Honestly?
It's this show that highlights the life of a single person/family in a random small town in Newfoundland every weekday.
Its hilarious in that no one on the show is famous and it's got no real host (just a narrator). So basically it's super low budget and funny to listen to. I imagine you guys wouldn't be able to pick out much of what they say.

It's not all that surprising you haven't heard of it. I'm pretty sure it's only on the one channel. We only have it here because we have satellite.
