Shera remained in a state almost beyond reach. Her eyes were open, but she was still in a trance. She could not hear or see anyone, let anyone as she laid in Veral’s arms. Her body was cold and rigid, before finally going limp and her eyes closing cause of the spell. The demonic aura that had taken hold of her now capturing her very being like lightning as not even the new angelic blood that pulsed in her veins could fight it. “He…lp…me…”, she could only mutter her cries of help.

Miluiel laughed, the name that Shinn gave her made her laugh, it didn't bother her, in fact she rather liked it. She stood up and followed Shinn out of the tent. "Do you ever let the fire die?" she asked Shinn.
They had hardly gotten out of the tent when Miluiel heard screaming. She looked to the forest just at the time to see a woman disappear. Miluiel looked at the man holding Shera. She didn't know who he was, but that didn't matter. "What's happened?" she asked holding Shinn's hand tightly as she turned their direction to Veral.

"Another demon, it seems." He said calmly. "I must get her inside. It seems that I am going to be working with her for a while. A strong aura is blocking her own." He said as he picked her up and brought her into the house.
Shinn looked scared and huddled close to Miluiel. "Why are all of these bad people coming here?" He asked her, fear clearly written in his eyes.
Veral set Shera down on one of the guest beds and immediately began to cast a delving spell. It gave him all of the information he needed. Veral put a hand on Shera's forehead and began to use his aura to mix into hers, the process was slow, as it took a lot of energy, so he started to build it up, while shedding some of his to block off the oppressing demonic aura.

Shera began to scream out at the moment the auras started mixing. It caused her pain, great pain. It made her thrash wildly. Her mind was sinking fast into the vast darkness that was the spell as she could no longer speak for help anymore. Soon, that demon would have a living doll to do as she bids. Her body continued thrashing though as she seemed to jerk free from his hand possibly breaking contact with his magic as she then quieted down when contact was no longer made. Ruby’s spell was going just as plan to make Shera suffer to the highest degree possible.

Miluiel lifted Shinn up into her arms. She held him tightly for a moment. "Do not worry." she said softly to him. "They are not after you, they seem to be after Shera, because of her powers. She is the one who brought the forest back to life, maybe that is why they want her. Do not worry little Shinn you will be alright." She assured him. "Your father would never let you get hurt by the bad people."
Miluiel held Shinn's ears when Shera screamed, she didn't want him any more scared than he already was.

"NO!" Veral yelled in frustration. Running out of options, Veral used a dark spell that would temporarily paralyze Shera. After casting that he held his hand on Shera's head again. This time he already had his aura charged up and he began to delve. This however was a ruse, for as his aura began to clash with the demonice one again, he was able to delve into Shera's darkening mind. "Are you really going to let her win that easily?" He asked her inner mind. "You have a power that they possess and fear... yet you allow them to stoop it in darkness?"
Shinn whimpered. "But I don't want anyone hurt! I want the bad people to go away!"
Azrael ran into the guest den and saw Veral trying to do something, but he couldn't tell. Knowing that he would be of no use, he ran outside to Miluiel and Shinn. "What's going on?" He asked.

Rubbing Shinn's back soothingly Miluiel nodded, "Yes, yes, I know. It is a sad thing, I hope that something can be done about it." She looked up at Azrael and shook her head. "I really don't know, A woman came with a box." she sighed, "I think she sealed her heart and her soul into the box. The man is trying to help her, to bring her back." She felt useless, when, and if Shera woke from this she wanted to talk to her, see if there was anything she could do to help her.

What Veral would see is more darkness. The light that once shined in Shera being overrun, the demon’s spell being more powerful than Shera’s own magic can handle as there looked like someone trying to push back only to be knocked back again. That force then looking to be on their hands and knees praying. The darkness latched onto this light like a parasite. ‘I cannot fight this darkness…too powerful…I push and get pushed harder back…I am growing weaker and tired…Celeron…I love you…” By this time Ruby’s spell would attack Veral fully on as if to send him out of Shera’s body. She seemed to try to keep Veral from getting hurt as she flew in the way of the attack causing not only her mind to be injured but her physical body in the process as blood escape her lips. ‘Escape quickly! Before you are attacked by this spell again, I don’t want you hurt!’

"Then you clearly see that we are in a Paradox!" Veral said to Shera. "Because I want to smash this demon's face with failure! Don't worry for me! There will someday be another like me, I do not doubt. But you, are something else! Scream defiance in the ear of the dark! Spit in the eye of the Dark One! I will not let you stand alone against this darkness!" He said. As he spoke, a bright light seemed to and a figure of a man with a pair of mismatched wings appeared. One wing was dark and leathery like a bat's the other was a feathered wing, with white feathers and brown tips, and light shone around Veral, as well as a different form a darkness, one that did not mean harm to Shera. "You cannot do everything alone. Allow me to help you for now at least!" The light seemed to brighten around Veral as if taunting the darkness to come for him.
Azrael nodded and ran back into the den that Veral and Shera were in. "What...?" He said in shock. There seemed to be a stream of air that blew around Veral that could not be explained.
"G-Get... tHe... AngEL...!" Veral's physical self managed to stammer to Azrael.
Azrael obliged and ran out the house. He quickly found Celeron. "The one with the blindfold... I think he needs your help with something." He said, as Veral was vague on the issue, but his voice had shone with imperativeness.

‘NO!’ Shera practically screamed out as she watched the darkness attack not just him but split into two forces. It would attack him and her at the same time. Her white wings would show signs of blood dripping from them now. ‘Escape! If you taunt the darkness it still will attack me, I cannot fight it and protect you!’ Shera said this weakly before an unending silence came over her mind and body. It seemed the darkness was not beginning to consume because of the damage to the body was becoming severe.

Miluiel wanted to help, but she would not leave teh scared pup alone. "Shh Shinn." she told him as she ran back into the tent. "Please, is there anything I can do to help?" Miluiel asked trying to keep Shinn from looking and seeing Shera.

Shera had to get Veral out of her mind and fast. She didn’t know what else to do but to expel him from her body completely. ‘Get out!’, her own powers would shine so brightly it would act as a force to knock Veral’s own powers out of her body. True he was trying to help her but she could not him dying in her mind. She had to expel him for his own good as more blood would be spilt from her body. He was doing more harm than good at this point than good by trying to stay there and draw the darkness to attack him. The spell was that power as it turned back to looking at her once more when she was alone again in her own mind. Veral would not have a choice but to back away from this fight as Shera knew she was on her own.

Veral came back to his normal consciousness with gasp. "D***!" he said. "Why can't I do anything!?" He yelled slamming his fist on the floor. "WHY?!" He demanded to nothing. Blood was running from under his blindfold. He stood up, leaning against the wall for support. "I'm going to kill that witch!" He said. He staggered a bit but then stopped and calmed himself, gasping and then sitting down on one of the beds. "Please... leave her be." Veral said to Miluiel and Shinn.
Shinn whimpered. "Don't wanna see! Its scary in here!" Shinn said, holding Miluiel tightly.

Miluiel gasped softly, "Sir, you're eyes, are you alright?" she asked, her lips shaking, and her face pale with fear. She stroked Shinn, "Yes, in a moment." She was shaking, nearly stunned by the display.

"My eyes are fine... I'm sure you've realized that I don't use them." He said, wiping the blood away. "It will pass. Let me rest. And where is that angel?" He inquired. "It seems that he might hold a key to this. But he also may not. It can do nothing to help."
