Why do the jackasses always get away with murder?
A sort-of-friend of mine, by the name of Roy, ditched his loyal, dedicated girlfriend of over a year, to whom he'd lost his virginity, for another girl, who ditched her loyal and dedicated boyfriend at the same time. Those two are still happily together.
Meanwhile, the guy's ex got with another guy, who promised he wouldn't do that to her.
Care to guess what he did?
I don't get it. It's been a while now. Where's their karmic retribution? Where's the justice? Why hasn't Roy gotten what he earned?
Ugh.))

I have a bit of a thing with the empathy deal-y too, though it might not be the same thing. I had dismissed it as paranoia but I was able to predict the actions of the second guy who dropped my friend for another girl from barely a week after they got together, if I recall correctly.))

((That's more of precogniton. I'm talking about, I can look at a person and listen to them talk, and within ten minutes know more about them than they (or I) want me to know. I can't really control it, and I can't think of an instance where I've been wrong.
It comes in handy for languages, too. I can learn languages in a snap. Fighting too, if I ever get around to it.))

I just recognized what kind of person he was with a week or so - just watching him, listening to him a little, a few minutes or seconds each day. I got... he felt unfaithful to me.
And, lo and behold, about a third of a year later....))
