That machine gun will be a b***h to fire.
That, and no trigger mechanism for the grenade launcher either. The sideways bullets also could create a problem...

it's based off the P90, which uses the ammo loading mechanism to great effect. trigger for grenades is the same as for the rifle.
why would it be a b***h to fire?

P90s have a habit of Jamming on me. And look at the thing. It would pound your shoulder to hell with that butt.
As for teh same trigger, I hate using a switch to pick which one I want... i'd just rather use a second trigger. much easier, and you can multitask.

Nospai Deathous what if you were wearing shoulder armor? Who wants to wear a p***y pad? Boba Fett Doesn't wear p***y pads! No, but seriously, even with protection, it would eventually give your arm a pain. unless, of course, you incorporate the Ak-74's recoil mechanism, where the action slides back instead of the bolt, thereby reducing all pain, but you'd have to give up your grenade launcher setup...

Hey, I'm not any kind of a weapons expert.
I'd like to get more into it, but I have neither the time, money, or drive to do it. Perhaps later, when I don't live in a dorm.
Anyway, more padding for the stock, make it more conturored, add springs (shocks?) to it, to absorb shock, etc... Anything sound worthwhile?

Eh, still looks rather insubstantial. Looks more like a liner or a coating, than any kind of shock absorber.
What's the brown thing sticking down behind the grip? Grenades?

A gun for a scifi story?
Huh...maybe try something like the G11 or the XM29? And if it's powered armor, you wouldn't have to worry about the weight or bulk or recoil as much.
And if you want grenades or something, perhaps explosive/incendiary/whatever rounds? Hah, like a working version of the XM29, huh? xd

That pathetic piece of of black is your recoil pad?
Heretic, there is no springs you can use for that stuff...
But Nospai, if you have a lead supressor, it may help, but the ergonomics of your stock may prohibit it.....
