Demetria's mind raced and scolded her for leaving Lord Edward with questions still unanswered. As her own eyes began to drift shut she sighed, happily. "It has to do with my mother, Lord Edward." she whispered. She didn't know if he could hear her, but being able to say it was her first step. She smiled and allowed herself to fall into a slumber, even though she had woken from a previous nap not too long ago.

The female vampire stoped in front of Edwards castle and looked at the screaming hunter. She was aware of the vampire in the brush but didnt care, if he got in her way she would simpley kill him like she did his brother. She looked up and quietly said "true sight muid my flight...." she closed her eyes and in her minds eye could see the way to Edwards quarters. She opened her eyes and walke up to the hunter. She looked up at him, her hands on her hips, and gave him the finger. An obvious challenge. In her minds eye she looked back to Edward ind from there into his mind.... she it was working. She had managed to cover her intensions to kidnap him and force him to see her master.... everything was working perfectly to Murakai's plan.... despite the fact that his orders seemed to change every day.

'The baker is baking stuff....Oh, I can see romance with those two, classic case and point scenario.' Edward was thinking, feeling, and commenting on the city happenings. He did this every time he slept, just to be sure he didn't miss anything and have to "wake up" for. He could wake up anytime really, but the more rest he got, the better he would handle meeting with Murakai later and anything else that might come his way. If he had to fight, something he really didn't want to do, he'd at least be ready for it. 'Heh, some one's challenging the hunter? And is that someone in the bushes? Ah, that's where he went...I was wondering why he didn't follow me...' Edward always had fun when he rested; his city was just so interesting and fun. Not only were there tons of rather crazy people to brighten his day, the city had been seeing a lot of new travelers passing through these last few days, but not anywhere near what the Imperial city saw. Heh, last Wednesday there had been some kook asking if he had seen his chicken drawn horse, Edward had thought he had just been a little confused and meant his horse drawn chicken(whatever that meant), but he wasn't, he really had meant his chicken draw horse. Turns out the chicken was leading the horse around Cheydinhal in search of grass to eat. They obviously found some, along with the vine yards surrounding the city walls. 'Aw, Demetria fell asleep....'

Douglas dug his nails into the wall, the chain he had been carrying flying into the tornado uselessly. Douglas assumed it couldn't go on forever, and that eventually the puppet would have to stop. So he decided to wait it out. His fingers bled fiercely as his fingers pierced the solid brick, crawling along the wall like a spider, ever so slowly.

Demetria's dreams were once again filled with nightmares...or rather daymares in this matter. Her breathing grew heavy and she would occasionally shudder with fear. She body was tense and she clung to Lord Edward, almost as if it was her last life line. Then, the tears came. They fell down her white cheeks and onto Lord Edwards black shirt. "No..." she muttered.

Edward mentally frowned, Demetria was obviously crying now, he could feel that, why it hadn't been obvious before, he didn't know. Something was messing with his head, something strong, but not stronger then Edward. He could have figured out what it was, but it would probably just cause more problems. By now his body was probably cold, his heartbeat nonexistent with rigamortis(sp?) setting in again. The feeling was all to familiar and Edward kind of wished for a second that he wasn't a vampire.

Demetria's grip became tighter as the dreams progressed. Her breathing, however, became more strained. Almost like she was suffocating. As her knuckles finally turned white she shot up, crying and pale, even for an albino (lol). She tried to calm her breathing as she curled her knees to her chest, wrapping her arms around her legs. She made sure to keep some contact with Lord Edward. It brought her comfort.

Mr. Cuddles Douglas dug his nails into the wall, the chain he had been carrying flying into the tornado uselessly. Douglas assumed it couldn't go on forever, and that eventually the puppet would have to stop. So he decided to wait it out. His fingers bled fiercely as his fingers pierced the solid brick, crawling along the wall like a spider, ever so slowly. Murakai smiled and the puppet stoped. He said "well i am very impressed." the white puppet vanished as did the remains of the clawed puppet. Murakai smiled widely and of all the things he could have dont did the most unbelivable thing possible. Removed a mask. Under the mask was a young vampire who was not Murakai, the vampire said "the master says your good enough." the boy looked like he was about to say more as he burst into flame. A window large enough to show an entire person apearedin his place. In the window stood a man covered in a black robe and hood. His face was conceled all but his smile. He spoke saying "well done Douglas.... you are truly worthy to join me." His voice seemed to almost have a sweet taste to it that lingered in the air. As he spoke it was smooth and calming, as beautiful as they came. Murakai knew from experience that his voice had an attractive, almost seductive feel to it. As a matter of fact that strange power in his voice was the reason for so many of his followers. For some people it became like a drug that they needed to hear every so often.

Ug, did Demetria have to move so much? At least she wasn't leaving, but what could possibly be wrong with her? Edward would have woken up and ask her and then do what he could for her, but he needed to keep resting for as long as he could get. His meeting with Murakai wasn't expected to be easy with just talking involved, I mean look at the guys he had sent just for "insulting" the last messenger! So Edward kind of felt bad leaving Demetria to her crying.

"Sorry...I shouldn't be disturbing." she said as she laid back down. This emotional turmoil was wearing on her energy reserves. She breathed lightly, praying the nightmare wouldn't show itself once again. She nuzzled into the sidde of Edwards neck and tried once again to sleep.

Alice looked up at the hunter and sighed. She focused on his eyes and used the power of her mirror force drawing him into her world. Here the sky was red and the land was baren. She looked at him and said nothing. After hours in her world she released him. only moments had passed in the real world but it was enough for her to slip by withou him knowing. She walked about the castle heading strait for Edwards room. She used vampiric speed to apear at the door. Silently she walked inside and over to his bedside to see that he was in bed with a woman. A smile crossed her lips as she thought More lke master that i had guest. She looked at him and the girl and then with un-nessisary force drug them into her world where she saw in a flash the females nightmare. Alice smiled under the veil and brought that nightmare to life.

'Calm down Ed, you know this power, now figure out a way to break it.' He thought, Demetria was nowhere around him, he was basically stuck in his own mind after all. Could he still connect mentally with Marie? What about Lila? His head wasn't splitting open from pain, so the connection must not have been lost. And it was kind of strange to be able to still sense was was going on outside of his mind and inside it as well. So he was stuck...not much else to do but wait and see what would happen...

Roan look at this crazy Vampire. "It seems one of you damned creatures has a bit of a backbone. Or did you steal that too?" Roan replied to the mocking gesture of the female vamp. "Alright then, Bring it." Roan added as he slipped the sword to attack position. Then suddenly she ran away and no trace of the vampiress was there. "or I thought wrong." he said shaking his head.
