alongside her present opponent. Enemy was not a word she would use; this was only a spar, for now. Strike for strike they parried each other’s attacks as they ran, running for as long as there was road. A smile was on her crimson lips, it was benign, but it suddenly became sly and her opponent’s eyes widened. Black dust flowed away from the Deathwhisper in her left hand and traveled to her right, forming into an exact replica of the sword she was using. Her body twisted and threw momentum into her right-handed swing. Caught off guard her opponent flew back off the road, and Angeles landed from her spin, her back to the man as dust blew past her feet.
Username: Angeles Valentine RPC name: Angeles Valentine Is it a Free skill?: No Type of skill: Deathwhisper Skill name: Replication Rank: A Skill description: This skill is given to Angeles via the Deathwhisper. With a willing subject the Deathwhisper is presented to a weapon. The Deathwhisper will change to its most basic form and coat the weapon. It will then begin to copy it. The copying process can take anywhere from one post to five depending on the size of the weapon it is copying. Once finished, the dust will fall away and reform into the same sort of weapon, but not an exact replica. Abilities of the weapon it copies are not copied, only the form of the weapon. It can replicate anything from a fork to a sword and more; whether she has the capability to use what is replicated is another matter. Sample: Angeles had been engaged in conversation with the kindly warrior sitting across the table from her. She was leaning back, one leg crossed over the other, leaning forward with her elbow propped on the table, and her chin set on her hand. A victorious smile was on her crimson lips as she looked at the young man through her verdant eyes. His katana was leaning against the table beside them, out of its sheathe, entirely black as night itself. It had been a simple challenge; a battle of wits. One that she had easily triumphed in, leaving the samurai deep in consideration of his own views, and her prize was that sword. After a while, the warrior gave a defeated sigh and opened his eyes. Angeles’ smile broadened only slightly more.
“I see that you are right,” the man said, Angeles moving to a more restful position in her seat, leaning back, uncrossing her legs and folding her arms. A single eyebrow ascended as the mother sighed again and moved so that his elbows were propped up on the table and rested his forehead against his hands, “this changes everything.”
Angeles stood from her seat and moved to the sword. The black of it suddenly fell away from the blade, leaving a rather regular looking sword behind. The black then fell to the floor, moving of its own accord until it formed a similar looking blade, entirely black. This blade Angeles lifted and held in her hand with a satisfied smile, and she patted the warrior’s shoulder, “I will see you around. I enjoyed our banter.”
“Wait,” said the warrior and Angeles looked at him, “what is it that you think?” he asked, honestly curious, “do the ends justify the means?” Angeles blinked her jade green eyes, and only smiled in response.

Is it a Free skill?: Yes
Type of skill: Paladin
Skill name: Blessed Pulse
Rank: C
If it uses ammo how much: None
Limits: Must know Sense Evil
Skill description: By taking the idea by sense evil and adapting it for more combat oriented purposes a Holy Pulse can be achieved. Instead of mustering a holy aura the Paladin should muster holy energy more suited for attacking and form it in the same way as the aura.
The holy energy is then pushed away from the body in a wave in the same way as in Sense Evil except due to its added power it damages unholy beings instead. The damage is usually minor except against beings steeped highly in corruption and unholy powers who will be more severely, although not life threateningly, damaged.
Unlike Sense Evil its purpose is usually to call unholy beings to the Paladin as a form of challenge or just to slow their movements for a small moment through jolts of sudden pain.
It expands outwards as a force field initially in the shape of the Paladin's body until distorting into a 3d shape alike to the Paladin's body although much bigger.
The pulse ends about 30 meters from the Paladin's body and mixes with the atmosphere.
Sample: The Paladin focused himself. Something fast was around here. Leaping around and taunting him with its superior speed. He'd never be able to catch up to it and rip its head off like this.
His body tingled with his holy energy as it formed around him. Like a burning current of air. It blasted out on all sides and hit the creature running around knocking it out of the air mid-jump and causing it to slam its jaw against the ledge it was jumping onto and breaking it.
