Having found no one Zion sat on the living room couch and sighed. This is what she got for leaving school so early, no one home or to talk to. Defeated she put on the television and watched a special on Discovery about a new ancient egyptian tomb. Bored she got up and went to her car outside. Might as well go shopping for something to wear at the dance.
Upon arriving at the mall she saw nothing in any store she had gone into. She came out of Electronics Boutique with a bag of used games and saw two familiar faces. "Kidd! Darius!" Zion ran up to them and hugged them both. "Kidd I'm sorry I had to go when I got you to Xaviers but I had some stuff to handle. Are you guys shopping for the dance, I am too. I have someone in mind to ask but I don't know if he'll go with me. Are you guys going together?"

"sure i need to find some thing to wear good thing all the foraml stuff is on sale. he turned after hearing his name an saw zion run up an hug them. "it ok i stuck with her.... damn it im low on cash this might get me a shirt but thats it" he said pulling a few tens out.
"Are you guys going together?"
"wel...um"he said slighty blushing 'damn it!'

(I was going to wait for oniongirl to post as Lance but she doesen't seem to be going to and I need this to end by 1:00 tomarrow so anyhow...)
Damion could have come up with a much better story than Valerie had. The one she had told failed to explain himself and he was curious as to whether or not she expected him to play along. He would have some trouble explaining himself in any case seeing as he hadn't actualy involved. He looked hard at Miss Darkholme. There was no way that she would believe that he was innocent to this crime but depending on how often it happened mayby he would just go down on her bad person list. He did have the excuse of not knowing the rules afterall. He still had to curse Valerie for not giving him much to work with though. "what she said" he said with a slight smirk to Lance. Not charismatic or original but it didn't reqire him to call Valery a liar and he didn't have that much to work with. If Miss Darkholme decided to dive into his own involvement he might have a problem but if she would just focus on Lance then he might be off the hook with a few weeks of OSS or something.

Nick had closed his eyes as he found himself back in the room he had put all his new stuff in. He sighed and sat on the bed as he looked around. [I am getting ignored big time people I have tried and tried to join in. -__- ]

Zion giggled when she saw Darius blush due to her question. "Ah..I see." She winked and laughed then mussed up his hair. "All I have is a couple shirts and pants...and shoes but nothing for the dance yet. Kidd! Theres a place called Forever 21 in this part of the mall. They have some nice stuff...maybe we can find something for the dance." She tilted her head curious as to hear her friends answer. Zion was kind of glad they didn't ask who she wanted to ask because they'd probably either laugh or..well laugh. She kept her mouth shut.

Tatiyana looked at Alastair, her anger still simmering. She understood his position. She'd thought the same about Professor Xavier when she had first heard of his school. How could she blame him for what she herself was guilty of? Sighing, she searched her mind for the right words to say, until she looked up.. and noticed that Alastair was frozen completely in place, stock still. Her eyes widened, and she looked around the hall, trying to find something in motion so she could blame this moment on his powers and not hers. But even the birds were frozen in the sky.
Panicked, Tatiyana tried to call her powers, to start time again, but she could not. She couldn't get a handle on her powers. Frightened, she pushed at Alastair, but he was still. He wouldn't move. Frantically, she pounded on his chest, until tears ran down her face in frustration. She yelled out a curse in Russian, and slammed her hands against his chest futilely. But just as she did, time started again, and she found herself in a most precarious situation, just as the sprinklers turned on, soaking them both.

(( LOL! yes yes I know. I would never actually step foot in that store though but this is a character so she has to be diff then me..even if it means going to...forever 21. never to a&f though...oh and inu..i shall never tell..not till she asks ^_^ so nyah!))
Zion looked at his odd expression and blinked. "Um..are you feeling alright hun?" The firestarter smiled at her electric friend. She could tell he liked Kidd, it was a bit obvious, and that he wanted to ask her to this dance. Maybe I should help him out she thought to herself. Grabbing his arm she dragged him off calling back to Kidd, "We'll meet you at Forever 21 in like twenty minutes hun. Gotta help him out with something."
After getting out of hearing range of Kidd and into Hot Topic. "Are you afraid to ask her to the dance Darius?" She asked him while browsing through the clothing. She picked out a shirt that was nice yet different and looked to be his size and put it in his hands. "Try that on and find a pair of nice pants to go with it. I'll buy the outfit for you. Dressing rooms in back dear." She said and shooed him to go. Zion then looked over at the female clothing and picked out a black corset top with deep purple ribbon that tied up the front and a black and purple mini-skirt to go with the top. She went about picking out different things before heading to the dressing room.

Aaron had walked into the mansion no more then ten minutes after the sprinklers went off. "Just great." He muttered as he got soaked while walking down the hall to the elevator. The door was slightly ajar, he didn't think anything of it other then it might be broken. He opted for the stairs instead. As he walked up the stairs he took off his shirt and removed the holster that held his wings to his back then drapped the shirt and holster over his arm. While still at school he had already had three girls ask him if he was going to the dance and when he uttered no to each they went off disappointed. He hadn't come here to date or go to social functions at school. He had come to learn more about his powers and possibly learn something from the teachers at the highschool.
As he passed Victorias room he heard an unfamiliar voice but again thought nothing of it and went down to his room at the end of the corridor. Shutting the door he threw his wet t-shirt in the hamper near the wall and sighed. Atleast the sprinklers in his room hadn't gone off. At that moment they turned on and he yelled a few curses very loudly before going over to cover his bed with a sleeping bag he had had for a few years to keep it from getting wet. "Damn.."

Having nothing better to do at the moment, Victoria fell asleep on the infirmary table. Apparently, taking part in a full out rumble in the high-school's hallways took a lot out of a girl. Besides, thanks to Toad's little 'gift' she was still numb for the most part, meaning, she couldn't do anything even if she wanted to.
A few hours later...
Victoria awoke from her nap with a jolt as the entire 170 lb mass that was Toad dropped like a stone from out of the air ducts and onto her bed. Fortunately, the numbness had died down, so she sat up from where she was and stared icily back at him.
"What the hell do you want?" she spat, disregarding his question like it was nothing. "Because unless if you want another broken bone then I strongly suggest that you leave me alone. Now."

"some what "darius said rubbing his head because of his head ache he got from yelling at himself. 'ow man my head hurts....'he thought, then he suddenly was geting pulled by zion in to hot topic.
"Are you afraid to ask her to the dance Darius?"
"oh how could you tell" he said sarcasticly and trying to be funny.his attempt at humor made him feel better. he took the shirts zion gave him and they split of zion to the girl clothes and he went to the pants area. he pick a semi dress pantsto go with most of the tops and he sliped in to a dressin room and try on some clothes and finly dicideing on a nice outfit that gave his hair some color.
(hes got very light blond hair. it looks bleached)

After looking at the different outfits on her she came out of the dressing room wearing the corset and skirt she had first picked out. "Darius, I need your opinion. How does this look?" She was in her barefeet, well she had ankle socks on, and without the two inch heels on her boots she was at her regular hieght of 5'11". She looked at Darius' outfit pick that was in his hands. "Nice choice."

Koriander snickered as she heard the various curses going through the halls. This was shaping up to be rather entertaining. She twitched her mind a bit and went to watching the video cameras. Oh, the looks on their faces... and, of course, they were too busy to find the culprit.

thanks, you look realy good" dairus replied. atfer zion went back in to the changeing room, dairus went to the swimwear area and found a pair of black swim shorts with little ligning bolts on the sides "aw sweet" he grabed his size and walked up to zion who just got out of the dressing room "look at this" he said hoolding them up and suppressing his laughter."the irony"
