Sup. I'm new to this guild. Name's Chase. I like to lie and sky dive off the moon. I'm also into ToS. It's a game. It's ok. It's an ok game. Ok?
Yeah. Name's Chase, like I said, but people call me Chase for short. Can't spot the difference? Waffles.
Have you ever sky dived off the moon? Neither has Jesus.

But nice re-entry. Though it would be nice if you did it with fireworks and stuff in the background. Though I do have to ask you, what would you do if your waffles lost to my cake in a battle? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sirea Angelie Lightning vs Kratos...who would win? ninja Kratos, I think. Unless you're talking about the God of War Kratos for whatever reason, in which case I'd root for Lightning. Magical Maiden @Evilweirdo: You're the best heart Thank you. 3nodding 50 K Down the Drain Haha Have you ever sky dived off the moon? Neither has Jesus. How about Batman? He can breathe in space, you know.

I have found a Kratos Aurion vs Cloud Strife fan-art on DA. There were alot of comments of peeps rooting for Cloud. rofl

Understandable, since Cloud is probably more well-known. On a random note... All righty! *has gathered $220 out of target $320* I'm getting closer than ever to getting Tales of Graces! ...And the PS3. But mostly Tales of Graces! Yes!

@Killer: Next time. Also, my waffles would never lose to your cake. Unless it was waffle cake.
@Evil: Really? I knew Bane was an astronaut, what with his sexy face get-up, but I didn't know Batman was one too.
And congrats. I can't wait to get Tales of Graces f myself. Did you hear that Tales of Xillia might also make its way out of Japan as well?
And as much as I'm looking forward to playing Graces and Xillia, the RPG I'm most excited to play is the upcoming South Park: The Stick of Truth. Those who know me know that I've been watching South Park religiously since its inception, and that it's my favorite TV show in the werrorld. So an old school Paper Marioesque RPG based on the show is a dream made in Mormon heaven.
I'm also looking forward to Ni no Kuni. And what with Xenoblade Chronicles released on the Wii, as well as the upcoming Last Story, those who say JRPGs have died this gen have no idea what dey be sayin'. Know what I sayin'?

Know what I sayin'? Its a 600 layer ultimate devil cherry strawberry ummmm berry chocolate vanilla sugary whatever else I can think of CAKE It is a war machine against waffles, it already defeated the pancake kingdom, and it is currently making military negotiations with Pop Tarts and mini cakes. I haven't really thought they(JRPG's) died, but they are becoming less frequent lately, though (Even though I haven't tried any so far as I know) They have been slowing also cause its hard to come out with new material and produce it to the market for high demand. So I do not know the most of what you are saying. XD

Sorry Killer and Azura, but nothing beats Waffles besides Waffle Cake.
~
@Killer: A lot of people have said the JRPGs of today can't compare to those of the past, but that's just nostalgia clouding the mind. I am a nostalgic person, but I am also a sensible person. Today's JRPGs are just as great as those of the past.
Except FFXIII. That one was a misfire.
~
@Azura: Get my as* back in? NEVAAAR!!!
*Runs to hide for another month or so.*

I thought Final Fantasy XIII was alright. Sure, it's different in comparison to the previous games, but I enjoyed it very much. :3
Though I'm still working on sidequests on Tales of Graces f so it would be a while before I touch FFXIII again. XD

XD I think we had this discussion before, but to reiterate, I enjoyed FFXIII...to a certain point. Its linearity didn't bother me. FFX itself was a very linear game, and that's my second favorite FF game. No, what bothered me was the inarguable fact that the game was a bare-boned beast. The first 30-40 hours of the game? Gameplay wise, nothing but battling. Nothing. But. Battling. No exploration, no towns to visit besides in two disappointly short sections, no sidequests, etc.. The only thing to break up the constant stream of battles was cutscenes and story expostion. Oh, and you could also upgrade your skillset, upgrade your weapons, and read a ton of text to fill in the backstory. But none of those things were fun to do. This game just failed at providing the deep experience synonymous with FF and JRPGs in general. Just absolutely failed. It's a shame, though, cause its battle system was really fun. The shame, though, was that there was too much of it. Easy to be burned out by. I admire those who didn't go insane by the 30 hour mark in this game.

I agree with Azuzu on the ice cream cake, and that new guy, Chase, on FFXIII. Ice cream cake is delicious and FFXIII just seemed to slam your face into constant battles with little exploration to take a break from it.
Also, I ride my Rapidash to the Mushroom Kingdom in order to escape the horde of zombies and win the heart of the muffinman's sister's puppy.
Also also, hi. It's almost five o'clock in the morning, and I don't know what I'm doing.

Hey would you look at that, its 5:16 A.M. I didn't sleep at all, HAHAHAHA (I'm so dead if anyone wakes up to find me up still.......) Well, I was up, and feel proud of it, it's not even my b-day yet and I am proud still. Ah, waiting 5 days isn't enough for me. I must stay up for all those days! Oh yeah, have you guys heard of the Bongcheon-Dong Ghost comic? o-o It's got some scares.....I adored the art of the blood on the ghost though, so perfect, and nearly like how I draw with my blood streaks, and the eyes....Glorious. Well I'll just leave this here.

To give the game some credit, least you don't have to worry about random battles and you get items that would help you avoid detection from the enemy. For my tastes, I don't mind a good battle. It means more EXP ....or whatever you call it. That and I get to listen to the battle theme. mrgreen And that your party is fully healed after each battle.
Though in all honesty, I don't let the gameplay bother me. I'm more interested in the story than anything.

I'm more interested in the story than anything. 1.This is setting off alarm bells in my head... That often means that a game is too combat-oriented. Either that or it's just modern game difficulty reduction in action. 2. This, but gameplay helps. On a random note, I just finished FFX-2 yesterday. It wasn't bad, actually. 50 K Down the Drain Haha @Evil: Really? I knew Bane was an astronaut, what with his sexy face get-up, but I didn't know Batman was one too. He's also a ninja.
