{{Not what she's wearing but I like it XD}} Watching as It grew darker out the window Aya finally allowed herself to pull off her jeans. She pulled her tights on and the short dress over her head settling the fur around her body. Then she pulled the jacket on and let the hood settle over her forehead. Looking in the mirror and tugging at the strings she could see what everyone used to talk about. The girl in the mirror stared back at her. All big eyes and pouty lips. That's all she was. A girl, not yet a woman. She ran her finger over the ears on the hood and reached back to pull the tails in her fingers. One, Two, Three, Four, Five... Six. The entire Costume intact after years. What made her bring it here? She stood up and reached down for her skates. She had brought those too even though she probably didn't need them. She liked them. the Worn white leather felt good against her fingers. They were used to her. Even though she hadn't done this in years she felt a spark alight behind her eyes. Excitement trickling down her into her toes. She pulled open the bathroom door to look into the bedroom.

Waiting for Aya, Robin sat on his bed with the violin case in his lap. He rested his hands on the scuffed black leather and ran through his music choices in his head again. He hoped she'd like them. The musician grinned as his friend reappeared in her costume. "You look lovely!"

Blushing she threw the skates over her shoulder and put on her boots. "Really?" She looked down at it. "It's from high school I skated competitively this was my theme" She swirled in the dress. "Your ready?"

Robin nodded enthusiastically. "It looks great. I can't wait to see you skate." He patted the violin case. "Elizabeth was all I needed." He stood and held the bedroom door open for Aya to exit first. "Shall we?"

Robin quickly bundled himself back up again and, the violin case firmly in hand, followed his friend outside. Chopin opened one eye as they left. Her tail twitched in indecision for a few moments. But then she stretched, yawned, and sauntered out as well. [Exit to Ice Skating]

Chris had helped herself to another cheeseburger after she got back inside the cabin and had been wandering around for awhile now. With no luck, she didn't find a hot spring at all, or a sauna. Disappointed, she went back inside her room.
Once inside, she saw that no one was there. Everyone must still be out enjoying the events. She took off her shoes, her coat, gloves, and her scarf. Quickly, she took out fresh clean clothing and proceeded to take a hot shower to get rid of her sweat she got from snowball fight this afternoon.
Quite some time passed as she had showered, dried her hair, and changed clothes. Lastly, she put on lotion and bundled herself up again. Stealthily, she left her room, walked down the hallway past the reception desk, and pushed the cabin door open again.

(( enters cabin from ice skating ))
She had never ran so fast and so willingly since she was a child. She huffed and puffed as she made her way back to the cabin. Ears red and frozen, along with her nose, she scrambled back inside, tired. The snow inside her shoes melted an she walked back into her room with wet socks on her feet.
Before she did anything else, she placed the egg on the nearest vacant bed and covered it with the fluffy duvet blanket it came with. The she took off her jacket and kicked off her shoes. Her deerling was observant and took off Chris' wet socks for her before he jumped onto the vacant bed beside his trainer.
Chris petted him and together, they snuggled underneath the blanket, with the unknown egg between them to keep it wam. "What do you think is inside, Kiwi?" she asked as she rubbed the egg with her bright yellow gloves. "if it was an egg dropped by a trainer i am sure they will make an announcement about it later on today." Kiwi answered her with another soft honk followed by a grunt.
She laid there in bed, curled up beside the egg and stared at it. Maybe it was a fire type because of its markings. Or... Another normal type? Who knows. Until time will tell, and she prayed to god that she was able to keep whatever was inside of it after the egg had hatched... Chris wished her roommates would come back so she could show them what she had found, but the more she waited, the more she started to fall asleep. As her body temperature started to rise again being under the blanket, it made Chris become drowzy, perfect for a nap as she laid ontop of the comfy bed. Beside her, her deerling already fell into a deep sleep from after all the running he had to do.

{{Enter From Ice Skating}} When they Returned form the Skating Aya raced forward into the room. She threw her wet clothes over the shower and retrieved her sleeping shirt from the bed on the pillow. She murmured to herself as she undressed and slipped the soft wool over her head. She went outside the room when she was done to the sofas around the fireplace waiting for Robin. Her notebook in her lap she read the short story she had last scrawled in there to herself muttering.

[Enter from Ice Skating] Chopin was already sitting by the fire when they came in, watching the door with bright, attentive eyes. Once she'd seen them, she tucked her feet under herself and rumbled contentedly. Entering the warm cabin was an incredible relief after the cold night outside. Robin reached down to give the Meowth a pat as he passed, then slipped into their room to lay the violin case on his pillow. As he changed into his borrowed pajamas, he tried to rub some warmth into his cold cheeks and ears. Once dressed and dried, Robin padded past Aya to the kitchens, and returned with their supper on a tray. He set it on an ottoman and joined his friend on the sofa. For them, two bowls of hot soup and several slices of fresh bread. For their Pokémon, a selection of Poffins, which he placed beside Chopin on the floor. "There we are. Something for everyone." He beamed, pleased to play the role of provider.

A smirk on her lips Aya accepted the soup gladly. She sipped the warm drink and watched very munch quietly all while rereading what she had written. Her eyes glowed in the dim light of the fire and her thoughts danced with memories that it instilled in her. She barely noticed the world going on around her as she read.

Robin ate enthusiastically, hardly noticing when the roof of his mouth was slightly scalded by hot soup. He wiped the bowl with a piece of bread to get the very last drops. Chopin roused to nibble on a Poffin, but lazily. She must've gotten something for herself earlier. As he polished off his last piece of bread, Robin watched Aya reading. She seemed deep in concentration. Just what had she written that was so engaging? "Are you going to tell me about your story now?" he asked her.

Aya nodded and turned her eyes back to the page. When she next opened her mouth the words came forth like they were begging to be told. Her whole demeanor changed from the spritely to as cool as stone. As though she was nothing more than the teller of this tale. "Deep in the woods, In the dark and the cold. Behind the land where people ever walked and ever would, a pact was formed between the pokemon."
When she finished those first sentences she turned from the page to stare into the fire. The words coming forth from her memory the book just a tool to see them in. " 'The people are not to be trusted' Said the Minera the Persian her eyes swinging across the gathering of pokemon. 'They lie, They steal and they use us for their own purposes. We must protect our land' The Pyroar King belted out " The Primape leader and the Archeops queen herself agreed as did all the pokemon of the Tribes. They would keep themselves and their young safe from the harm that the humans wrought upon them. " Aya closed her eyes to take a breath slowly. "For years and years they succeeded. Each time men came too close they would Frighten, Attack or Trick them away. Keeping their land closed to all human outsiders. However as the humans populations grew to be more and more their cities grew bigger and bigger. And as their cities grew it became harder to keep them away from their land. Gradually the size of the Tribes land grew smaller and smaller, and their members grew fewer and fewer, as more of the Younger generation grew bold enough to leave and was subsequently captured by trainers. Some of the elders remained while some were taken by surprise as they hunted in the tainted woods outside of their territory. It was a frightening time for the tribe.
Eventually It came to be that the men tried to steal the last piece of land that belonged to the tribe. The Valley hidden in the trees. Within the valley there was a river. and in front of that river the men planned to build a train station. With tracks that cut through the trees and connected the big town to other towns. Bringing more people and more danger to the tribe. Fight as they may there was only one thing to do when the humans came in with bulldozers and their captured pokemon. The tribe fled.
The Leaders swore they would come up with a plan to get back their sacred valley and Months after the completion of the station, in the middle of the night. They did.
The Pokemon of the tribe swarmed the station panicking guards and terrifying off every last worker. The people of the town frightened began to make up stories of the horrifying spirits that haunted the train station. Instead of Trying to retake the station the people just built a new one further away and re routed the train.
And the station was reclaimed by the wild. " Taking a deep breath Aya began the next leg of the tale. With each word her gaze became more in tune with the words she was saying as she wove her tale. "Years passed and the walls that the men had once built solid and white were reclaimed by vines and flowers. The building that once stood as a testament to men was now a symbol of raw pokemon power. The pokemon lived within it like a palace of their own. One day an egg appeared within the station. Frosted with shimering red, and blue on a shining white surface the poemon had never seen the likes of it before.
They took it upon theselves to Claim it and care for it till it hatched. As it would be a new member of their tribe.
However, within the city of the men there was a little boy. Every night within his dreams he would see himself walking a path. A path through the woods lit by will o wisps. And when he reached the end he saw himself climbing the steps into the old train station, walking up the steps, and seeing the egg. In his dreams he knew the egg was his. He was supposed to raise it and when it hatched the pokemon inside him would be his partner through his hard journey. He knew what he was supposed to do. Even though it was forbidden he was to go into the woods and retrieve his egg from the station. And the boy foolish and bold set off the next morning to do just that."

Robin pulled his feet up under him to sit cross-legged on the couch as Aya began her story. He couldn't help reaching for another slice of bread to nibble on as he listened, but his attention never wavered and he didn't miss a word. His eyes widened as the tale unfolded, a chronicle of battle between nature and industry. He felt for the wild Pokémon when they were driven from their home, and smiled when they won it back. But the humans did not seem malicious, merely trying to carve out their own place in the world. He wasn't sure whether he wanted the egg to be raised by the tribe, or to be found by the boy. Never one to interrupt a performance, Robin waited with bated breath for Aya to continue. [So sorry for the delay!]
