Remus nodded and turned around. He took six steps towards the wreckage. He bowed his head slightly, his arms coming together in front of him. He drew his hands apart and traces of white shining magic fell in their path. His hands were surrounded by small spheres of white light. He raised his hands over his head. As he did so, the body of his sister emerged from the wreckage.
Her dress was torn in several places. A look of sad serenity was on her face, her eyes closed. Remus had to fight the urge not to look away as he saw several knife wounds in her chest. He brought both hands to his left side before throwing the magic at his sister's prone form. It surrounded her and she vanished. Remus sank to his knee as the magic took it's tole.
One down, one to go...
He slowly staggered to his feet.

Lina forced herself not to go to his side at the moment, the sight of his sister sending waves of both sadness and anger throughout her body. How could someone do such a thing? she thought, sighing heavily To their own family...

Remus repeated the process of hand motions, raising his father's body. His father's expression was one of fierce pride and determination, knife wounds also covering his chest. Remus lowered his hands to his right side and released the magic, tears falling from his eyes as his father vanished. He slowly turned and walked back to Lina. He was obviously drained.

She said nothing as he walked back to her, only moving to hold embrace him for comfort as she began to sing a short but long song, one telling of how those lost have now found peace, her voice low sad as she sang.

He held her with one arm and supported himself against a nearby wall with the other. He listened to the song and a sense of peace came over him. The pain of the experience slowly fading away as the notes of the music washed them away.

She end the song slowly, letting the last note be carried away by the wind before closing her eyes and sighing lightly, "What shall we do about your home?" she asked, her voice almost a whisper.

He gently let go of her and turned to the wreckage. He walked over to the door and broke it in half with a swift kick. He picked up the piece with the symbols and carried it back to her. "Leave it. There's nothing left here now."

He nodded. "I may need your help to avoid collapse. The robe is what let's me perform that magic and it requires quite a lot of strength."

Lina smirked, stopping to let him rest against her as she said, "Then I shall give you enough energy to make it to your room.." she then transfered a bti of her own energy to his body then waited for him to regain a little of the strength.

She nodded and they continued walking off towards the base, which was thankfully not too far off if her memory served her right.

Remus corrected only one turn as they made their way back to the base. It wouldn't take them much longer to get there. "Lina I... thanks for being with me..."
