Btw, the scariest boss for me was that last one in Parasite Eve chasing you around the ship. It got really scary when it started FLYING up the stairs after you. Also that cut scene of the rat mutating creeped me out.

Flans. Flans are creepy and so are those cute little albinoish bunnies you fight in Tales of Symphonia. Redeads and FLANS! I hate flans. And Yggdrasil but hes a whooole nother story.

I really hated those baby looking things in the first Silent Hill and the last boss of Parasite Eve. Evil babies are just creepy as hell to me.

OMG everything in fatal frames....just a heads up dont ever play it at night! and if you do make sure u have lights on...that game still gives me the heebie geebies

I saw one of my friends playing a zombie game (I forgot the name...i think it was dawn of the dead or something) but anyways there was this clown guy who cut himself up with saws.... it was really scary XD

EDIT: Actually,all the monsters in the Twilight realm in Zelda are scary... because they totally make you panic and it's like "GAHH GOTTA KILL IT KILL IT KILL IITT! Before it kills me!" and they always play the stupid scary music when an enemy is attacking you @__@
SO STRESSFUL!
I'm totally fine with undeads and such, but bugs and things that sneak up on you... no thanks.
Occoo creeps me out, too. That thing is FREAKY. Oh, and the floaty lanterns that attack you in Zelda are scary too... They chase you ;_; ...since 1992.

the boss of the Temple of Time dungeon place?

That creeped me out because I'm terrified of big hairy spiders.
And this guy is a HUUUUGE HAIRY SPIDER AAAAAUUUUUUUGH
But I got to smash it with giant hammers so it was cool.
