8/200 Kane hadn't been paying much attention. He just stopped for a second, realizing that Fang wasn't on his shoulder anymore. The boy had felt the Poochyena tense up before leaping off his shoulder. Turning, he saw the dark blur leap off from behind and then charge towards some white shape in the distance. What was that?!A snarl rumbled through Fang's throat as he saw something trying to attack the pair from behind. He had been happily lying across Kane's shoulder when he heard a noise from behind. Tensing he then spotted the pokemon and leapt off to charge! No way would he let this icicle hurt Kane! Fang was preparing to slam into the icicle with a Tackle attack and hope it bounced off the ground and went squish!Backpack// x1 Potion [2/10]

((Thank you)) [20-4] + [11-9]= 14 DMG Kyo's didn't manage to dodge. This battle wasn't going too well as he panted and stopped. No, he just needed to keep going. The Zangoose let loose a growl and then glanced at the Ducklett angrily. He needed to do something but what? At this rate, he'd end up unconscious and that was the last thing he wanted to happen. Just as he was about to attack, a pokeball went flying directly for the Ducklett. What was Jade thinking?![1/10] Kyo the Zangoose, Lvl 4 [M] Adamant HP: 5/21, PP: 22, ATK: 15, DEF: 11, SPD: 13, SP. Shedding blood and giving him a deep wound on his back and arm, he quickly called Namiko out to protect him. After a fierce battle in which the Lapras was winning, he decided to use his only pokeball and catch the powerful pokemon. The Ducklett was shocked ...quite literally as the pokeball hit off of his head and went spinning away. He had pictured himself flying into the sunset or at least, driving his opponents into the ground. There was no way he pictured himself being captured ...as he felt his body being pulled into the light. Growing smaller and smaller, until there was nothing left as the pokeball hit the solid ground and would start to wiggle towards the edge of the rock face.
If Jake didn't react soon ...he would lose his capture to gravity.

Speed ...speed was a dangerous thing as the Poochyena attacked, and that attack would be met by another. There would be no doubling team at this point as the Vanillite would break over and send out a pulse of water at the charging dog. She was going to make him heel as she snicker at his foolishness ...he should have kept facing forward.
The water pulse shooting from her mouth would come out to met the pokemon head on.

Jade lunged after the pokeball. He grabbed it just in time and then clipped it to his belt. Letting out a breath of relief, he turned to look at Kyo. The Zangoose looked exhausted but the look in it's gaze showed it wasn't giving up just yet. Jade honestly admired his fighting spirit. He then returned the pokemon to his pokeball and then turned back the way he had come. This time he was going to head back home. He'd spent too much time on this island. Maybe on the way back, he'd find a way to find the amber. The Umbreon had actually resisted jumping into the battle. That wasn't like the dark pokemon at all. He must be getting soft. Though it would seem that his capture would lead him to something else as he took that one step towards getting back to where he had started. A flash of light would hit him in the face ....and if he looked for the source he would see it on the side of the floating rock mass.
There in a nest of varies stolen item that included fur ....would be the shining orange colored rock. Shaped like a egg, the amber would rest in the nest.
It would seem that .....Ducklett had a reason for his attack afterall.

Jade had continued walking but stopped when he noticed that Nyx had stopped. The dark pokemon had darted away, back towards the nest. Something had caught his eye and the Umbreon had picked up the amber and then brought it back to Jade. He placed it into the boy's hand and Jade glanced down. What was it? He stared at it, wide eyed. The thing he had been sent to get! Excellent! The boy patted Nyx happily and then began running. Time to finally get off the island. The Umbreon resisted rolling his eyes. Really the boy was so ridiculous. He had actually almost missed the item they had come searching for. Sighing, he then continued wandering off as well. Time to get off the island and go rest somewhere or something. It'd be great to get off finally. Gaining that item, the boy would walk away and re-enter the forest. Though hopefully he would be able to travel a lot more quickly through this area then before.
PETRIFIED FOREST
A forest that has trees as hard as steel. The wood has been harden by time, this is a place where ancient pokemon roam ....and where the past and the future meets. It is said that those that journey here can sometimes if they are very lucky be touched by the master of time. Though it might be very time consuming to find the treasure buried only bark deep in the trees.

Jade looked around the forest. It was familiar since he had just came from it anyway. The boy took off running, continuing to run. This time he was determined to get off the island. Jade felt refreshed and pretty happy at the moment. Things were going pretty well as he continued jogging. Actually it felt pretty good here too as he kept a good pace. It wouldn't tire him out quickly but it also was a faster pace then walking. Nothing to do but continue going backwards. There would be a slight rustle of foliage as she would come rolling out of the underbrush. Her entire body seemingly to be nothing but a shell as she stopped her roll and looks backwards at these invaders.
Her tentacles would shift the earth a bit as she smiles at them.
This would be fun ...though she knew that a trainer heading this way tend to be more dangerous then one coming. She wasn't going to run away from it as she stops in the midst of their path and hunkers down looking for an attack.

Jade skidded a halt almost falling over the pokemon. It was hunkering down like they were going to attack but the boy just wanted to leave. He leapt over the pokemon motioning for Nyx to do the same.
