Tenmei raised an eyebrow and sat down next to him. "You sure? You don't seem like you're ok..."

Yuki continued doing that for a bit before sighing when she reached the end of the book. She had to switch books and continued flipping through the new pages.

Sho didn't answer her,once one of the maids brought them some breakfast she bowed at Sho then left,Sho quietly ate his food.

Once the maids were gone and out of earshot, Tenmei got to her feet and turned to Sho. "Well if you're not going to answer me, I'll be on my way. I can always find some stuff around the town to do while you play your silent game..." With that, she turned on her heel and started heading out of the room. Kiden hesitated for a bit before slowing following her to the door.

Yuki perked up when she found the flower, smiling brightly. "Here~ It's known as Ebony's Rose. It blooms only once a year and usually only one rose blooms. There was a woman known as Ebony with the most beautiful black hair and crimson eyes. When she died, she was buried in the flower field. When people tried to grave rob her, there was no tombstone to actually find the grave and even if they turned up the entire field, they would only find dirt. It says that when Ebony's Rose blooms, her spirit returns to the surface and watches over those who pick her flower like a guardian. The flower can't be destroyed and won't die until the next flower blooms."

Kageru looked at the crimson rose, his arms crossed. "Ebony? Why does that name sound familiar?" he said aloud before shrugging and walked over to Yuki's side, looking at the book, his hand lightly at the top of her back.

Tenmei paused near the door, glancing back at Sho. "Yeah?..."

"Well the word 'ebony' means black, which is why the stem and thorns are black. The rose is crimson because of her eyes," Yuki said, glancing up at Kageru.

Yuki shrugged slightly, closing the book and straightening up. She walked over to the rose and picked it carefully up from the vase, holding it up to get a better look at it. "It's still pretty..."

Tenmei was quiet for a moment before sighing. She walked back to the table and sat down next to him. "It's alright... Sorry if I act like a jerk at times... but if you ever want to talk about something, I'm always willing to listen."

Tenmei shook her head. She actually started eating some of the breakfast but didn't eat much before looking at Sho again. "You can tell me anything, stupid or not."
