Well i was only saying speed because you have to move all parts of your arms at incredible speeds in order for your puppets to. I dont see how being smarter would help you do that.

Martin Spiralwave xXZetsubou-KaesuXx tsunade strength against someone like that... puppets go boom, and without them, the puppet user is screwed ^.^ Sharingan eyes see's Tsunade coming a mile and fifty minutes away. Bust out some poison mist and a net of poison needles. End it with a handy stream of explosive tags and KA-BOOM. Failed attack. Or just pop out some fatal Genjutsu mind crap. I know, but a puppet user puts a puppet in the way, that makes the puppet go boom. poisen is nothing to a tsunade based med nin character. and explosive tags? just jump. And genjutsu with a puppet master? seems kinda wierd, plus he can't reach through his strings, otherwise they break. that would make one or more of the puppets unusable.

-4 posts for learning jutsu, -1 rank off jutsu when learning them only your rank and below, quick mind to allow for fast actions and counters
so what this means it that for example say i want to learn a gennin rank jutsuso it is 5 posts, but beacause of the -1 rank of each jutsu instead of 5 posts i only need three but because of -4 posts of learning a jutsu i only need 1 post
or
that i can learn say a chunnin rank jutsu while gennin??

Does a Jounin looking to teach himself a Jutsu have to get the scroll another RPC, in which case, where did that RPC get the scroll? O_o
(Let's assume he can't get to the Kage for a scroll at this point)

A jounin would probably have access to anything from the library, i.e., the scroll section. You can get it from there, but you take the +1 post for learning the jutsu

I have Chakra Control though, so rather than have a -2 to learning I get a -1 due to the +1 from scroll-tastic-ness?

1.As the Yonbi host, am I allowed to create lava whenever I want without using chakra, or do I need to use the Yonbi's lava creation jutsu?
2.Am I allowed to eat lava to spit out later?

Does anyone care to explain why none of the Kaguya bloodline techniques have ranks? Bone manipulation DOES cost charka, whether it be extending, growing, or changing density, ESPECIALLY the dances. Also, the bloodline description fails to give a limit on how hard the bones become, and the fact that the lower the user is on chakra, the weaker the bones become. Regeneration of tissue also costs chakra.
I'm all for doing the edits and submitting them for approval, but I want to know what the reasoning was behind not having ranks and limitations on the bloodline.

The Offensive type states that offensive jutsus have a +1 rank to power, however what I wish to know is if that's NINJutsus or TAIjutsus or both?
