Luna shook her head.
"Was that your mother?" she asked softly, looking at Ialo. She stood up straight, not bothering to address the plant that sprouted in front of her. She merely took a sniff and once she found it unflattering, she completely disregarded it. "I think we might have to go if your mother is using telepathy with us.." she began saying slowly. She reached out for Ialo, slightly touching his cheek.

Acaria was still passed out under the giant heap of snow that had fallen on top of her on the school grounds.

"Yes, yes it was." Mrs. Enlil appeared right in front of them. She had anticipated the state of the forest, and was suspended in midair, much like her son. She calmly gazed at Luna's hand upon Ialo's cheek. "Could you excuse us a moment?" Without waiting for Luna's answer, she grabbed her son by the collar and slapped him, before effectively throwing him back to Luna. "Ialo," she addressed her son dangerously. "IF YOU PULL A STUNT LIKE THAT AGAIN, I SWEAR TO GOD YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY AGAIN!!!"
"Luna, I'm counting on you to keep him in check."
Ialo, dazed, caught himself before he hit the ground. Who knew what that crazy grass would do? A red mark began to form across his cheek.

((Letting you all in on a secret, since I think of you all as friends and since I trust you guys won't manage to tell my parents hahaha.
My buddy of like 6 years is moving to Kansas in December, and theres a good chance none of us will ever see him again. So as one last hoorah, we're all just going to leave a note and take off on a road trip to California to longboard down the epic hills there, and come back after a week or so lol))

The grass was happy. Suddenly, an immense weight crashed down upon it! Help! No! We're being attacked! It squirmed helplessly under the dragon's massive weight. I'll save you! the rosebush exclaimed as it leapt foliage-first onto Ialo's face. Meanwhile, a vine growing from an overhanging tree began to artistically drape itself over Mrs. Enlil's head. The ragweed, heartbroken by Luna's rejection, seemed to be in the midst of a botanical seizure.
Then roar of an irritated dragon mother filled the forest. Everything became very still. And then the noise returned a hundredfold. The birds' once happy songs were now extremely agitated and more than a little threatening. The rabbits just outside the clearing simply froze.
Aha! I've got you now! the thorny weed shot out and wrapped itself around Mrs. Enlil's ankle. The other living things took this as a cue. Birds began divebombing her. Leave our babies alone! We know you want to eat them--NO EGGS FOR YOU! The vine on her head was confused. It started swatting vaguely at the birds. The grass, finally having had enough, started enveloping Ialo and Luna.
Wha..? What is happening? the trees wondered. Something is happening. They slowly patted at the air, trying to find the source of the disturbance. The thorn vine tightened its grasp on Mrs. Enlil, digging into her ankle.

Colin watched, bored, as the first Sun' Rai fell apart and Bola Bola disappeared again. "Well, that was exciting. And now back to the game." He motioned to the air elementals and an immense bubble formed around the firey giant. The glowing vortex above him hurled itself at the other god, passing unhindered through the bubble and sank into the giant. Colin whispered a few necromantic spells under his breath as he closed his eyes and concentrated. The elementals began to remove the oxygen from the bubble.
The extra Sun' Rai were now completely covered by earth elementals and partially eaten.
((Hi! Sorry I missed a few days--I was exhausted.
I do believe Neon asked us as to our Halloween plans. Mine are simple. I shall dress up as the Joker for the week, from the 27th to Halloween itself, and attend all my university classes in that manner. It shall be glorious. pirate ))

Luna felt a twitch of anger when Ialo's mom smacked him. She felt like jumping in the air herself and phasing into a wolf to rip off her flesh, slowly tearing it piece by piece off her bones to make it as satisfying to Luna's taste and as painful to his mother's body as possible.
But no, all Luna did was jump slightly and watch Ialo's face redden. She swallowed when Mrs. Enlil referred to Luna about keeping Ialo in check.
What was that suppose to mean? Luna thought angrily. Was she supposed to slap Ialo across the face whenever he didn't walk in a straight line? Luna's ears slowly reddened from holding back her anger.
Luna walked forward, hearing the crunching of the grass that she couldn't avoid after each step was made, and pulled Ialo down from the air slowly. When he was at a reasonable height compared to Luna, she jumped slightly and hugged him, knowing he'd be able to take her weight. She held on to him, her face against his chest, hearing his soft yet quickening heartbeat. Her hair was still at an outrageous length from her previous experiment with what she was able to phase on her body, and it covered the back of almost her entire body as she dangled in the air.
"Of course," she said softly, almost inaudibly, in reference to Ialo's mother's comment.
She hugged Ialo even tighter.
Suddenly, the grass below them began wrapping around them both. Luna looked up at Ialo for an answer, because she sure as hell did not have one. She turned to Mrs. Enlil, who didn't have anything to say to her because she was in quite a predicament herself.
Then her eyes went blank, being pulled into the past of the boy whom she was hugging with her gloved hand.

"this is an interesting development" kai looked at the battle between fire and plant god. he sighed and sat down sword stabbed into the ground next to him. "I mean really plants are growing everywhere, there a giant tiki torch over the school, everyone has run for they're lives." kai thought for a second "how dose this school even get funding anymore!" alot of other questions ran through many of them just to pass the time. "i wonder if the plant god guy, whats his name can make giant tomatoes ... i love tomatoes." he leaned against his sword, bored watching the gods.
Ike and koy landed near the forest . "I'm drawing a blank i can't figure out what to do might as well let colin do it." he sighed watching the bubble enter the fire god.
"i hate how this has happened the second I landed here." she sighed "well Ike might as well catch up while we wait." they started talking keeping an eye on the fight.

A tic appeared in Mrs. Enlil's eye as the forest attacked her. She simply phased through the plants, however. As the grass began grow around her son and Luna, she reached forward and grabbed them both, putting them under the phasing spell. The dragon mother then brought them all upward into the sky, above the grass, the trees, and pretty soon, the birds. Her grip was strong but gentle, and was supplemented by a cushion of air. As she glanced at the teens, she spotted the strange gloves from earlier. "I would take those off," she advised. "Until we're on the ground again." But alas, the spell had already kicked in.

Luna blinked, suddenly in the air. It was much colder so high up like this, she thought. She touched her nose with her upper lip; it was freezing. Her arms had goosebumps and her face was probably flushed. She covered herself with her arms as best as she could and let Ialo's mother hold her in the air. She did as she was instructed and took off the glove, putting it into her back pocket. "Where are we going?" Luna called over the wind of flying. She coughed madly; she couldn't take the temperature. Dammit, she thought.
