More specific please? Are you having secretions from your nipples, or are you talking about flakey dry skin...if so where?

The first one (I think...) Sorry it just feels a little odd typing that out.

LOL, honey, pregnancy is all about TMI stuff, you're going to need to learn to be less timid about it.

As early on as you are, I don't believe you should be having any, no, and you should get checked out at your next pre-natal visit and ask them about it. Later in 2nd trimester it would be, but at the end of first, no. I haven't seen any mention about it in my books as a common symptom.

Okay. I'll ask. Thank you very much for the help though.

35 weeks now, and I can hardly breathe.

I'm dreaming about having the baby almost every night, and every time it's a girl, though I know I'm having a boy. wink

Oh, he hasn't turned, to birthing position, yet (what's it called in english?)... and I'm getting worried. I don't want them to try turning him heads-down, nor a c-section. gonk

Ooh, has he turned for you yet, December? I think it's called the 'birthing position' here too. I can't blame you for being a bit scared about that.

I'm nervous myself today: my 10-12 week check-up is tomorrow and we should hopefully get to hear the heartbeat BUT I have to make decisions about the CF scanning and the Maternal Syrum Analysis [which I realized is also called a Triple or Quad scan] for the next visit at 16-20. It's not that we won't do them for peace of mind, but what if they come back bad? It's such a big decision to have to make and a heartbreaking one. I know for the CF even if I'm positive as a carrier they need to test Chris but the second set of scans just scares the bejesus out of me. I know I'm young and none of it runs in the family, but there's always that little chance and OY.

@_@ Time to try and get my brain to shut down for a bit, I think.

heart We got to hear the heartbeat today! heart It was in the 170s, hehe, man it was so wonderful to hear. It made these last two months seem so much more real because before this I didn't have tangible evidence of being pregnant: I just felt sick. But today, I got to hear my baby. -melts-

I also need to do my glucose tolerance testing early due to my weight which I'm not looking forward to, but I know it must be done sometime. mad It would help if sugar didn't make me feel so yucky right now.

All my bloodwork and urinalysis came back good though. My different lymph numbers were a little off but my midwife said it could be because I may not be drinking enough fluids. I found out I'm probably not. You're supposed to drink 80 fl. oz a day. @_@ That's a lot of liquids. So I'm working to remedy that this next time around.

And my BP is a bit elevated, as long as it doesn't get any higher they won't do anything but if it does, I'll have to get more tests done, including more blood. Oh well, if it means a healthier baby and me, I'll do it in a heartbeat, no matter how much I hate needles and how sick I get afterwards.

Finally an Update...
Well we have about 11 weeks left to go. Which feels so far away and so close all at the same time. I just can't wait to see her and yet i'm scared to death of actually having her. I went into the doctors recently because i was having really bad pain up in my right rib area. Which since I'm already on watch for preaclampsia and everything i went to the doctors. Come to find out I have Gallstones! I guess that's better then preeclampsia but still it's like adding another thing to the list of problems. They did the glucose test on me and I'm anemic so i need to start taking iron supplements. Which is actually good to find out, I have been wondering why I feel so tired all the time. I know your tired during pregnancy, but they generally say your energy increases some in your second trimester but mine just didn't do that much. My blood pressure has been doing wonderfully I'm glad to say, but there still talking about raising my bp medication dose. It kind of worries me only because I feel I'm on a lot already, and I don't want the medicine to hinder the babies growth. My blood pressure is good in all but they say my heart rate is still high as well as the amount of blood I'm pumping...which is causing headaches all the time. Other then all that though I feel good...I'm getting so excited as time goes on. I'm hoping my BF will get back from being deployed before i have the baby. They might let him come home with the other daddies to be. We'll see I guess. My last appointment one of the doctors were talking about not letting most high blood pressure patients go past 39 weeks...she said if you haven't had the baby by your due date then they induce, they see no point in risking going over that date. She said i will find out there final word on the subject when I'm 32 weeks. I just worry too much i think...at my last appointment the doctor was just telling me stories of how women who have had problems or just pains and such..and who didn't go to the doctors right away and how there babies died and she just kept telling me all these storiesand different cases. I felt so traumatized leaving the office, I know it happens. I just don't think i needed the pictures of dead babies circulating in my head. sad

Aw, you're worrying enough as it is. I'm sure everything will be fine, just keep up with your visits and keep them informed about anything that doesn't feel right. 3nodding

OOH OOH!

I had my gallbladder taken out 5 weeks post partum.

I had HORRENDOUS pain all up in my sternum. I thought I was having a heart attack and DYING the first time I got it. It was THE MOST WORST PAIN EVER.

Nurse told me "yeah, that gas pain can be a killer in the third tri" AHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAAHA.....no....

Had another attack that lasted for 12 HOURS and I finally said THIS ISN'T GAS, I'VE HAD THE BABY ALREADY OMG and went to the emergency room with an inflamed pancreas due to Gallstones.

So yeah, been there, totally sympathize. cry

*sigh* Well, hit 14 weeks and I'm STILL not used to being pregnant at all. Unfortunatly, I am starting to show somewhat, and a few pairs of pants no longer fit me and are painful if I try. The plus side is, it's cold enough to break out the sweatpants. Nausea has gone away for the most part. (Still every once and a while) but it got better at about 11 weeks. Now, I'm exausted. I get plenty of sleep, feel refreshed, and within hours I am nodding off again.

You really should talk to your practitioner about that and make sure you're getting adequate iron; you may be anemic if you're not starting to feel less tired and you're always so wiped.

We're 23 weeks along and as far as I know, we're doing fine.

Haven't had an increase in nausea or anything, and haven't had any gallbladder attacks in a while. I've not been sick for longer than two days. Been eating vegetables and fruits, and Rofu's been helping me find more foods... he recently found Cup 'o' Noodles (by the brand Nissan) and that has totally saved my life cause I was missing them so desperately! And, they have the tomato flavour that they'd stopped selling back in America, which was my fave.

He and I are supposed to have dinner of sandwiches and crackers later. ^.^
(I just don't have the appetite for any big meals, so I do that 'grazing all day' thing..)

I've read that next week I will need to go get a glucose test, so we will talk about that.. (I'm still not on health insurance and still not seeing a doctor regularly.. and, yes, I find that extremely stressful.)
