Pr0dlgy I believe, and am thoroughly convinced, that there is some super secret way that you can make the RNG/RDG make high rolls at your disposal and you jerks aren't telling me. You guys are @$$e$... every one of you. [/rant] To be fair, you didn't ask, and aren't in my village. xd Gaia dice aren't random, they're based on a complex algorithm that alternate's between a select sequence of numbers (Which are changed about once a day. That is, numbers will repeat often, and that you can't manipulate the dice so much as play the odds cleverly. One day high numbers might be on the board, the next low. It's still basically luck of the draw, but you can get a feel for the day's run by doing a roll similar to this. *Edit* Now, from the numbers above, it's not really a good day, there are numbers above ten on the board, but 3's and the like are looking to prominent in the works. Normally you'd do two of three rolls to get a complete picture, but you can see my point.

Qyp Prod... you can only learn jutsu that your character meets the requirements for... and the element your character has... I knew that part. Like trying to learn a fire ninjutsu when I'm a water/lightning... or going for a technique that requires 26 ranks in genjutsu when I only have 7. No go.

Alright, so the main issue here was probably all my fault, so firstly I apologize. Running this event coincided with my finals and I admit that my judgement was hazy because of the stress I've been going through this past week.
To address the first issue: I've already PMed Mastur Sage about his extra attacks, because I think that personally he made a mistake(either that, or I have again, either way it doesn't affect the future of the roleplay very much except to us individually)
To address the main issue: I'm going to use last year as a precedent and say that yes, you can attack someone twice in the same post. Using this process, one person can focus on one person, but still dodge the snowballs of another.
*If you are dodging, it will not count as one of your actions during your turn*.
This is because if you are, for some reason, being focused by every other shinobi on the field, you don't have to waste your precious time and attack turns to dodge things. So does everyone understand this concept? You may attack twice, hide twice, scan twice, use your jutsu twice consecutively, or any combination of these. Posting consecutively is fine as long as they're not attacks. (e.x. hiding and scanning multiple times is fine)
