Kai Nara |Nara clan|Chuunin|Iwagakure| Kai nodded and did a set of hand signs. She used a small right the size of her fist to lift into the air and be thrown behind Yun to hit his back gently. "First justu Rock throw."
Doton: Iwa Tounyuu no Jutsu (Earth Release: Rock Throw Technique) Description: A small rock, the size of a fist, can be lifted and thrown using chakra."This is what I brought you, this you can keep. This is what I brought you, may forget me."

Arashi Kaze Iwagakure| Yonbi Host | Genin
Kaze sighed. 'Another D ranked mission' Kaze thought as he took the slip. He yawned. "Kai, I'm gona go....Somewhere not here." Kaze said. He put the slip in his pocket. Then he put his hands behind his head, and walked off. Life was great. Though, what was on Kaze's mind now? He didn't have a grin, nor a smile. He didn't frown, but didn't even show an emotion....Weird.

Konaga ShinjiIwagakure| Konaga Clan | Genin Arriving at the training grounds, Shinji looked around for his sensei, scanning the area for the man who had a unique look to him. Among all of the people he saw, he was able to spot his sensei not too far in the distance practicing what seemed to be his Taijutsu maneuvers. Breaking into a quick sprint, Shinji was near his sensei in no time arriving across the field with impressive speed, making sure to slow down at an appropriate distance to avoid any sense of incoming 'threat' or danger which could be interpreted by arriving in front of a ninja so quickly.
"Hey Akira-sensei! Practicing some Taijutsu are we? I may ask for some help in that area at some point as it is one of my weaknesses. I of course have a fighting style of my own, but it's more of a street brawler/traveler's collection of skills then a defined form with moves. However, I was wondering if perhaps we could get started on those missions. With the Chuunin Exams so close at hand, I really need to get started on them, especially if I want to cram in some last minute jutsu as well." [Chakra Point Total: 50/50]

Akira KuromiyaIwagakure | Jounin | Offensive/Chakra Control Chakra: 85/85 "I am Shinji, my lack of refined Taijutsu techniques is one of my failings as a Jounin, it is something I am attempting to rectify, once my martial skills match that of Ninjutsu skills I'll be able to combine the two into a devastating style"
Akira moved over to his backpack and slung it over his shoulders, motioning with his head for Shinji to follow him to the Tsuchikage's office; they were going to accept a mission, maybe one that could get them out of the country. It did youth good to travel a little and expand their horizons, though with a mature and responsible supervisor watching out for them of course.
"The moment you decide to even go and find a mission you can only focus on the task at hand. It's your duty, your job. Come."

Konaga ShinjiIwagakure| Konaga Clan | Genin To think that a Jounin would be lacking in anything was a strange thought to Shinji, but he supposed that even the higher ranks had to constantly look to improve themselves as he did. He listened as his teacher explained what he was doing and nodded in response, both confirming that he understood and that he agreed with what he said. Shinji himself had a ways to go in learning Taijutsu as well, so it looked like perhaps this could be another medium in which Akira might be able to assist if needed. Watching the man sling on his back pack, he listened to his final words on the Training Fields and accepted them with an excited smile. Following behind Akira closely, walking on a half step behind him, Shinji took heart of what was said to him and began to focus himself on the mission.

Yun nodded as he focused his chakra. He formed his handsign and forced his doton chakra down towards the eart. A small rock much around the same size as the one that his sensei threw began to shake and slowly rise up. It hovered infront of his face as Yun opened his eyes and launched it at his teacher.

Kai Nara |Nara clan|Chuunin|Iwagakure| "Good." Kai said, moving to the right as the rock passed her and hit another rock. "Why don't you do some missions before the chuunin exams?" She asked. [[i forgot how many attemps it was for genin justu i think it was 5 or 4 ^^;]]"This is what I brought you, this you can keep. This is what I brought you, may forget me."

{{Cain is a Tactical Ninja, so the posts required for learning are severely reduced.}}
{{Just to save you the time... Genin techniques, for Cain can be learned as if they were Academy Level techniques, which means they can be learned in 3 posts. with the -4 he also gets, that means it only takes one post to learn the technique.}}
{{Chuunin techniques, for Cain, still have to be treated as Chuunin level, so they require 7 posts to learn. However, after you factor in the fact that he gets -4 from tactical, (which is greater then the -3 from teacher and home training grounds) he needs to post 3 times to learn it.}}

[[ya i know and he can tell me if he is tactical cobra stare ]]
-Edited by Cobra: Done here to cut down on OOC posts- Well, clearly you weren't sure, as your OOC comment last post stated. I was just clarifying for you since I know your aversion for math/systems. I was only trying to be helpful. It was mentioned for his benefit as well.

{{Actually, I was wrong... I was re-reading the rules, and Training Grounds/Teaching bonuses don't stack with Shinobi Type... so you don't get the extra bonuses... only the -4, so it still takes 3 posts to learn a Chuunin technique
Sorry for the confusion...}}

Cadence Creed Iwagakure | Academy Student | Taijutsu Specialist | Flaming Muay-Thai {{OoC: Being the creator of my Taijutsu Style I'm assuming that I don't need a scroll to teach myself. And since I never got an actual start, I'll just post as if I'm training on my own and what-not.}}
Cadence was deeply into his training. He was focusing his Katon Chakra into his hands and unleashing a fury of violent punches. As he kept going, an orb of flames began to dance beautifully around his fist. He finished this onslaught on the air by sending a punch with both hands simultaneously into the air, releasing the flames from his hands, only to see them flicker out quickly as they entered the sky.
