But if I bluntly read it all at once it sounds like an OP character.
I mean, I know he's not OP god moding like.
We just need to explain certain cases a little more.
It can be viable for him to be Eva's son.
Emphathy needs a more detailed explanation of how it works
because in plain sight is seems like
"I ran read your every move, therefore I can control your emotions and control you"
This is a delicate manner, please look on it and explain it with a little more detail.
I don't know, something like he can instead read the auras of the emotions. Thus gaining an idea of where they are most likely going to attack depending on their feelings. (A blinded person by rage tends to be all out thus depending on their range, he can evaluate the safest place to position himself in.)
The Inner heard indeed sounds tricky
But try to make it as less tedious to approve as you can.
