Fordon looked at the boy and said "You did pretty good for your first time. ok well here is what you have to do. one you need to move using other sounds around you to cover your own noise. such as the secretary stapling papers. if you moved at the right time you could use that noise to cover the noise from your footsteps. second move faster and more fluid. if you do that right your foes will pass off any extra noise that you make for nothing out of the ordinary. if you act nervous the you get hectic and give yourself away. you also need to be calm and try to breath softly and slowly. if you stay calm that will help your breathing and heart beat not give you away so much. OK?" Fordon ask but he knew he was putting a lot on the boy.

Kai listened intently to Fordon's suggestions, doing his best to take in the information so that he could utilize it at another time. After Fordon was done speaking Kai nodded his head and said, "understood." Looking around he sighed then said with a smile, "well I guess I need to meet with my squad, I don't want to be late for my first mission!" With that Kai ran back into the office that LT was in, waving back at Fordon before entering.
Once he entered he walked over to LT and Yamatano slowly, bowing to LT once he was standing beside Yama. With a smile Kai looked up at LT, his stark white eyes gleaming with excitement, and said, "so what do you want us to do first, LT sensei?""I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me"

LordTares LT's brown eyes turned into the blood red glare of the Sharingan. As far as Yamatano can tell, LT seemed to disappear from his seated position and reappear right in front of him instantly. With one hand LT grabbed Yama's collar and hoisted the boy off of the ground so LT and Yama could see eye to eye. "Yama!.... I am so very proud of you, and i am honored to have you as one of my students. As far as your duty goes, I expect nothing but the best from you, as the bare minimum." LT set the boy down and patted him on the head. "I have high expectations for you, and i know you will not fail me, but that is not the reason why i am hard on you. I dont want you to meet my expectations, I dont want you or Kai, or that new girl in your squad to meet them at all.... I want you to surpass them. I want you to be better than the ones that came before you." LT sighed and wiped a smudge mark from Yama's mist head band. "The reason why i am so much more strict with you Yama, is because when i was little, my best friend and squad mate was from the same house you were from. He had the same attitude and demeanor that you do.... I guess what im trying to say is i dont want what happened to him, to happen to you." Yamatano thought when he was first picked up, a little bit scared of what might happen to him. But as LT sensei spoke, Yamatano calmed more and more. "LT sensei, rest assured I will continually exceed your standards." Yamatano said. "You had one of my clan on your squad? And you say he had my demeanor? And here I thought all Hatakes except me were stone serious and, in my sister's case, really mean."

"Hatake Kakumo didnt want to be stone serious like the rest of his clan, I dont think even your sister remembers him, I believe he would be your old cousin, if he was still alive. I think he was the forth Hatake to serve under the mist." LT's blood red eyes faded back into their normal brown. LT turned to face Kai, all right boys, lets go to the Mizukages office and see if we can go on to our first mission.

With a smile Kai nodded to LT then headed out the door and up the stairs to the Mizukage's office. Once he arrived at the Mizukage's door he stopped and knocked lightly on the door, waiting to be admitted entrance into Luo-sama's office."I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me"

"Come in," Luo muttered as he wrote a few notes to himself, checking the budget over to see if everything was correct. He had heard the knock before, it had a slight hesitancy to it. Luo had the tendency to memorize little things like that. It was details such as those that Luo was always good at picking up on.

Kai opened the door and stepped into Luo's office, bowing low before approaching his desk. "Luo-sama, me and the rest of squad... what is the name of our squad anyway? Anyway, that's not important, the point is that we were wondering when we would get to begin our first mission?", Kai said excitedly, his eyes gleaming with anticipation at performing his first real duty as a shinobi of the mist."I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me"

"Hello Kai. Eager already huh? Well, squad three's first mission will be given to them when they're all in the same place. I think it would be a good idea for you all to be present when you're given your first mission, so round them up and have everyone come back here. But you guys do have the liberty to think of a better name for your squad if you'd like."

Kai smiled as closed his eyes and raised his hands in front of his chest. After performing several hand-seals Kai opened his now sapphire blue eyes and said calmly, "Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu." Moisture in the air suddenly condensed into three floating globs of water which began floating down to the ground. As they touched the ground they seemed to burst then immediately re condense into three perfect replicas of Kaizen, each one kneeling down on the ground. Looking at his clones, Kai smiled and then said, "Go find Aimi please, I want to get this show on the road." The three clones all gave a quick bow to Luo and a salute to Kai before running out of the room to go get the rest of squad three.
Looking back at Luo Kai smiled and said, "What were you saying about changing the squad's name, Luo-Sama?""I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me" (I'm just going to pm her and say that it was the clones that found her, does that sound fair?)

As the clones left, Luo rubbed his left temple a bit as he moved the budget paperwork into his outbox. "Mm, well although typically squads are recognized by the squad number inherited from a previous squad, it is perfectly acceptable to give your squad a new name. A nickname if you will. Although I was apart of squad nine, we were referred to as 'Team Tsunami.' See what I mean?"

Fordon watched the boy go and sighed a little in relief. if that boy got really good he could be either the villages greatest weapon or its death. if he did as he was suppose to though he would bring the village and Lord Luo to new highest of greatness. Fordon turned and went to the Lord Mizukages office. he really had nothing to do and was hoping that maybe the sannin had said something stupid enough to have signed his death warrant. He stopped at the door and knock three times before entering and waiting off to the side.

Kai lifted his hand to his chin, stroking it a bit as he thought the idea of a nickname over. His eyes began to shift back to the stark white color that had become his natural eye-color since the Gobi incident while he thought to himself what a good nickname for his squad could be. Of course with no real experience or anything terribly notable, Kai couldn't really think of much. Looking over to Yamatano, Kai smiled and asked, "What do you think Yama, should we come up with a nickname?""I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me"
