"Adorable, ne?" Tsuzuki smirked. "Well then, is it adorable when I do this?" the shinigami raised Muraki's wrist to his mouth and bit it roughly, but not hard enough to draw blood. "Or this?" Tsuzuki purred, reaching out to pinch a pert n****e.

Muraki somehow kept himself from moaning softly. Instead, he laughed just a bit, gaze still focused on the shinigami. "Of course..." the doctor whispered. "I'm rather sure anything you do would be considered adorable... Asato-kun."

The calm, cool demeanor he had been holding up came apart like a scarf unraveling, a crimson blush starting in his chest and rising all the way to the tips of his ears. "Kazutaaaaaka!!!" Tsuzuki half-whined, grabbing at the sheets and pulling them up around himself, peeking out from behind them with just his amethyst colored eyes. How he had gone from being smooth-seme just a moment ago back to his usual uke persona was beyond even him, but Tsuzuki was sure it simply had something to do with his previous experiences with Muraki...a Pavlovian reaction almost, if you will.

Muraki couldn't help but laugh softly at Tsuzuki's reaction. "Well, it's the truth..." the doctor spoke, sitting up fully and stretching his arms up over his head. He was seriously contemplating a shower...

Tsuzuki may as well have read Muraki's mind at that moment. "Ne, Kazu....how about we get ourselves cleaned up?" Rolling off of the bed in a fluid, catlike motion, Tsuzuki's naked form turned around and padded toward the bathroom, peeking over his shoulder as he walked in a very come-hither fashion, practically daring the doctor to pursue him.

"I think you read my mind." Muraki replied, standing and following after the shinigami. At least until he saw the shower. "I... don't think we can both fit..." he spoke, rather amazed that the shower could barely fit one person. The doctor shrugged, "Ah well... I could always order some room service while you get a shower, then take one after you." Seriously, from the smallness of the shower, the silver-haired man wondered if they would be able to fit, even if they were intertwined together. Who put such damn small showers in hotels anyway!

Feeling a bit too mischievous, Tsuzuki grabbed Muraki's hand. "I bet we can fit if we really try!" the shinigami giggled, beginning to turn around...when his foot caught the edge of the shower and he tripped. With a loud clunk, Tsuzuki went down, his head managing to catch the side of the shower door, leaving a large, bloody gash across the beautiful shinigami's face. Luckily, healing took no time at all, so it really wasn't a big deal for Tsuzuki...just embarrassing. "Ah...I'm fine...." Tsuzuki began to try and divert any attention he could away from his clumsy nature. Looking up though, the way his hair fell just over his one eye, the way the blood dripped still from his face, he looked almost exactly as he had on that day he had summoned Touda.

Muraki had been about to protest, but then all hell broke lose. The doctor reached out, grabbed Tsuzuki with one hand, though not before the shinigami slammed his head against the shower door. He quickly pulled the other man to him, inspecting the cut... Or what should have been a cut... Already it was healing before his eyes. "Asato... daijoubu ka?" Muraki asked softly, worried about the shinigami. But then the amethyst-eyed man stood... and turned... and the look which Kazutaka beheld very NEARLY drove him to his knees. Immediately releasing Tsuzuki, the doctor slammed backward into the bathroom wall, using it to keep himself upright, both hands covering his own face as he grimaced in pain. "A... atama ga..." Muraki managed to hiss out, indicating from that simple word that his head felt like it was trying to explode... Again... Fire flashed in front of Kazutaka's eyes, the silver haired man seeing a lab on fire. And a monster... a huge winged bird-like serpent of a beast that threatened to engulf him. And kneeling there, amidst the flames, was Tsuzuki. "Killing me... won't heal your sorrow..." The phrase was whispered, barely heard, but the raw emotion behind those words and the tears which slipped unbidden from Muraki's grey gaze, were undeniable. He remembered something once more... remembered his own pain and regrets, which was something he hadn't recalled before. But he also saw Tsuzuki's own griefs, the shinigami's own insanity, through the haze of memory.

"Kazutaka?!" Tsuzuki reached out with one hand, extremely concerned about his lover's well being. The doctor had said it was his head....and that was what he had said the last time he had had an episode. Somehow, Tsuzuki knew this was his fault...all his fault that Muraki suffered. But...surely there was a way he could fix it? Moving closer to Muraki, Tsuzuki moved his hands to the sides of the doctor's head, sliding one hand down over his cheek. "Kazu....its me....Asato...." he tested, afraid to push things too quickly.

Muraki moved his hands away from his face, grey gaze focusing on the shinigami before him. "Wakatta yo..." the doctor whispered, trying to compose himself, even as tears continued to slip from his eyes. "Gomen, Asato-kun... it seems I managed to overcast what should have been a beautiful morning..." He felt guilty about making Tsuzuki feel guilty... and about seemingly ruining their time together. In truth, he really just wanted to get a shower now. To try and let his mind calm down and allow his body to relax. "Would... would it trouble you if you called for us some breakfast while I... got cleaned up first?" Muraki asked softly, not wanting to inconvenience the other man.
(((Oh and in case you missed it, that line about "Killing me won't heal your sorrow" was something Muraki said in the manga after Tsuzuki summoned Touda, though I don't know if Tsuzuki heard him or not.)))

""I'd be happy to get us some food. Whatever you need, Kazu." Tsuzuki smiled, trying to beam away the heavy feeling that had settled in the small room. As was his nature though, Tsuzuki could lighten just about the darkest of days...for anyone around him at least. Inside himself, well, that was another matter entirely. 'Please let me be there for you, Kazutaka. Let me be the one to heal YOUR sorrow....' the shinigami thought to himself even as he leaned in, still smiling, and kissed the corner of the doctor's mouth.

Somehow, Kazutaka managed to smile ever so slightly as Tsuzuki kissed him. "I think I just need to clear my thoughts..." the doctor whispered, reaching one hand out gently to cup the side of the shinigami's left cheek. "I'll be fine..."

"Very well then..." Tsuzuki perked, padding back into the bedroom to call in the room service order. Even as much as he smiled, inside Tsuzuki was scared. Frightened of all the possibilities, everything that could go wrong now that things had gone the way they were going, now that he was totally and irrevocably in love with Muraki Kazutaka.

Closing the bathroom door behind him, Muraki proceeded to turn on the shower. Within moments, the entire room was covered in steam. But rather than actually get into the shower, the silver haired man leaned back against one wall and slowly slipped to a sitting position on the floor. His grey locks plastered to his forehead, the doctor just tried to get his whirling emotions under control. He buried his face in the palms of his hands, simply breathing and nothing more... Until he felt a light breeze... Looking up, Muraki was startled to find that nothing was different in the room. He stood, grey gaze turning to the bathroom mirror... Beside his own reflection was another! The expression smug... light brown almost blond hair... striking eyes... Muraki opened his mouth to speak, but the man literally couldn't find the words. "Miss me, niisan?" the reflection spoke, just before an agonizing pain ripped itself through the doctor's entire body. Pale hands reached out, grabbing the edges of the sink to keep himself from collapsing. Muraki gasped, trying to gather himself. Until he felt a cold hand on his left shoulder... "And here... I thought you were beautiful before..." came the silky voice of Shidou Saki. Grey eyes were riveted to the reflection in the mirror, and some irrational portion of Muraki's mind kept him from turning to see if the reflection... and the hand on his shoulder... were real. "You're dead..." Saki laughed softly before that hand traced its way down Muraki's chest from behind. The doctor felt a slight weight on his back as another arm snaked its way over his right shoulder. He could even feel the slight prickling sensation of his younger brother's hair on his neck as Saki held Kazutaka close. "I know." the reflection replied with a smirk. "And yet here I am... having a conversation with my big brother..." Kazutaka opened his mouth to speak, but Saki beat him to it. "Before you ask... let me start with a question of my own, Kazu-chan..." the reflection's smirk darkened. "Am I correct in assuming... that you can't remember the last few years?" Blinking in surprise, Muraki found he could only nod. "Good..." Saki continued, pressing himself against Muraki from behind and drawing their bodies even closer. "You see... I remember the last few years... we're the same, you and I, niisan... You are me and I you..." "Impossible." Muraki whispered, grey gaze narrowing in anger. "You're dead. You're not..." "Real?" Saki asked, tilting his head to the side. "Then is the shinigami in the other room real? He's dead too, you know..." The doctor fell silent for a long moment. When he did speak again, his voice was soft yet deathly angry. "What do you want? Why are you here, Saki?" Laughing darkly, the reflection pressed a soft kiss to Muraki's left cheek before those very lips rested just a hair's breadth from the doctor's ear. "What I've always wanted..." Saki whispered, voice low and seductive... full of barely contained passion and excitement. "A body of my own..."

((OOC: Oh. My. Christ. Woah. I have no idea what to say or do to that...))
Picking up the phone on the nightstand, Tsuzuki phoned in the request for room service. Placing the phone back in the cradle, he leaned back on the bed, resting his eyes lightly while he waited for the doctor to get cleaned up.
"Kazu..." he called out playfully, a soft chuckle in his voice, "Can we have some cuddle time when we're done?"
