[A few days pass] Giglamesh was setting up against a rock holding the xm-29, left hand on the front of the stock, right hand on the trigger. He had a few scrapes and cuts, couple of bullet holes in him. Giglamesh would peek around the rock from time to time to get a vision view of where river was. "Remember we river...live ammo....hurry it up or ill make it worse for you and aim for your torso, instead of limbs..." Giglamesh made sure to reload both the 5.56mm, 20mm clip in the Xm-29, then he would just wait for river to stick her head out.

Special: While under cover add 20 to EB, and -20 to attack rolls, cover can be targeted and destroyed with 50df and 200hp, any damage beyond 200 is delivered to person hiding beyond that cover

Giglamesh got scathed a little by the grenade shot, the explosion of the grenade she fired got him slightly. But this also alerted him to where she was and she came leaping in swinging the club like a ogre at the rock he was taking cover behind. Giglamesh would put the brace of the xm-29 up against his shoulder and quickly circle around the back of the rock. He would see her right as she was heading to cover, giglamesh running keeping himself pretty low to the ground and griping his rifle looking much like a solider. When he saw river as he was moving he began to open fire burst after burst he fired at her as he continued to run to a different rock of which to take cover. Then with a rapid change over he used his right thumb to flip the switch switching the xm-29 to grenade more. The entire time he shot he kept his right eye behind that scope, using thermal to easily spot her even as she scurried from rock to rock. Then he would fire not one, but to grenades so the barley went past the rock hitting the ground so the blast should get her on other side, much as she did to him. Before finally spinning his back up to a different rock taking cover before river started to shoot again.

River again ignored the grazes and stinging reminders from the attacks and she aimed the tip of the bat towards where she saw a flicker of movement and aimed a grenade towards Giglamesh. There was the familiar thunk as it was released, and it flew over the rock landing; hopefully right next to Gig. Again not waisting any time she slipped the cloth like rope connected to Helheim over her left shoulder and ran forward taking out the two gunblades, now named Niht and Sigel. One night when bored River had carved a sun on one, and a moon with a star on the other. Both small, and both by her signature; just enough to tell the twins apart from a glance. She slid like a baseball player along the sandy ground as she passed the rock fireing three quick rounds from each gunblade. Hoping some of the shots hit their mark. She then slipped behind another rock and prepared herself for the next attack.

She had arched two grenades from thumper over the rock, because they had so much more launch force they had gone so much higher in to the air. then as river came ruing to slide around the edge of the rock giglamesh was quick to act to begin to circle back around the back of the rock. But as the grenades landed the blast made him huddle which put him right in to the sights of her machine guns both of them unloading on him, some missed but majority of got him. Granted the only barely pushed threw his skin before there inertia was stopped, still he had several large needles stuck in him and it was not the most pleasant feeling. Still encase she fired more he moved around the back of the rock, only to see her slide behind cover. The pain was getting to giglamesh...he was having fun as adrenaline was kicking in.

He would just step out from behind the rock, in his solider pose with the xm-29. And he would just unload on the rock she was covering behind. He first fired two grenades to crack and weaken the rock, followed by five three round bursts one after another. He would just fire three, pause fire three pause fire three pause. The roar and echo of him firing so many bullet at the rock would become very loud as it echoed threw the rock/building ruins. He didnt even take cover his goal as to show her that hiding behind the rock was not the best thing to do.

River backed away from the rock as she saw the cracks form. Ah... She thought and she raised her arms before her face just as it shattered. A tiny scratch came from a flying piece of rock but it was not even noticed. She stood seeing that Gig was not hiding and gave a tiny grin as she let loose with four rounds of gunfire, two from each gun; trying to keep the ammo even. She didn't want to get too close yet, she was planning on trying to get in close to use the blades on her guns; but for now she left it with ranged. 12 bullets fired in a flash before she scrambled behind another rock. She had a smug moment of satisfaction knowing some of those hit; she had the feeling her aim had been true. Resting her head against the rock behind her, she was glad all her hard work was starting to pay off. She peeked around the rock and saw his blue eye turn cold. Aww crap... She thought and stayed closer to the rock. Hiding may not always work, but any armor is better than no armor; especially when you tick off your brother... She thought.

She was getting stronger, but she wasnt learning as giglamesh thought, she should of known after something like that to atleast play it off and not provoke him. But she poked....and she should of known he was about to poke back. The bullet would fly past him as he crossed his arms covering his head and his vitals from the bullets she sprayed at him. He would release the xm-29 letting it fall to his right side because of the shoulder strap. The a heavy wind would pick up seeming to spiral centered around him, and if river was to peak she would see a ball of pure wind magic forming in his left hand. Giglamesh stood chest facing the rock river was behind, left hand straight and down to left side, his right hand back hand floating over his right thigh, where Hydra was holstered. Embers of fire would begin spiral centered as pure fire magic in the palm of his right hand. Suddenly he would unsheathe drawing out Hydra and moving his arm so he pointed the gun straight up holding his left hand on his right wrist to steady the gun. Then embers of red would begin to spiral rapidly in to the three barrels, and would spirals of green magic. The suction and combination of the two elements had enough force to shake the ground and even draw in debris like papers, trash, and dust would spiral rapidly around giglamesh's feet slighting trying to reach up to the gun, because of the wind suction. "Hey river...some times...you got to know when to holdem...and when to foldem...." Suddenly he would aim it foreward and a huge sphere would from in front of him, with two magic crests spinning in same place opposite direction of spin of the other at the barrels of the guns, Then suddenly as they matched. "Ryuujin Hou...Fukyuu!" He would pull the trigger of Hydra blasting a wide spread of re hot bullets from its three barrels. As they shot threw the magic spell he created the would cause the spell to branch of as large balls literally separating the spell it to dozens of littler focused magic balls. They were not weaker by spreading out the power by any means as each ball as they collided with the rock debris they would instantly like small bombs take out a ten foot diameter out of the debris like they were made of Styrofoam.
