Mizu's clone came in and noticed the real her was crying.She then knew what exactly happened so she went to the Mist village to find Kit.

[3/3] With one more practice Fenrir was able to successfully replace himself with a log, a chair, and any other surrounding objects available to him within a split-second.

[2/3] Fenrir tried again and made the illusion stay longer, but the details of him weren't quite right and an expert might be able to tell the difference between the clone and the real.
