She gave Tazien a very confused look. Guardian flew perfectly fine..Unless the feline felt that Taizen needed to be taught a lesson in behaving. Her brows shot down when he tried to get rid of her and she sat straight up while those mismatched eyes burned a hole through Taizen.

"I am not leaving you out here alone Taizen. Tired or not, I refuse to! It..it's just too dangerous and I don't.." She didn't want anything to happen to him. Bah she wasn't going to tell him that though. "I don't think it's wise to leave you alone. And we don't need to see in the dark when Guadian has a great nose. He can follow Taikai's scent."

A thought crept into her mind. Hmm. "If you'd rather not my company and are trying to get rid of me..I'll go back to the temple then." Hehhehe. Femme guilt trip! A evil tactic but a good one none the less.

She simply glared at Taizen, the flesh at her jawline tightening. "Fine" She hissed out the word. Without a word to her companion, Guardian turned and began to trot off towards the temple. Niima didn't need to say a word. The feline felt her hands at it's tuff and knew what was being silently told.

She was quite angered at Taizen and he'd probably know that by the glare she had given him. They both knew well there was no attack force. He just wanted to get rid of her! Well fine. He was going to get his way. She figured he was simply 'moody' as normal so she would give him what he wanted..and more.

She didn't realize for a few moments that Guardian had taken to the air, the chilled wind catching her attention. Her fingers loosened on the tuff of the feline. "Sorry, Guardian. I didn't mean to..When we get to the temple I will make it up to you."

((I'm up for the sparring, I just need to do have Taizen wander around, I'm having fun messing with him. biggrin ))

"Hmf." Taizen said dismissively as Niima narrowly avoided a kiniption(Sp?) "It's for your safety." He thought as Guardian took off into the sky, he continued his walk down the mountain, looking around, the wind was still howling, but it didn't bother Taizen, so what if it whipped at his clothes, and bit his face, the harsh cold of his element didn't scare him, waterbenders were thermo-kinetic.(Wikipedia.org) What did bother him however, was that it felt like a group of waterbender's were firing snow at him from every direction they could, it was the wind of course, but this didn't stop Taizen from having to stop a wave of snow in it's tracks.

Hah! Niima travel in this? He was right to send her away, of course Niima had slept out in the snow before, but as he seemed to nag at her, she was not a water bender.The light of day was beginning to pinken the sky, and Taizen looked up at the waning moon, his strength felt waning as well, he wasn't tired, he was just losing the burst of energy he had gotten from the moon. "Taikai!" Taizen called, cupping his mouth to amplify his voice. "TAIKAI!" He called again, Taikai wasn't really still out there was he? He hadn't been afraid for him because the whather was the quivalent to a small storm in the north/south pole, but Taikai may have been in danger of an attacker.... Of course he had the utmost beleif in his master, but still... Niima was having a profoudn effect on him, he was worrying!!!

He sighed, cupping his hands again, "TAI-" "-ZEN!" Taikai finished his sentance, Taizen whirled around to find the old man grinning, "I thought when the other people returned, and you did not, I would have to find you." Taizen sighed... Releived...? "Darnit Taikai! You had Niima worried sick!" Niima? Right, but he had been the one that braved the wheather, though Niima would surely have braved it with him, if he had allowed it. "I'm sorry Taizen, for worrying you" The darned old guy knew him almost as well as Niima.... "I arrived as two bison left the air temple, I thought I saw some blue on it, C'mon, you'll catch a cold!" He said pulling Taizen along as though he were a child.

"Hmf! I'm not a child!" He complained, "And I'm not so weak!" Taikai nodded, and led him up the path. "Og course, Taizen, Of course..." "Stop Patronizing Me!!"

Fulgar lay on the soft silk sheets that lined a mattress atop a four post bed in the Northern Air Temple. Through his half shuttered blood shot eyes he could discern the intricate carvings that lined the posts of the bed. His eyes studied the room that housed him, shadow lay spread across the floor meeting the walls at all corners. Near the upper part of the wall he spied a set of small windows through which the light of the moon lazily drifted in, its rays casting sinister shadows across the stone blocks that made the walls. Out the smoothly cut windows he could see the snow that drifted slowly from the dark clouded skies outside the temple. Very little furnishes this sullen room with the exception of his coat that had been the start of the mess they were all in, and his great scythe that sat propped in a corner the hardened steel of the blade reflecting the moon light lucky enough to escape the clouds outside. He could tell the faint outline of an oak desk in a corner adjacent of his scythe, paper lay on top of it in a neat stack along with a quill and a bottle of ink as black as pitch.

Fulgar grabbed at the top of the sheets that conformed to the shape of his legs and pulled them up to his chest for warmth. The lids slowly drooping over the eye, his iris once more shifted and churned between the native color of his own eye and the alien color of Cain’s. His pupil lazily traced the lines of the brickwork that made the walls.

Kurai walked into fulgar's room quitely shutting the door behide her. Walking up to the bed dragging her fingers on the edge of the bed feeling the soft covers. "Oi fu-san,you awake..you doing ok...?" She felt bad she didn't even want to look up at him. Kurai felt it was some how her fault that he was injured. "...Are you hungry...?" She rolled the soft fuzzy fruit in her hand that was hidden behide her back. "just...wondering" She nervously tapped the tip of her shoe up and down on the stone floor her gaze shifting to the corner of the room trying to avoid eye contact.

Kurai looked in shock as he pulled her close whispering how he wanted to eat her. Her eyes widen, he let go as she stubbled backward her back against the cold wall. She stared in horror as the flames erupted and began to sear his flesh. "f-fu-san..." her body froze as she stared at his unsuall eyes, she stared in horror. Suddenly her teachers voice broke threw to her. "FU-SAN!!!" she lunged foreward before she heard that knife sharping voice. "..who are you...and what have you done with fu-san!?!?!" She made fists gritting her teeth.

"Huh... Wonder if Niima actually did what I told her." Taizen mused with a smirk, Taikai smiled, "You two are so hard to understand, it's like your holding tests on eachother." Taizen scoffed. "You really think Niima can test me?" Although secretly, Taizen said to the recesses of his mind; "Amazing where blind questions can get you." "But you will atleast admit that Niima has changed you, yes Taizen?" Taikai asked with raised eyebrows, making Taizen avoid his eye-contact. "Change? You mean blindly searching in a blizzard for someone that I beleived would not bend to the elements so easily."

"Huh Huh Huh..." Taikai chortled, "Precisely. Since I beleive more importantly, that you would not make such an error of speech... Since I do beleive you take pride in your ability to bend the elements." Taizen sighed, andloooked up to the old man. "Taikai, maybeI'm just trying to stoop to your level..." "Exactly, you'd never do that before."

Fulgar stared deeply at the pair as he limped his body to them with Kurai in tow. His eyes were shaded over in a half dazed look. He said over the sound of the flurry of snow. "My wounds were dire, your student healed them well. Taizen, I need to explain to you, Niima, and Kurai all the events that took place tonight. Before he does something bad..."

He turned in place and walked back to the temple his boots crunching under the snow and his skin pricking into small bumps searching for the non-existent warmth in the air.

When he reached the temple he moved as quickly as his bum leg would allow into a more covered, central location.
