...then why did someone just tell me that he quit the guild and that's why he's no longer Kazekage?

Probably because he said that he was leaving and that someone else could be found for the Kazekage and VC positions. That kind of talk makes people think that he has left, whether or not he actually has.

If you check the guild members list, heʻs still there.... I donʻt know... I hope he didnʻt quit. He kinda just blew David off in the middle of a fight.

Black: That's because VC's and Captains aren't allowed to quit the guilds that they're in until either the Captain transfers ownerships or the VC's are demoted...meaning that he can't exactly quit the guild by clicking the quit button because he's a vc. I tried to quit a guild I was VC on but I had to ask the captain to demote me first

BLacKeMoSAdneSS *sighs and sits on ground* Well... Iʻm gonna wait for Hinote to get back online so that I can thank him for attempting to save my a**... which is apparently not dead. Yeah, it kind of looked to me like you had been forced into a death, because you really had no way to avoid it, but David did, so I had him try to save you. I figured I could rescue the body at least, and if you really did want to die, you could just say so later rather than being left to rot there. You'll still definitely need a medic though.

Stay where you are until Gregar/Lance/Luo have figured out what to do. They might decide to void the entire event, or they might come up with some recall order, or they might even give you a mission to do where you were sent.
