Secret move? Mai-lin wondered. She cocked her head to the side slightly and kept listening to the others. She smiled at them when she passed them but only for a second. She was still close enough to hear them but -hopefully- out of sight.

"Do they have soda here? If so, yes please and thank you." Kei said with a smile, then swiped one of the straws from the container near by and stuck it in his mouth. "I guess if you're my sensei, you'll learn everything about me, huh? It will be hard to be a full team without trust and knowing your team mates capabilities. When everyone tries to do things their own way is when missions are failed and people die."

Anekio turned to the bartender Tori and herself had be- overly- flirting with earlier. "Get the kid a soda and add it to my tab." She grinned back at Kei, "You know quite a bit for a kid your age about teamwork. Seems you're already smarter than your brother," She laughed softly, adding quickly, "Still, we've got to expect the wrose from the other two." She sighed, remembering the little fight she had heard earlier in the day.

"There's a difference between knowing something and then doing it." Tori said. "Just because you know how things should work, if your other two teammates won't cooperate with you, it will make things difficult."
Kei nodded at what Tori said then looked back at Anekio. "Can you tell me who my other two teammates are?" He smiled, "I'll make sure everyone gets along so we can have the best team."
He's already acting like the team leader and he doesn't even know who the other members are. Yuhi thought as he smiled into his glass. I wonder if he'll still keep his idea of what a team should be in mind if he finds someone who want to be the leader instead.

"Sadly, you're the only guy, but sure. A girl named Ran and Mai-lin." She didn't bother with last names, they were too troublesome to remember anyway. When the bartender sat the drink down, she nodded at him. "Thanks."
She looked back up at Tori, sighing. "So much for our little plan, eh?"

"Mai-lin...the girl with the dog." Kei said to himself. "We met and get along fine I guess. We even trained a bit together." I don't know the other one though. I just hope everyone gets along. "I think she was holding back on me when we fought. The Inuzuka's are known for being good fighters."

"Yeah, they are. I'm happy I've got an Inuzuka on our team, as well as the Ran girl. She seems like a good fighter. But that's only half of it, you've got to have wits too." Anekio wasn't really looking forward to spending her evening with a Genin and talking about her new team, but rather bugging that handsome bartender or seeming like an idiot on the dance floor. Still, she didn't want to leave him here with drunk ladies everywhere.

Mai-lin giggled. Damn right we are! she thought, smiling to herself. she walked over to the bar, next to Yuhi and ordered a water. As she waited she glanced over at them, making it look like she was just there for her drink and not to listen to them talk.

Yuhi looked at his brother and scowled. The brat ruined my night! I'm supposed to be sweet talking these ladies right now... "Kei, go home. It's 1 a.m already and I know you have to get up early for training. If you see father, tell him not to wait up for me." Even though I know he will...
Kei finished his soda before speaking. "Sensei, when are we going to meet up, anyway? I've been wanting a real teacher for a while now." Yuhi reached over and flicked his brothers ear. "Ow! I didn't mean to make it sound bad, Yuhi! I can't learn everything I need to know from you!"
Tori smiled into her drink. I envy them a bit. I'm an only child and didn't have loads of friends when I was younger. It's pretty much just been me, Fuki and the rest of the birds. "You should listen to your brother and go home, Kei-kun. Around this time is when this place starts to get more rowdy. Besides, this place isn't for kids in the first place."

Mai-lin took a sip off her water and sat down on the stool next to the group. She looked over again quickly but looked back at her water, hoping no one had noticed her look over. If they caught her looking over too much they might start to wonder why she kept looking at them. And then she would be asked a ton of questions and found out.

"This is normally when the women get desperate, we don't need them hitting on a twelve year old." She looked up at the girl with water sighing. I hope she doesn't really think she's pulling one over on Jounin. She quickly adverted her gaze back to Tori, whispering so only she would hear, "Are all my Genin party animals or something, that one's Mai-lin." She sighed, not all to enthusiastic about this night at the club.

Mai-lin twitched and a small epp slipped from her mouth. SHe stood up quickly and paid for the water. SHe was about to head out when she saw she couldn't get out the way she had come and since she couldn't get in without the bouncer knowing she hadn't gone in that way...She whimpered in her mind and sighed.

Tori simply smiled and shrugged. "Fun is fun, right? Besides, I would be surprised if you said you never snuck into places you should have gone when you were younger. I sure did." And still do actually. That reminds me; tomorrow night is my meeting with him.
With a sigh, Kei slid off his stool, then bowed his head. "I guess I will go now. Thank you for the drink, Sensei. When you decide on when our team is to meet, let me know." He then left the club and slowly made his way home.
Finally! Yuhi thought and gave the girl beside him a smile. "I haven't seen you before. What's your name?" Due to the fact that he'd been drinking, Yuhi didn't realize he was talking to someone his brothers age. All he saw was a cute girl standing beside him. It probably didn't help that he wasn't good at spotting illusions...

Anekio laughed softly, "Alright, alright. So I've been drinking sake since I was Kei's age...What the hell is Yuhi-san doing!?" She shouted, looking at the man as he tried to hit on a girl far too young to be in the bar, let alone dating! Great. Before this little girl gets freaked out and makes everybody know she's only a genin... "Yuhi-kun! Come here! I wanna talk with you some more!"

Mai-lin blinked and smiled. "My name is M-Michi." She had almost given her real name but figured that might have been the best of ideas at the moment. She looked Yuhi over once and grinned even more. Better looking then his brother. Maybe Kei-kun will look like him when he gets older...but until then. Mai-lin held out a hand. "Want to dance, cutie?"
