Artemis smiled widely and bowed his head. "Thank you," he beamed. "I hope you have a wonderful day as well."

They spent the next hour or so looking at the various stalls of the vendors. Many of them had new things out, since they'd had the time to design and make new things lately.

"It's funny," Earendil remarked a while later, "how it really isn't such a huge city and yet we still haven't seen anyone else from our group. At least, I haven't."

After all it wasn't as if he could vouch for who Lin or Miyuki might have seen during the day.

"Makes sense," Earendil agreed. "Though usually I pride myself on being quite observant."

But then, he was as distracted as Lin and Miyuki today, to be fair.

Suddenly, up the street, Celeb and Haldia appeared, talking and laughing together. Haldia pointed at the three of them, and then both she and Celeb waved and started towards them.

The two of them laughed, and Haldia called out, "It seems you are quite energetic today, Miyuki!"

"When isn't she?" Celeb quipped, grinning at Haldia.

Earendil laughed. It was true - Miyuki was almost always full of energy, she could even outlast him from time to time!

Haldia laughed and put her hands on Miyuki's shoulders to try to clam her down a bit. "Yes, we have done quite a bit of dancing today, we are resting for a while," she grinned at the girl. "We were thinking of looking at some of the goods that the vendors have out today, Celeb has some money, and I like to look."

She still wasn't much for owning things, but she did like to look at the pretty objects.

Haldia giggled at the energetic child. "I am sure that they do," she grinned. "Even when it is not a special occasion they have beautiful things, with an occasion such as this I am certain that their joy would have caused them to create even more beautiful things!"

Celeb chuckled. "You're starting to sound as excited as Miyuki," he teased her.

"Exactly," Haldia agreed with Miyuki, grinning down at the child. Then she looked over at Celeb and smirked. "See? Miyuki knows what she is talking about. Now come on, you said that we were going to look at every single stall."

Celeb laughed again. "All right, all right, I did promise." He grinned at Miyuki and Earendil and Lin. "What about all of you? Sounds like you've seen it all already, which way are you heading? Games? Dancing? Food?"

"Have fun," Celeb grinned at the trio. "You'll probably see Rhea and Aurin there, too, I think they've been dancing most of the morning so far. Rhea's parents are looking after the twins, as far as I can tell."

Earendil chuckled. "Well, that makes sense," he murmured. "This would be their first chance to do anything like this, too. At any rate, enjoy the stalls, there really is a lot to see. We'll see you later."

"Later," Celeb agreed as he and Haldia slipped away in the opposite direction.
