Oh no, I saw it too.
Thou, I've only read the first 20 pages of Chapter 1.
He did look a lot like him.
There's many Edward lookalikes running around in the anime world. ninja
There's Allen, that girl from Lucky Star.
I saw on LJ once that there was this girl from an anime who also looked lik Edward. I'll go look it up since I can't remember it.

No such thing as orginality.
All anime, manga, movies and novels are just a bunch of cliches that have already been done, just put together to create a story.
And these days it's really hard to create an orignal character without finding another one that looks or acts similar to yours.

Lucky Star and Code Geass are two anime that just came out recently.
Both are unliscensed right now.
