 "How in the Hell does she know that?" He thought to Lucien angrily. He hadn't told anyone when he came here except Lord Death. He had been careful. The only way the girl could know is if she had some kind of special ability or something.

 Lucian smiled "So it WAS a fight. Guess I was halfway there with my guess." He looked over at Alice "Names Lucian and this is Max." He said, gesturing to him.

Max said nothing, preferring not to reveal anything about himself unless it was necessary. He continued to watch her, though at least they knew what had happened here now. Generally at least. He looked up at Lucien as he spoke then back towards Stine.

Lucian nodded hearing what Alice had said "Well, next time something like this happens we will be here to help." He put his hands into his pockets "Wait, Stine, are you related to the professor at all?" He asked casually.

"Oh that's pretty awesome!" Lucian said excitedly "He really helped Black Star progress." He stated, remembering the stories about his idol. He regained his calm and smiled.

Lucian looked at Max and then back to Alice "Um ya, he gets startled easily. He will grow on you though." He chuckled. It was kind of fun pretending that Max couldn't talk. He pet Max on the head "So why aren't you at the academy or something with your dad?" He asked Alice, looking at her.
