((My fault for not making an exit post, lets just say this happend before Kazu went to the playground. ))
Kazuma shook his head, getting the sand and snow out of his hair and face however he still had some in his left eye which he kept screwed shut as he looked up to Tanu who was now digging him out. Just where she came from he wasn't sure. Probably just heard the explosion he figured, pitty she hadnt' seen it. He frowned at her comments, she still was obviously quite annoyed with him. Kazuma didn't really care anymore but if she was going to be like that. " I didn't fail at nothing! I bet you've never made an explosion that big! " He taunted. Truth was it had failed, it was ment to be a rocket and fly but it had just been a massive bomb, however the explosion was enough to call it a success for Kazuma. " Kana's on a mission, I guess he didn't think you were important enough to tell huh? I went with him you know, so who's worthless now huh, huh? " He gloated. If Tanu was going to make remarks about his failure he wasn't going to sit there and take it. He wondered why she ahd even bothered to try and dig him out if she hated him so much. He figured it was probably a good idea to try and wriggle out himself since he'd probably just pissed her off enough for her to just leave him there. Groaned as he did his best impression of a worm trying to wriggle himself free. Ultimately his effort was futile, there was still alot of sand and snow on him.

(I'll be following to the playground soon!)
Lessening up the load she was trying to pick up by changing the angle of the shovel, Tanu continued to try and get Kazuma out. Tanu frowned at Kazuma's replies and purposely kicked dirt into his face as she tried to position herself up to dig the sand out. "Pretty damn worthless still! I see that Kana's still out on the mission, but you were sent back home. I guess I'm not the only one that thinks that!" Tanu shouted at Kazuma as she put her anger at him towards pulling up the snow and sand. She was able to pull out a large amount and throw it to the side. Tanu was rather upset that Kana left on another mission, but didn't say a word to her again. That Ichi had lied to her and Kazuma, saying that Kana would be able to stay and teach them once he got back from his last mission. Tanu absolutely despised this island and its inhabitants. "Gru!" she growled, throwing the shovel as far as she could into the ocean, which wasn't too far, but it went a good distance for an eleven year old girl throwing it. "I don't want to be on this stupid island anymore!" she shouted, storming off towards the docks and away from Kazuma who was just giving fuel to her rage. She sat down in the snow and sand, putting her chin in her hand and glaring at the spot that Kazuma was in.

Kazuma spat the dirt out that had been kicked in his face and looked back up to Tanu and exploded. Pulling himself out of what was left of the pile he jumped to his feet. " Yeah well maybe I just came back here to kick your loser butt! " He roared as he flailed around, shaking all the dirt off his body and looking like he was part way into throwing a tantrum. " CRY SOME MORE YOU LITTLE BABY!" He screamed at Tanu as she stormed off. He stood for a moment, watching her. The pair just as angry as each other, for the exact same reasons it was like two sides of a mirror. The silence of the two brooding only broken when Kazuma yelled at the top of his lungs, kicking the sand infront of him so hard he almost knocked himself over. Another moment and he was gone, storming off the beach to find something to take his anger out on.

Tanu did nothing save give off a cold hard stare as she turned her head away from Kazuma to stare off out into the ocean. She clenched her jaw with her hand as he called her a cry baby. As if Kazuma had lassoed her words down with a hundred pound weight, Tanu couldn't find the strength to pull them out of her throat to yell back at her cousin. Her head whipped around to look at him just in time to see him yell out and kick the sand. It was almost like watching a replay of her previous actions before getting to the beach and finding the loser stuck in the sand. Her identical eyes watched as her male counterpart stormed off towards the village. 'Cry some more, you little baby,' was all that rang in Tanu's ears. It was like an echo that wouldn't seem to fade as it bounced off her eardrum like a little kid on a trampoline. Today, Tanu's thoughts, goals and emotions had gone round and round on a high and low ship stuck in a lake. At one time in the day, Tanu had found a river that she could take to make it out of the drying up lake, but due to a distaste for something, she decided to turn away from it and brood on her ship until the lake dried out completely. Tanu felt chills climb up her spine as her green and red eyes hit the black sand where Kazuma had just been. A feeling crept over her body that it would be her in that sand one day. Feeling a fire burn up in her chest, Tanu stood up abruptly. "Gah!" she groaned, upset with what she was just about to do. The festival was still going on and she was going to join. Tanu wanted to avoid becoming like Kazuma all that she could!

"Uwaaa~ Land ho!" Tomoko shouted out from atop the bird's nest in the small fisherman's boat. The woman in the grass skirt slid down the pole and landed on the deck. Running up to Seiko, she began poking him like crazy. "Shimagakure~ Shimagakure~ Shimagakure~" she sang out, poking him at every syllable. "Let's go see DhanDhan!" Tomoko shouted the moment the boat docked on the island's shore. She skipped off the docks merrily and into the snowy sand with her bags of items she had stolen from the mainland along with the huge scroll on her back. "DhaaaaaaaaaanDhaaaaaaaan~" Tomoko sang out playfully as she headed down the shoreline to her little shack near the waterfalls. Tomoko just expected Seiko to follow and like the bad host she was, the Jio wasn't thinking of anyone else or being a good host and introducing the boy to anyone. There really wasn't anyone at the shoreline today anyways!

The boy was violently awoken from his sulmber to a once again very energetic Tomoko. Not sure where he was the only thing he could seem to call out from the woman was the island name...Shima...gakure. As the boy stood still clutching his book for dear life he ventured from the boat onto the sand. It was nothing like the fire country. There was no sand he ever saw in Tonato. Following the energetic half clothed woman through the snow the boy let his boots drag along almost as if he was nothing more than a zombie. Looking up he noticed a shack not to far off that reminded him faintly of his own home turned into a butcher's paradise over night.

The young Raiken girl just watched on as the man who called himself Bao, the fisherman, expertly lead the boat up to the shore. So many things raced through Akemi's mind as the shore came more into view. The morning sun casting a light glow on the sand was nearly breathtaking... and the light blue of the water beneith the boat and along the shorline just added to the small island's natural beauty. Bao had tried talking to the girl, asking her about herself and such, but she just gave him her name and shrugged him off, he wasn't of any importance to her, so he didn't need to know what was really going through her head.
She wasn't exactly in the best of moods this morning... she wasn't looking forward to starting her life completly over on this tiny little island and with nobody that she knew.... Her old gaurdians had sworn that they heard nothing but good things about this little village from the other members of the clan, and they believed that this was going to be the start of an important part of her life... "pfft..." she spit out. Like any of that even mattered. She stood up in the still moving boat, motioning the man to stop a little a few feet from the shore. "I can make it from here..." she mumbled to him as she jumped into the shallow, calf deep water.
She waved a hand lazily toward the man in the boat as she walked her way up the beach, not turning to look back. They wanted her to start a new journey, then fine, no more looking back... She walked a good length of the beach before she stoped in her tracks, unsure of where to go from here, "Well isn't this just great...." she mumbled in a bored, slightly annoyed tone.

A man sitting on his porch watched the beach as he did every day. Today he was a little more sober to notice a child climb off of Bao Laos boat. Taking a sip of his tea the man watched the girl as she walked towards the village. The only people Bao brought to the island were shinobi now adays. Standing and calling out to the girl, "Little one! You are looking for Tenmoki Yuki. She is in her house testing students to be genin. You can find her that way." The man said pointing in the direction of the village.

Akemi wasn't paying much attention as she walked around aimlessly on the beach. The sun was warming the air around her and even the sand benith her feet. She had been watching her feet as she walked along but then heard a man's voice call out, so she looked up. She sheiled her eyes against the sun as she looked for the voice that she had heard call out. Eventually she saw a tired looking man on his porch looking right at her, sipping something from a cup. A small smirk streched across her face as she thought of the countless things that a man could be drinking in the morning, but the smirk quickly fell away as the thought flew out of her mind, she had more important things to think about.
Tenmoki Yuki? The name wasn't familar to her at all, and she wasn't sure if she should trust the word of this man that she should find this woman. She watched him in silence as he rambled on about finding this woman at her house, and somthing about genin exams and then pointed up the beach, in the direction she had lazily making her way to. So that was the way to the main village, she's have to remember to check there for this Tenmoki Yuki woman... but first, why not get a little more out of this man, he seemed to know what she was looking for... "Tenmoki Yuki? Who may I ask is that? And why am I looking for her?" she called to the man taking only a few steps towards the man's porch. She figured if he knew of this woman, then he would know more specifically where to look in order to find her.

Smiling the man hoped up onto the rail of his porch and sat down pulling out a ice cold pitcher of green tea. Pouring a cup of tea he drank before addressing the girls question. "If your here to become shinobi you need to enroll in the academy. Tenmoki Yuki has been the princpal of the academy since it opened its doors to the first generation of Shinobi of shimagkure. They are now proudly representing this island at the chunin exams." The boy looked at the girl again with a judgemental look. Most shinobi knew that if they came alone. Now the stragglers Tomoko brought was something else, but this one should have known.

[i'm assuming it was just the one roll, but if I'm wrong let me know, and I'll edit accordingly]
The words Shinobi and academy were the words that cought her attention. She turned her full attention to the man on the porch, and carefully listened to what he was saying, though kept a blank look on her face. She needed the information now considering she shut her old gaurdians out when they had tried explianing things to her when she was prepairing to leave her familiar home for this new place. Maybe thats why they mentioned me needed to learn to pay attention... she thought to herself, letting herself think back to the argument she had with her gaurdians before she left. She shook her head, her bleached blonde hair shining bright in the morning sun, then tucked a lock of it behind her ear. She needed to focus on this man and what he was telling her. She scowled a bit when she saw the look on his face, she'd seen faces simular to that many times. This man didn't know her, so he had no right to have a judgmental look on his face... how badly she wished she could get rid of the look herself... like she used to, but she wasn't about to start trouble now. "Tenmoki Yuki, acadamy princpal, got it. And where exactly did you say I could find her?" she asked in an even tone, not wanting to show the man that she was aggravated, though her posture more then likly made it clear, as her arms crossed across her chest.

The man sipped on his tea rather quietly as he looked at the girl more and more like a clown would a child. Smiling big and wide he laughed a little. She was a rather interesting child. Like all the other shinobi with their complexes and social problems. Here we had another shinobi who had no clue how to simply follow directions. How did these kids manage to survive, let alone protect this village for so long. "Like I said before follow the path to the village and it is on your right."

Akemi's annoyance with this man was growing by the second, the grin on his face was was one you would give a child, not one you dare give to her, unless you were trying to push her buttons. She was no child... decpite her young age and her younge appearnce. She lightly shook her head out of habbit, shaking away any thoughts that had decided to creep into her head. Up the path to the village and Tenmoki Yuki's house is on the right... she ingrained the thought into her head, then looked back at the goof of a man sipping from his cup. He was of no use to her anymore and she assumed that was all the information that she was going to get out of him without him annoying the living daylights out of her. So she decided to follow his directions and if she got lost, she would ask the villagers, hopefully they weren't all as odd as this man.... that's just want she wanted, to have been forced off onto an island of weird people... So she just turned away from the man, pulling gently at her long hair, another nervous habbit... and started walking up the beach, towards the path the man had pointed out. She waved a hand lazily at the man, but saying nothing other then that as she walked away.
