wow wow wow, I get that he did a lot of chakra walking but there is no dc for that, which means zip, zero, zilch. No pain, no gain buddy. Oh also I hope I didn't hurt your feelings with that next post XD

what the exercise was
Henge no Jutsu:

I decided to use this skill as the first Jutsu to learn. The children's determination will flow faster if I introduce a Jutsu to them first. During this exercise, I used these rules:
Roll a 1d20+chakra control. You must get an 11 or higher to successfully complete hand seal and transform into a crude image of the object. (We used a large stone) It was required of each student to successfully attempt this 5 times for the first day of training.
formula : 1d20+chakra control.
Train: ?/5
if a student successfully performed the jutsu, he was awarded +1 Experience and -2Cp. If a student failed an attempt, he would lose -1Cp. To regain Cp they had to rest for one post to gain back +2Cp.

Part II
The final part of the training is done much like the first. I picked an object for the students to transform into, by using the seal of the tiger or sheep, they would transform. After they did their transformation, I would make them hold it for 1 minutes.
Cp: -2 for succesful transformation + -1 per minute held
Train: ?/4
Experience: +10 Experience for completion
Formula: 1d20 + Chakra Control
DC: 10
To regain Cp the would have to rest for one post and recieve +1Cp.

This is our exp grading scale from now on.
For Ghost:
L(level)1-5 1exp per 100 words
L6-10 1 per 60 words
L11-19 1 per 40 words
L20-29 1 per 35 words
L30-49 1 per 30 words
L50+ 1 per 20 word

Jutsu learning base exp:
E rank: 10-20
D rank: 40-50
C rank: 60-80
B rank: 120-200 (our mission was a low b rank so 120 is the number)
A rank: 180-300
S rank: 250-500

Also, for self training you only gain can only gain a skill or stat point per 10 posts you make. In missions this only applies to stat points, skill points are given generously during missions, however in smaller amounts. And than nin, gen, and tai points are given in the butt loads depending on how you fight.

Raine: 168 exp
+1 strength, +1 con,
+1 treat injury, +1 intimidate,
+3 Taijutsu

You see how I did that, I only got 2 stat points because I made 20 posts, than the skills were pretty much free as long as I used them, never give more than 1 or 2 unless they were used a whole lot.
And than because he used taijutsu the whole time and it's a skill he gets 3 points.
