GUYS! GUYS! GUYS!
Okay now that's I've got your attention, check this out:

Follow that link and click on the GS biggrin D logo. It will bring up a screen that shows off several screenshots. One of them shows the party members and their Djinn.
A. We get to see Crown's face. (Though it's still difficult to tell the gender.) He/she has glasses.
B. It is confirmed that Djinn do indeed have unique appearances.
C. Underneath Crown, there is another person with Djinn, (Though you can't really make out any features) AKA, A FIFTH PARTY MEMBER!
EDIT: I've been staring at this picture... And I've noticed all the characters have coloured borders in accordance with their elements: Brown for Matthew, red for Tyrell, purple for Karis and blue-green for Crown. The person underneath Crown also appears to have a blue-green border... So... Mercury Adept?

Well I for one am quite excited about it. Also from he looks of the characters seen they seem to look a LOT like the old cast, I'm going to make a wild guess and say there is some form of genetic link up . . . grand children maybe? While fifty years may not seem like much if you look at the timeline of that world and its form of reality I guess by fifty you could probably expect great grandchildren. But whatever it is it looks quite wonderful and I am going to pre-order it today! heart

EDIT: I've been staring at this picture... Crown is pretty cute. xd It still is kinda hard to tell the gender, but I'm leaning toward Crown being a he. I dunno...I think it's the shape of the face making me think that way.
Ooh potential fifth party member. I'm gonna foolishly draw assumptions here for the lulz. xd I can see the top of the head...and I think I see a hat. Y'know, something kinda like this hat only without that tag hanging down the front. And it looks like a balding, gray-haired man.
...It would be interesting to have an old guy in the party. Maybe this potential fifth party member is a new Kraden-figure...who actually fights? Well, given that he's carrying Djinn and all... surprised

I'm not bothering to make any guesses on Crown's gender. He/she looks too ambiguous for me to be sure.

I'm gonna take a stab and say that Crown is a girl. The battle pic leads me to believe that for some reason.
Here's something that hasn't been mentioned yet: Those glowing Djinn. It may simply mean that it's on standby, but the second Djinn that Crown has appears to be a mix of Mercury and Mars. Thoughts?

And yeah, I think the glowing Djinn are probably set, or on standby, or recovering.

Fe1ix girls can have short hair and glasses too, so it is quite possible Crown is a she ...Seeing as I fit the description of short hair and glasses, I'd say I'm quite aware of that. :/ I'd like it if Crown stayed ambigious (I'm certain I've said this before), but zie probably won't. Waaaaaah.

My assumption was that it looked like a balding old man, and it would break my brain to see Piers kinda bald there. rofl
