Sora releases his hand and steps away. She closes her eyes and turns her head away from him. "I understand.." She says softly. "You don't want to be around me...Well then, what are you waiting for?...go..I wont try to stop you again..." She turns and walks away, blinking back tears. I should have known he would leave in the end....

Sora continues to walk away, the burns beginning to fade. She pays no attention to it, her heart sick. I should have known.. She repeats to herself in her mind.

Sora stops. She opens her eyes but does not turn around. "Yes?" She asks, her voice is slightly shaky but she hopes he does not catch it.

Sora turns around, surprised. He's...on his knees...and from the way he's posed...he almost looks like a fallen angel... She finds herself blushing and she shakes her head to clear her mind. "I thought you wanted to leave...Isn't that why you were about to fly off?" She asks, keeping her tone gentle and free of harsh emotion.

"Jack...we all get hurt at some point in time...Its an inevitable thing.." Sora replies with a sigh, knowing this very well herself. "I will not stop you from leaving. If you believe it is what will keep me safe, then go ahead and leave...But, I want you to remember.." She holds out her arm for him to see that not only are the burns gone, but the imprints of the chains are fading as well, "That all wounds heal in time..and they heal much faster for a wolf."

Sora drops her arm to her side. "I understand." She says softly. I don't want to make him go...but if it makes him think I'm safer..then fine... Her voice automatically takes on an angered tone. "Then what are you waiting for? Get out of here already!" She's unable to stop the tears from coming this time so she just turns and runs away before he can say anything.

Sora runs until she comes across a cave hidden in the mountainside. "He probably wont return.." She says to herself shivering as she enters. The cave isn't terrible big, but it makes for a nice hiding spot. She lays at the back wall, facing the wall, and falls asleep, trembling from the cold.
