While her trainer kept rattling off the same command, Kiara began to get pissed.
{Dodge, this, you Rocket bastards!} Kiara aimed a relatively small shock infront of a helicopter, before aiming a bigger one beneath it. When in doubt, feint!

 They wouldn't run this time. They'd do something about this. They'd help stop the Rockets.
"Etna, Sandstorm!" Robin called.
The Onix was way ahead of him, already letting loose a barrage of scraping, blinding sand at the ominous black helicopters.

Kacen growled in frustration and turned to Torrent. "Gwend can't do anything. Can you use a shock wave?"
Torrent stared at him for a long moment, then growled in agreement, turning to the helicopters. Her fur sparked and an electric wave sliced out toward the copters.

 Avella grunted. Oh gods, she was getting tired. She was going to get ripped to little shreds if she got anywhere close to the chopper blades. Though her attacks were not doing much, Terri continued her Thunderbolt attacks. It'll hit, they will!

"Raichu?!"
"GO! HURRY!"
As Aura spun around and sped towards the breeder and the dark pokemon he was riding, Abi quickly did a stuntman-style jump and grabbed onto the back of the breeder's shirt before Aura did a quick about face to head back towards the choppers.
"I leave her to you, Zenny!" Jen flashed a grin at her buddy before her Arcanine took them out of earshot. The roaring of the choppers grew louder as they got closer.
"Aura! Attack! Use Fire Blast!"
A long howl rang out and the sky infront of the pokemon lit up as a symbol-shaped attack lanched itself towards one of the choppers.

 Seeing other trainers try their luck with fire attacks, Anise turned towards Sola. "You try a Flamethrower, too. Aim for whichever one's nearest." Sola neighed, then shot a stream of flames as high as she could. With all the attacks flying around, Anise quickly recalled Halcyon so the Swablu didn't get hit.

"It's Team Rocket Lynne. They must have called for backup." Alexa said hopping onto Vincent's back. "This isn't good. Stribog isn't big enough to have much effect and Vincent and Apolla's attacks can only go so far." She shook her head sending Stribog into the air. "Use Ice Beam!" Hopefully that'd freeze the fuel lines or something on the Helicopters.
Stribog flew towards the helicopter and fought the entire way. Finally getting close enough he opened his mouth for an Ice Beam. A blue light shot out heading for one of the copters.

Zoey, unable to assist with her meowth, stared up the helicopters with a glare on her face.
"There's no way we can let them group up with the other rockets. We'd never be able to stop them."
She turned the trainers and cried, "Come on guys! Keep up that firepower. We can't let them join forces.!"

Several of the attacks had managed to hit the copters and stop them - but not for the better. The copters began to turn their attention towards the trainers and started launching their weapons.
Meanwhile, some of the copters had been knocked down by some attacks, but rockets in parachutes had jumped out of the falling plane in time and were releasing their own pokemon to attack back.

And this was where she failed. She wasn't a battler, she had no Pokemon that could fight. Thinking of it, she looked down at Aimee and immediately withdrew the shaking Buneary. She knew what it was, even without the name being screamed all ove rthe camp.
"We'll never get enough attacks through the trees." She shook her head. "We need to get to the town, or we'll have no chance. A thought struck her and she looked for Luna, only to realize the girl had left on her Pidgeot.
"If we get to town, the Rockets will have to lower the shields for the helicopters. Even if we can't bring them down, we can get inside!" She told Oyumi and Carter instead. "If we wait here to see if Luna and the other fliers can do something, it'll be that much more time wasted between here and town. I'm no good here. I'm going to Motterossa."
She released Castor, and the Ponyta looked to her with interest, immediately sensing trouble. Rhia climbed on, digging her feet into the stir-ups with a vengeance, although she was trembling. This was a horrible idea. Horrible.
"To Motterossa!" She instructed. She turned Castor's head and took off into the woods. Even if she just got to the edge of the woods, she could keep an eye on what was going on.
Let this not be a huge mistake...
Edit: A Rocket suddenly crashed into the branches above her and Rhia shrieked, spinning Castor off-course and pulling up short just outside the clearing. What were-- THEY WERE JUMPING?!
((Fayah/Duelist-- No idea if this is a good idea or not. XD
Edit: And with Rockets falling, she's not gonna make it. Lol Editted!))

@Helicopters
The helicopters don't seem intent on attacking anyone, they just kept on flying on. Lizzie scowled and decided that she had to go for a more direct method.
"Psywater! Rain Dance! Kestrel! Gust!" She sent out her own Pidgeot, just as the Lugia started darting around even more frantically. Soon, raindrops started pouring down. That should hinder the helicopters some, as well as give some advantage to the Electric Pokemon below.
Just as long as they weren't aiming for the other flying Pokemon.
Kestrel meanwhile was launching whirlwind after whirlwind at the helicopters, trying to drive them off course.

@Helicopters:
"I'll have no problem fighting in the skies, just be careful not to hit us!" The bird-keeper was dressed quickly and ready for action. She turned to Kipper and held up his pokeball, "Sorry buddy, you're going to have to sit this one out." The duck pokemon was returned to his pokeball in a flash of red light. Sienna quickly released her other three birds, Skylar, Enide and Frey. "Skylar, sweetie, do your best to hit those helicopters with Ice Beam, Enide: dark pulse. I want those Rockets to have nightmares." The murkrow cackled with delight. "Frey, I'm obviously going up with you, hit as hard as you can without hurting me using Gust." The Pidgeot nodded.
Sienna climbed aboard Frey, and the three took off toward the helicopters. The little blue swablu made it to a helicopter first and aimed an Ice Beam at the windshield. Enide chose a different flying machine and threw a Dark Pulse at it. Frey headed over to where Skylar was busy using Ice Beam and aimed a heavy Gust at the helicopter.

@ Helicopters
"Alright, throw your best attacks at those things! Take 'em down!" Zen rallied around the clearing, searching for his Absol at the same time. Finding him near a redheaded trainer telling Luna something about unifroms, Zen ordered the disaster dog to his side.
"Alright boy, you know what to do! Hyper Beam on the nearest chopper. Axel, Fire Blast on that chopper in the front! Go go go!" A yellow beam of energy the thickness of a tree trunk erupted from the gem on Armageddon's forehead, while a torrent of fire streamed from Axel's mouth. They crossed at one point, causing a large explosion in the vicinity of the choppers.
