Thanks man, it's not that it's about self esteem it's just that I appreciate being able to do things and to do things I need to be in good shape.

I'm thankful for the healthy immune system I have, although I really ought to watch my sodium intake. sweatdrop

I'm fairly proud of my immune system too, Scoot! 3nodding I've recently (since December) been getting up at 4:30am to do an exercise class that my sister runs. It's fairly fun, but lately my body feels heavy. Which worries me.

4:30 am? Geez, I'll quit complaining about how early I wake up, then. sweatdrop
I went white water rafting before, in a raft of 12. It was great, at one of the hardest turns, we actually ranour left side up the flat side of a vertical rock, until our raft was almost nearly vertical. I think we stayed like that for about 8 seconds, but it felt like 30. xp Freakiest 8 seconds ever.

Yeah, white water rafting scares me a lot. I've actually been in one where the raft flipped. Not fun. Not fun. At. All.

Did you freak out? Or were you fairly calm about the whole thing, Scoot?

Let's just say that when you're in a river with loud, gushing water all over the place, and your raft has been standing vertically for seconds with the rowers sitting on top of it, no one will notice if you pee. sweatdrop

For the last seven days I'd try to be on a spiritual journey, much like Buddha did, then realize just how LATE I started. xd Ah well, one has to start and end somewhere, right??

A spiritual journey... to your inner self? To a higher power? To Cleveland, Ohio?
