You know you're a band nerd when you make up a card game to instuments:

Friends and I actually did this, we assigned instruments to a number or royals, and then basically played go fish, except it wasn't "go fish" it was "go kill a flute"

Just for you all:

Ace- Alto Sax (A-for alto)
2- french horn
3- trombone
4- bass clarinets
5- Baritone
6- Bari Sax
7- percussion
8- pit
9- Clarinets
10- tuba
Jack- Tenor Sax
Queen-
King- Trumpets (because they think they're better)

-Whenever you hear marching music you automatically start marching.
-When everything revolves around band.
-When all your friends are band nerds.

You do NOT know how many times I wake up crying during marching season from those ngihtmares...

YKYBGW:

-You get really annoyed one day that everyone's out of step in the hallways and start screaming "LEFT---LEFT---LEFT!!!" (guilty (once))
-You're very surprised when people look at you and wonder what the heck you're talking about, and happy when the other people in the band immediately follow orders.
-You have a list of the hotness rating of all the drum majors in the district.
-(for those in small bands like me) You take pride in having less than 40 members in the band and still being able to perform better than the 'big schools' at the band nights.
-The first band night is fun. The others just get annoying after seeing the other bands' shows and knowing that yours is still better.
-You're insulted that the cheerleaders get a big mention at the pep rally for the special-ed school you performed at, and there's one line that says 'Oh, and the (insert school here) Pep Band performed too.'
-You have an underground stash of handwarmers for football games.

You know your a band nerd when there is a fire drill and you march to the beat of the alarm!

You know you're a band nerd when you have more service hours volunteering to raise money for band than for any other cause

You know you're a band nerd when you've ridden out of a delivery truck on a conveyer belt on a box of oranges (fruit sale to raise money for Florida trip)

yu know yur a band nerd when yu hum songs that no one has ever heard of [except your band of course blaugh ]... all the time- during class- absent-mindedly

yu know yur a band nerd when yu hum pop/techno/rock/rap songs and count the rests besides already having figured out the time signatures- time sig changes and cut times if any xd wa ha ha ha... i dunno bout yu but ive done that so many times sweatdrop
