*raises a glass of green tea* I toast to my dearest almost-sister, Angie, who is currently in a state of... well, emotional/mental/drama trauma. She and her boyfriend broke up, and the Ex-Boyfriend of Months Past is in a mutual "hey guess what I like you again" mode, and she feels that too... dear God. *takes a sip of tea* I really wish I could do something for her, but I don't know what to do, how to go about it, or what to tell her. For now, all I can do is be there for her and make this harder for me than it seems to be for her. WHY, GOD, WHY?! Why can't our lives just be SIMPLE, HAPPY, AND DRAMA-LESS?!?!!!
*writes the word "DRAMA" on a brick and drives a stake through its heart, then grinds the bits of brick and sprinkles them on a steak*

And with that, I say that Angie and Kevin got back together after, what, 24 hours of being broken up. I mean, what's the point if you're just going to stick yourselves back together? *cracks an egg* It's like putting a clean spoon in the dishwasher.
Unless, of course, we're in The Matrix. Because then there's gonna be a creepy little kid with some sort of little British accent telling us that "there is no spoon." Golly, that was bananas. *plays hackey-sack with a part of the eggshell*

I'm cat-sitting this week. I don't understand why, though. They already seem to know how to sit on their own. In fact, they're quite adept sitters. So why can't they sit themselves?
