Fina, apon entering one of the training rooms, took her lightsabers into her hands, and opened them up. She toned her lightsabers down to training strength and then closed them, turning to face Eldin. "Whenever you're ready..." She said, Activating her sabers and taking her stance, stepping back with her right leg, foot pointed off to the side with her leg bent. Her left foot pointed straight toward Eldin, left arm held down and infront of her, right arm behind and raised...

This stance left her ready to block with her left hand and ready to attack quickly afterwards with her right... The only downside that she could see was that it was kinda predictable that she'd block with the blade in her left hand.

Fina smiled as he rushed at her, bending her legs slightly to allow herself to spring up. She used the force to help her jump a bit, left hand straightening the blade out infront of her in attempt to get under the blade and push it up. Her next move was to bring the right saber around and to the most likely weakened area in his defense; his left side. Since the sabers were toned down, they would only sting and the damage would not be lethal.

As he dodged her attack by merely running past her, she spun to her right, along the way moving the blade in her right hand so that it swung at him at chest level, however this attack was a light one. She didn't put too much force into the swing since she expected him to block it and instead stopped half way, keeping her back turned to him and turning a bit to her left, bringing her left blade around for a low swing, aiming for his leg...

Having felt no real pressure so far, She decided she'd get a bit more bold with her movements in this fight. Moving her legs down into a bent position, she sprung into a sideways spiral in the air, bringing both sabers up 'above' her toward Eldin. The move was executed that, should it go uninterupted, she should land facing Eldin in the stance she'd started in when the duel first started...

Fina was caught off guard as the attack to her chest hit. As it hit she stumbled and fell on the floor of the training room, giving plenty of room for the attack to her leg to hit as well. She was surprised, that her own attacks hadn't hit... but then again, she was just getting a bit fancy. She really couldn't do anything to have changed the weakness in her defenses at the time, doing a barrel roll in the air...

She looked up at Eldin for a moment, then down at her sabers before starting to stand up again...

Eldin backed up, giving her room to recover. The only mistake you made was compromising your defense for an attack. With Jar'Kai, defense and office should be equal, according to Master Yoda.

"Very true...I can sense he already has a problem with you... I know how you feel about the making a difference thing, too--maybe I'll finally get a chance to find my mother's murderer with a position as a Jedi..."

Fina nodded, standing and taking her stance again. She stood, ready for another attack, were one to come, robes left with a mark where she was zapped by the training saber. "You're good, Eldin." She said, with a smile, as she waited...
