Beh Bear Ikue's head tilted to the side slightly as Betram was listing the reasons of why she was perfect, and she still didn't she was perfect. Actually, no one's perfect.. uhh.. The medium then began to laugh a bit, the best she can do to prevent herself from blushing. "Ah hah hah.. I'm not really pretty... or that smart. Uhh.." Ikue went speechless again, then after a few moments have passed by.. "Ah, uh, perhaps we should start heading for the hotel lobby? Hm.. where is this place anyway? Is this one of the hotel's rooms?" Bertram was a bit hurt that she was laughing at him, when he was only telling the truth as she saw it. Then he saw the beginning of the blush start, and felt a bit better. "Where are we? We are... in... the lair!" Outside, thunder crackled. "Which is inside the park's maintenance tunnels, as the master likes his privacy. He's turned some of the rooms into a perfect little house for him and the mistress..." The wraith tapped on a wall with his hand, and it slid open, revealing the night sky. He leapt up, and then grasped Ikue's hand, pulling her up. "Um... Ikue..." he paused, and shook his head. "Never mind..." then he looked around, and pointed to the tall hotel. "That way..." The wraith was privately thinking about what it would be like to just lean across the short space in between them and kiss her... but he was far too polite to do so.

Slayer the Fallen ((You're gonna send my character into a death trap! crying )) ][PSHAW! Naw. >> It'd be one of those comical 'I hate you! I'm going to kill you!' relationships. Where the person tries to take revenge on the other, but the other person simply runs away flailing their arms about and crying like a baby. o.o][

Whenever someone told him the dinosaurs were extinct, that guy would go into a wild frenzy, attemtping to kill whoever made that comment. Once, I believe, he managed to throw a kid off the second floor of our school. :shakes head: Anyways, Naj is kind've like that. She'll go into a killing frenzy....I think.))

Ikue was helped up and through the newly made entrance after Ikue had tapped the wall. She wondered what Bertram was going to say to her, after he changed his mind about it. Ikue looked to the hotel, which wasn't that far from them. "Ah.."
Her soft, gray eyes gazed up at the night sky for a moment. It was pretty nice out tonight, and it wasn't too cold.

We can avoid Naj after all." It was a pretty aweful thing to suggest considering Mimi didn't want to be in the hotel, but it was also because he cared for her that he suggested that they go inside. "It's not healthy to stay out here, especially since it's so cold." He would state, matter of factly. "Besides, you're not looking very good." He would also add. Yes, he was just adding more and more reasons for her to go inside! ][-Hides behind Demise, from Duellist. T-T][

*The girl smiled. Taking a bite out of her half of the sandwich, Naj waited a moment, allowing herself to swallow what she had been chewing. This done, she looked up at the ceiling as she carefully phrased her answer.* My brother makes a living as a demon hunter. When he heard about the numerous demons and spirits living in this area, he couldn't help but feel his presence was needed here. I haven't heard from him in a while though. So naturally, I decided to visit him. Of course, he doesn't know that part yet. But he'll find out soon enough.
*Giggling the girl turned to Neik, looking directly into his eyes.* So tell me, Mr. Stranger. What brings you here?
