Ada laughed as the question was redirected to her. "I barely know these people; I'm not one to adjust to others that quickly, I'm afraid. A terrible trait to have, isn't it?" She lowered her voice. "Well, if you do, you better snap him up quick."
Ada burst into a fit of giggles as she emphasized her statement by snapping. However, all humor vanished as she felt a breeze. She looked at the source. "Another wind manipulator, perhaps?" Ada frowned; he looked kind of familiar, but there weren't any wind manipulators at her old schools. There was a majority of water ones, though.
Ada let the wind swirl around her finger and directed her magic to make it solid. She then attempted to put her magic in it like Akemi had done, and it seemed she had narrowly succeeded. It looked like a shell, as it was pointy at the top and slowly widened as it reached the base of her finger. "I wonder how many people have my power."

Hei scratched his cheek as he was completely ignored... Kinda of urked him, but he ignored it, glancing down at the two beautiful girls he was with. They would definitely do. He let his body fall back until he was haning upside-down on the tree. His shirt fell down a bit, making him chuckle before he flipped back and fell, landing on his feet with grace. He leaned his back against the tree and looked between the two. "What are you girls talking about?" He asked, curious as to why Ada had been snapping a moment earlier.

Akemi......
Akemi giggled at Ada and her little comment. " That's something I'm not so sure about either. " she replied, winking. As Ken came down, completely ignored by the girl she saw his shirt fall down and blushed for a brief moment before regaining her composure. " Nothing special. At least, not that you need to know of. " she answered Ken, waggling her fingers and sticking her tongue out before bursting into a fit of laughter. " If you'd like to know, you've got to earn it! " Akemi said, winking again before chuckling a little. She then turned back to Ada for a second. " Don't worry. I'm sure there are people with your powers somewhere. "(( Going to sleep. Gettin tired. Gonna be on a long time tomorrow? (Deimon) ))

((Besides and eye doctor appointment, nothing's really set-in-stone. I might be hanging out with friends since I'm moving away in a couple days, but still not sure yet. So... can't really answer that atm...))
Ken frowned a bit at her first comment and grinned at her second one. How would he earn hearing their conversation? More like why? Had it been about him? When Akemi winked at him, he had a little gist, but wasn't positive, so ignored it. "So, how am I going to find out what you were talking about?" He asked, moving a bit closer to Akemi and smiling warmly, looking into her eyes and hoping the fact that he was closer, didn't frighten her.

Ada gently held her wind shell as Akemi and Ken talked. She didn't know how to react to others with her power besides her family, and Ada always felt unique being the only wind manipulator in her class. This led to sadness enveloping her mind, leading her to not react when Ken went back down.
Ada faked a smile, being not as happy as she should have been for knowing that Akemi had a little crush on Ken. However, she did giggle a bit when Ken started getting a little closer to Akemi. Perhaps they both liked each other. "Why so curious? Can't we talk by ourselves?

Yuki Nagasaki Mika felt the breezes change ever so slightly. 'It's like they're greeting a friend.' she thought before turning to see who could draw their attention so. Mika nearly fell from the tree herself. 'Is that... is that Austin Gonzales?!' she cried out in her mind, 'He goes here too?!!' For a moment, Mika wasn't sure whether she would faint from shock of squeal from excitement. When she did neither, she realized, she would be a lost safer standing on her own two feet. Hopping out of the tree, she slowly and awkwardly moved towards Austin, unsure how to properly handle the situation. (D'awww x3) Austin puffed pleasantly on his pipe, closing his eyes for a moment to feel a light breeze brush across his body. He felt a nearby disturbance in the breeze, that was approaching him slowly. Austin turned his head slightly, peeking through the corner of his eye to see what it was. It was a student. A girl, no less. This was an oddity. Austin turned his head all the way around, exhaling a small stream of smoke from his pursed lips. He examined this student for a moment before speaking. "..Yes?.."

Mika could feel her insides jump. She wasn't sure if her outsides did or not but she really hoped they hadn't. "Ah, well, umm, that is to say, I was just..." 'Shutupshutupshutupshutupshutupshutupshutup!' "I'm new here! My name's Mika Conner and I was just walking around here and then I went up that tree there," she turned and pointed to the tree without pausing for a moment in her babble, "it's very pretty, I think, and very comfortable as it turns out, the bark's nice and smooth but it's not so smooth you're always falling off, it'll make a nice nap tree -- but then I came down and now I'm here and if I don't take a breath I think I'll pass out." she took a deep breath in and inwardly cringed at what she had just said which was essentially nothing. Having no idea what else to do or how to handle this situation either (considering she had never babbled before much less at her idol) she stood their nervously, wringing her fingers behind her back.

Akemi......
Akemi gently touched the flame inside the small thin orb of water. Uncanny that it could survive within water but Akemi would be shocked if it disappeared. She leaped a step towards Ken as he moved forward and smiled wide, laughing. She could feel her whole body seem to warm up a bit and her cheeks turned just a little pinker.
" Exactly. What Ada said! " she said, giggling softly. Akemi looked back in his eyes and seemed to warm up, down to her very soul. She looked around for a few seconds, avoiding the question before looking back in his eyes. " I guess you'll just have to find out? " Akemi replied, a sparkle in her eye.

"Well, at least we knew he didn't eavesdrop." Ada smiled. That was a relief, or else Akemi would have probably gotten extremely embarrassed. Not only that, but Ada would wave been embarrassed herself for being the one that brought the subject up. She tried thinking of a way to redirect the conversation, because it didn't seem that Akemi was the epitome of subtlety. "Ah, didn't you go to talk to someone? I'm guessing you didn't really have a stimulating discussion because you're back with us."
Ada laughed, imagining her new acquaintance to be ignored or rejected, but stopped when she remembered the wind shell. It was a very delicate, little thing and required proper attention and care. Then, she observed that Ken and Akemi were really close. "Wow, you guys must have tiny personal space."

Austin turned the rest of his torso to face Mika. This new student seemed to be nervous about something or another. Finding her jumbled speech rather difficult to understand beyond the words 'Tree' and 'comfortable', Austin waited for her to be finished speaking before doing so himself calmly, with a small drag of his pipe. "Calm down. If you need to catch your breath, take a seat. I don't mind."

Mika mumbled a quick "Thanks." before shuffling her way to the bench. She sat on the far end and glanced around nervously. "I-I'm a wind magic person... thing, too." She said hesitantly after a long pause and lots of mental reasoning with herself on why she shouldn't be so nervous, "I've heard of you, y-you're really good."

This compliment stroked Austin's ego in a strange way. He had no clue people knew who he was. Which was a dangerous thing, in and of itself, but..It kinda felt good, in a way. Austin responded softly. "Meh...I'm not that great. I was just taught right, that's all..My teacher is far better than I could ever be." Austin tapped his pipe on the arm of the bench, emptying it of ash before refilling it. "Might I ask your name, since you probably know mine?"

"Mika Conner." She said simply, 'At least I still know my own name.' she thought wryly. "I've never had a teacher for this magic stuff." She honestly didn't know you could be taught. She had always just gone with her gut; everything had worked out so far... more or less.

Austin turned his head slowly, looking over at Mika simply for a second. He squinted his eyes very slightly, seeming to peer into Mika's very soul with his intense stare. After a moment, he turned his head back, and lit up his pipe, taking a small drag and remaining silent. He released the smoke after a moment of apparent consideration. "You've got the gift. Not much of it, mind you. But if you work on it, you can control it with more ease than I can. You're more naturally aligned to it." The girl's natural ability in using the wind was latent. From what Austin could tell, she'd used her powers before, but without knowing how to. Meaning, in life or death situations. He looked over at Mika again with a small, indiscriminate smile on his face. "If you'd like, I can show you some basics."

Mika barely suppressed a shudder at the way Austin stared at her. It was like he was looking into her soul. And for a girl who was used to keeping her secrets, it did not sit well. "Y-you? Teach me?" she paled and then flushed pink, "That would be awesome!" Then she remembered the last teacher she had had. Her father had hired a math tutor to help her get her grades up. He had left their house with a black eye and a broken nose. She winced and paled again. "O-or maybe just give me pointers?" she couldn't imagine what would happen if she hauled off and hit Austin, though it would be nice to have a teacher.
