Mission- Sleepyhead? Through Team Aqua's spies, we hear that Neo Rocket has a new plot to achieve their ultimate goal: a hypnotic signal that is to be activated next week. The hypnotic signal is intended to hypnotize all the people who hear it into becoming a member of Neo Rocket. Your job is to sneak through their HQ effectively by putting them all to sleep and to sabotage their plans by destroying the machine that gives off the signal. You will be given a temporary Jigglypuff for this mission to Sing your way to the machine- but beware, if you don't get across before they wake up, it's all over for you! Pokemon: If it's really, really good, you're allowed to keep the Jigglypuff. xD Funds upon completion: 900-1600 Nick had been tasked with a rather difficult mission; Sneak into the Neo Rocket HQ by putting everyone else to sleep and disabling a Hypno-Beam they had made. To make things just a tad more complicated, he was being assigned a Pokémon to assist him. “Here you go, Nick.” Tommy approached Nick with a Poké Ball curiously labeled with a Treble Clef. “You’ll also need this.” He handed him a cool headset with the Team Aqua logo. Nick thanked his superior and headed towards the teleporters. Before setting out, he decided to arrange his team to compliment Jigglypuff’s Sing. Luna the Munna and RNA the Ditto were added to his team, where Buddy the Gloom already sat comfortably. There was a seldom used teleporter near the back of the room labeled ‘Neo Rocket,’ which Nick approached carefully. He stepped in and appeared in front of a large building with a huge ‘R’ in front of it. “I guess Thard finally got around to fixing Shuppet’s pranks.” Nick laughed to himself as he thought over a plan to take the building. Finally coming up with an idea, he called out his handpicked team. “Jigglypuff!” cried the balloon Pokémon upon being released. She wore a pink bow on her left ear and was holding a microphone. “Alright guys. This mission is particularly dangerous. We cannot let anybody we see stay awake long enough to tell them to fire the machine. So this is the plan… Luna, you will use Hypnosis, Buddy will use Sleep Powder, RNA will Transform into whichever one of you he wants and use either of those moves, and Jigglypuff will Sing. Got it?” Nick asked as he finished the briefing. He stood up and approached the building with his entire team following him as he put on the headphones. The second he opened the door, he was greeted with a secretary. “Wonderful weather this morning?” she asked. “Yes, sure.” Nick raised an eyebrow, not sure what had just happened. Before he could realize he had gotten a password incorrect, the woman leaped over the counter with a weapon aimed at his face. Before she could in turn fire and kill Nick, the Pokémon had knocked her out with their combined efforts. “… Thanks, guys…” he smiled, pressing onward. The deeper they went into the Neo Rocket base, the creepier it felt. Nick and the Pokémon were all ready to jump at any moment. “According to what Tommy told me, the Ray should be on the third floor… We’re on the first one right now, so we’ve got to get to the stairs… On the other side of the building… Is everyone ready?” he asked. The Pokémon nodded and continued to follow him down the hallway. Suddenly, a Neo Rocket popped up from a corner and bumped into Nick. The two stared at each other for second before they both jumped back. “Go! Attack!” Nick ordered. Before the Neo Rocket Grunt could even grab his Poké Balls he was met with a Hypnosis, Sleep Powder, and two Sings. He fell back, snoring like a baby. “You know, if it weren’t for the lousy accuracy of these attacks I’d think this was overkill.” Nick frowned, continuing towards the stairs. The lack of security on the first floor surprised and worried him as they made it to the stairs safely. Before entering the second floor, he peeped through the door in the stairway and saw a few Neo Rockets making rounds. “Good thing we’re in a stairc- OH COME ON.” Nick noticed that the stairs leading to the third floor weren’t in this stairway. “Who designed this building?!” he muttered angrily to himself. Once the Neo Rockets making rounds had turned their respective corners, Nick opened the door to the stairway as silently as he could and hid behind a potted plant alongside his Pokémon. He had overlooked one thing… He didn’t close the door silently. It closed with a loud ‘THUD,’ that was sure to have at least alerted one guard. Surely enough, one of the guards cam to investigate the noise. Nick and his team pressed themselves against the wall, hoping they would be ignored. “If he sees us, don’t hold back…” he whispered to his team as the guard approached. He passed directly in front of them to examine the door, and as he was turning around to return to his post, the guard was met with a punch to the jaw from Nick. “Wh-“ Before he could finish his sentence, the Neo Rocket was unconscious from a combination of sleep-inducing attacks. “Bob?” came a voice from somewhere nearby, it was probably the second guard. Nick and his team exchanged panicked glances before he slung the KO’ed guard over the shoulder and dashed into the staircase, this time making sure to close it silently. He dropped the body inside and peered from under the door. The guard examined the area and shrugged before turning around. “Alright, ready?” Nick whispered to his team. They all nodded, as he opened the door, allowing his Pokémon to knock out the guard. Again, this one was also tossed into the stairway. “That went better than planned… But we still have one more floor. Good job, team.” Nick smiled, congratulating his team with a piece of candy for each. “Come on, let’s get this over with already.” He said, running towards the next set of stairs. The group scaled them and stopped at the door leading to the third floor. Nick peeked out of the window on the staircase door again to come up with a strategy. The third floor was just one long hallway with one door in the middle guarded by two stationary Neo Rockets. “This is going to be hard… But I think we can manage. For now, everyone into the Poké Balls…” he bit his lip, making a plan. Recalling his team, Nick rolled up his sleeve and activated his Invisi-Watch. He quickly and silently opened the door and shut it, then approached the guards as silently as he could. Lucky for him, they were unsuspecting. With a flick of the hand, Nick dropped Buddy, Luna, and Jigglypuff and dropped his cloak. “Surprise!” he grinned, watching them jump in fear before falling asleep at the hands of his Pokémon. “Good job, guys. You’re all doing great.” He laughed before catching a glimpse of the room containing the Hypno Ray. It was teeming with Neo Rocket grunts. “Holy Miltank… How are we gonna get in there?” he slumped against the door, thinking of a plan. After a few minutes of coming up dry with plans, Nick decided to look up for inspiration. Out of the corner of his eye, he spotted an air vent. “… Luna, can you use Psychic to remove the cover?” he asked, getting up. “Mun Mun!” she nodded, shutting her eyes to focus for a second. The grills covering the air vent glowed purple before floating down gently. “Good job…” Nick recalled the rest of his team. “Now… Can you levitate me up there?” he asked. The little Pokémon nodded again and focused as hard as she could. Her trainer slowly began to levitate towards the hole in the ceiling, a faint purple glow outlining him. Once he was inside, Luna was panting, she was clearly exhausted. “You did great. Get some rest.” He smiled, recalling her as well. Struggling to shuffle through the air vent, Nick finally was on top of the Hypno Ray room. He looked down through the grill of the vent cover at around twenty Neo Rocket guards standing by. His vision was slightly obstructed by a ceiling fan near the vent. This sparked an idea in his mind. Nick silently grabbed Buddy’s Poké Ball and summoned the Gloom on the other side of the air vent. “Buddy… I need you to use Sleep Powder on the ceiling fan…” he whispered. The grass type nodded, and it began spraying the sleep-inducing dust onto the fan, which in turn scattered it all over the room. Moments later, the guards began passing out and entering the Dream World. “Good job, Buddy.” Nick laughed, and then started to kick at the grill. He was stopped by his Pokémon who simply used Cut to break it apart. “Well… Thanks.” He smiled, dropping down onto the room followed by Buddy. “Hmm. Now how are we going to break this?” Nick asked, eyeing the machine. Before he could come up with a nut job plan, Jigglypuff popped out of it’s Poké Ball. “Jiggly!” she cried, holding out her microphone. The small pink Pokémon approached the machineand slapped the microphone against the machine. The top broke off and began expelling an odd hissing sound, as if it was going to explode. Surely enough, Jigglypuff started running away like it was going to explode. “Oh crap! It’s a Stielhandgranate!” Nick yelled, identifying the weapon. He quickly grabbed Buddy and ran right behind Jigglypuff, bursting through the door. Just as the two had run out of the room, the machine exploded and scattered pieces of it everywhere. “Wow.” He panted, sitting outside the blasted room. “Say, Jigglypuff… You wouldn’t want to join my team, would you?” Nick asked. The Pokémon thought for a while, remaining silent as if she awaited approval from a higher power... ~~~~~~ Some notes. 1. This is my worst mission yet. I wrote it at 3AM because I woke up and had a few nightmares so I couldn't sleep. 2. This is a Stielhandgranate. ClickThis is Jigglypuff's Microphone ClickJust so you can understand why I thought it was a microphone.

I still thought it was a pretty good mission, and again didn't see anything wrong with it. It might've had a few other creative ideas if you had been more awake, perhaps, but it was still good. Still a pass. I'll give you... 1200PD, and you can keep Jigglypuff if you want.

Level: ** MISSION- Beginner's UN-Luck A thief stole some of our starter pokemon from us while we were sleeping! Track the thief down and get them back! He has 1 Zubat, 1 Poochyena, and one Carvanha.
Pokemon: Zubat Poochyena Carvanha
Money: 600
______________________________________________________________________________
RING!! RING!!
Christian’s alarm clock rang. He tiredly made it shut off and got up. He took a shower and brushed his teeth. Afterwards, he went downstairs to the living room. He noticed the room had three people, who looked saddened and worried. He had a perplexed look on his face and walked over to someone.
Before Christian could say a word, the person screamed,” Where’s my new Pokemon? I joined Team Aqua the other day. They said I would have an Aqua starter by now!”
Christian replied,” What?” He then felt his TADS ring with a message. “If you’ll excuse me,”
He went back up to his room and read the message. It read,
Christian! We have a major problem. Someone has stolen some of our supply of starter Pokemon. I will be much to busy dealing with the new recruits who did not get their Pokemon. Please track down this thief. Some of the Team members will help me assuring the members. Hurry!
P.S. Here’s the access code to the security room. Just put your TADS to the door. It will let you in.
Christian took this as a mission and headed to the security room. He dodged the new members, no one was there yet, and arrived at the door. As the TADS message said, he put his it close to the door and it began making beeping noises. After, a few minutes, the door accepted the message and opened. He looked at his TADS, which now had the P.S. part of the message crossed off heavily. He thought, Alright, I only get one chance in this room for this mission.
He looked around. There were notes on the activities of the members and the HQ. He took a quick glance at it and proceeded to the tapes. They were marked by numbers. It had no dates or times. He was about to go sigh and look at all the tapes before he found a list of the numbers and when they were taken. He scanned the list to locate last night’s tape. He found it near the bottom of the page. It was Tape # 5,287. He wondered where they made the profits to buy this many tapes. He noted to ask someone before finding the correct tape. Christian grabbed a tape that seemed to be the right one and placed it in the player. What confused him was that there was broad daylight and he heard noises of people laughing, flirting, and fighting. He ejected the tape and looked at it. He had accidentally grabbed Tape # 5,286. It was no wonder because the numbers were written very small. He put on his glasses and tried to find the right tape. It was placed on the next pile of tapes. He grabbed it and put it in. This tape was definitely the one because people were giving their tired good-nights. Christian fast-forwarded it until he found some movement. He looked at the time which was 4:30 A.M. He knew that no one was around at that time. Not even Aqua.
The movement was caused by a figure which did not seem to match any of the Team Aqua members. He saw the figure was looking around. Then a screech was made. The noise was not from upstairs where all the members and their Pokemon were. It came from a room down the hallway. The figure jerked his head up at this, and ran towards the source of the sound. Christian punched in a couple of buttons on a remote and the tape automatically shifted to the camera inside the room. That room was filled with eight bags, each labeled with the Pokemon inside the bag. If there was light, the figure would be able to see all eight bags. Since it was very dark, only three bags were visible. He grabbed the Pokemon inside the three bags and left.
Once again, Christian had controlled the remote to switch to another camera that was recording at the time. He had made it show the camera near the teleporter.
The figure said,” Now to sell these worthless Aqua Pokemon in the Slateport City market.”
He took the beach teleporter. Christian tried to activate the tape holding the outside cameras, but it seemed that the cameras showing outside the HQ were held by some sort of password.
So, Christian had to guess that he had flown off. He wondered if he should report this lead to some of the upper Tiers. Then, he remembered that they were already occupied. He slipped outside the security room and slid pass the discouraged members, still with no one there to tell them what had happened. Christian looked around the beach teleporter for clues, like footprints, fingermarks, or anything out of the ordinary. There was some lint. He called out Mind, his Kirlia. The little Pokemon scanned it and then teleported away. Christian thought, Oh sure, you can Teleport yourself perfectly but with me, I end up crashing my head.
Mind returned with a bag. Christian recognized the bag to be the one that held one of the stolen Pokemon. Mind went inside a took a piece of lint. She indicated to the one in Christian’s hand. They matched in color and softness. Mind nodded and showed she wanted to be returned. He obliged and switched out his Pokemon at the PC real quick before heading to the beach. There, he called out Soar, his Tropius. Soar took off to the sky and looked at Christian for directions.
Christian said,” To Slateport City.”
Soar gave a nod and flew towards the Hoenn region. At last they landed on the beaches of Slateport. Many ran as Soar began to descend. Christian jumped off before it went on the sandy terrain. Soar was then returned. The people who ran retreated back to their original positions. He wished he could be here relaxing but he had a job to do. He knew Team Aqua was depending on him. He sighed and took out his Aqua Bike DX. He rode it until he reached the marketplace. There, he found people selling furniture, herbs, and other items. He looked around for someone selling Pokemon or PokeBalls that might have the Aqua Pokemon inside it.
At the furniture kiosk, the lady said,” I’m sorry, I don’t sell anything Pokemon related except for these Pikachu rugs. They’re two for one right now.” Christian gave a hasty decline.
Then at the herbs tent, the old woman said,” I’m sorry, dear. I must say, that would be a terrible thing to do.”
Christian nodded with respect and looked around. As he was walking through the market, a person with a mask on was running at a fast pace and he bumped into him.
The person said with a male voice,” Watch where your going kid!” He glared at Christian. Then he noticed that the Team Aqua logo was pinned on his shirt. He looked worried and ran off.
Christian knew something was up. He said,” Hey! Stop!”
He started to run after him but when he came to a corner, there was no sign of him. He sighed and as he was starting to walk around the corner, there was an odd piece of fabric on the floor. He crouched down and looked at it. There was a picture of a Zubat.
Now Christian knew that the man he had seen earlier was the same guy that had robbed Aqua HQ. Then, he thought of something. He threw out a Pokeball and there appeared a Swellow, named Flier.
Christian said,” Flier, I need you to fly all around Slateport City. Look for some shady guy with some Aqua Pokemon. And, oh! Hold this if you find that person.” He grabbed his Team Aqua pin and placed it onto Flier’s claw,” If you find him, he will try to run. Try to lead the person here.”
Flier nodded and set off to the sky. In about few minutes time, Flier seemed to be flying towards Christian. But, it seemed to be flying up and then down. When he ran up to see what was happening, he saw that Flier was using Peck at a person. His Team Aqua pin was in its claw.
Christian said,” Flier, cease!”
Flier looked at him, and seemed to reluctantly stop Pecking, but still remained hovering over this person.
The person began raising his head, and said,” You send a bird after me, Pecking me, and, oh, it’s you.”
Christian took a look at this person. He had a fancy suit, with a trace of arrogance on his face. He finally realized who this was. It was Jake, his rich-boy rival.
Christian asked with accusation,” Jake! What are you doing with Aqau Pokemon? They don’t belong to you!”
He replied in his egotistic voice,” I don’t have to answer to the you,” Flier got into position to Peck,” Alright, alright! If you must know, my father has been mad at me for all the spending I’ve done and all the damages you’ve caused. So, he’s made me work to pay it all off. A plan struck me that I should sell Pokemon, as they do cost a fortune. And, they cost even more if people found out it was from Team Aqua. I really don’t know why, I mean the Team and their Pokemon are pretty much useless and pathetic.”
Christian retorted,” If we are so pathetic and useless, how come we beat you and your Pokemon on several occasions,” He realized this was not time to be funny,” Also, I would like to take back the Pokemon you stole.”
“ You will have to force me! I challenge you to a Pokemon battle!”, said Jake.
“ Glady! Flier, show him what real Aqua Pokemon are!”, answered Christian.
Flier flew down to Christian’s side, ready for battle.
Jake sent out a Zubat. Christian raised his eyebrow, wondering why a person who thought Aqua Pokemon were useless was using them right now. Jake seemed to notice that Christian had seen the irony.
He said defensively,” It’s not my fault! My dad won’t let me use any of the expertly trained Pokemon!” Christian rolled his eyes and the battle started.
The two Flying-Type Pokemon circled the courtyard, waiting for an attack. Flier obliged and attacked with an Aerial Ace. Flier flew with amazing speed and attacked Zubat, as if it were out of nowhere. Zubat was knocked back, but was able to get back at Flier with an Astonish. Zubat flew at Flier, while shouting a terrible pitch, and attacked. Flier, still fearful of the previous attack, was not able to attack. Zubat opened its mouth and plunged a Bite into Flier. Flier, recovering from the Astonish, was able to summon a powerful and deadly wind, causing Air Slash. Zubat then attacked with Toxic. Purple liquid came out of nowhere and drenched Flier, causing a really bad Poison. Christian grit his teeth as he watched the poor bird suffer the ill effects of the Poison. Flier, still with some energy left within it, attacked with another Air Slash. The deadly wind was so strong that it fainted the little Zubat.
Jake said,” Argh! Return you useless thing. Carvanha, get out here!”
Christian felt sorry for the two Pokemon as they switched places. Don’t worry, I’ll get you back to Aqua with strong and loving trainers, he thought. The Carvanha was sent to a nearby pond so it can battle without losing its life.
Christian realized the next battle was starting. He grabbed Flier’s Pokeball and said,” I’m not letting you suffer anymore Poison. Return!” The red beam came out of the Pokeball and returned the badly poisoned Pokemon. He then grabbed another Pokeball and said,” Go Show!” His Finneon appeared on the same pond Carvanha had landed in.. The battle commenced.
Carvanha started the battle with Aqua Jet. The vicious, small Water Pokemon swam with speed-of-sound speed and attacked Show with strong, watery force. Lucky, it was not effective. Show summoned a veil of water, Aqua Ring, to heal herself every now and then from the attack. Show, who was originally supposed to go first, attacked again with Gust. Somehow, the small fish Pokemon was able to use its tail wings to summon a strong enough breeze to attack the stolen Pokemon. Carvanha then fought back with Assurance. A strong force from Carvanha attacked Show, it was stronger due to Carvanha being attacked already. Show’s watery veil healed it a little. Show then used Silver Wind. Dead scales from it’s body rose to the sky and attacked Carvanha with super effective force. Carvanha then used another Assurance, with the same force it had before. Show healed itself more. Show attacked with Water Pulse. It was still not enough to faint the Pokemon. Carvanha, for the third time, used Assurance. This time, it did the trick. Show was attacked out of the pond and could no longer attack.
As Christian returned Show, Jake bragged,” I guess these Aqua Pokemon aren’t that bad, if it was able to defeat a Trainer’s Pokemon.”
Christian gave Jake a deadly look and took out Skull, his Bagon.
Carvanha attacked with Bite. It’s fangs did not go far into Bagon’s tough body. Bagon used Dragonbreath. The purple beam of dragon power fainted the fish Pokemon.
Jake’s smirk from the defeat of Show quickly disappeared as he shouted,” Useless!” He brought out Poochyena.
Skull used Dragon Claw. It’s hands grew large spikes of power and slashed the Bite Pokemon across its body. Poochyena fought by making a small, dark ball known as Shadow Ball. Skull then used Fire Blast. A ring of fire enveloped the Poochyena and attacked with harsh, fiery aptitude. Poochyena let out a howl of pain and used Sucker Punch. Skull then attacked with Zen Headbutt. Psychic aura filled up its head and it attacked the opposing Pokemon with a strong impact. This ended the battle, as the Pokemon was thrown to the side of its thief.
Jake returned the Poochyena and said,” I expected as much. I knew no Aqua Pokemon would amount to much.”
Christian said, with fury in his voice,” Give those Pokemon back now!”
Jake, starting to sound worried by Christian’s tone, said with worry,” Okay. Here you go.” He approached Christian with slow care and dropped the three bags of Pokemon in front of him, along with the three he had used.” There, now, let’s pretend that this never happened and we’ll go our merry way, okay?”
Not even giving him a chance to respond, Jake took off running. Christian followed, but saw that he had disappeared. Must be some sort of device he had, he thought. It doesn’t matter, I got the Pokemon back and those new recruits can finally calm down.
He took out Soar, grabbed the three bags of Pokemon, and they flew off to Aqua HQ.
Upon returning, he noticed that only two recruits remained and a note on the table. Astonished to see now that the recruits were sitting perfectly silent and still, he walked over to the table to read the note.
The note read,
Christian, I hope you’ve found the Pokemon. One of our recruits refused to wait any longer and they left HQ (Not your fault, of course). The others, we’ve managed to settle down. If you did manage to return the stolen Pokemon, please notify the two. Since we have an extra, you may get the Pokemon that they didn’t choose.
Smiling, he called over to the two, who had not noticed him walk in, and said,” Come get your Pokemon.”
The look on their faces almost matched to one who had won the lottery.
The two new members looked at the three bags and chose Carvanha and Zubat. They smiled and thanked him for getting them they’re Pokemon.
He walked over to the bag containing the Poochyena and grabbed the one that he had injured.
He whispered to the ball,” I’m sorry” as he put it down for healing.

MISSION- High Tide
The moon is out, the tides are swelling, and the fish are jumping! Get down to the shore and catch yourself a water pokemon!
Pokemon: Any non-evolved, non-legendary water-type
Rewards: 400 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Seth sat down on his bed late that night, he opened his arms, looked at the ceiling and fell backwards onto his oasis of comfort. He lay there almost motionless for a few minutes before realizing that he had a mission to accomplish. After trying to remember what he was supposed to do in the first place, Seth jumped out of bed, grabbed his book bag, and silently left his house, making sure not to make a sound.
After leaving his home, he quickly jumped on his Aqua bike DX and pedaled down towards the shoreline, making sure that his head was still staring straight forward. He grabbed His Poochyena [Scratchy]’s pokeball and let him out, letting him run besides him so that he could get some exercise.
Both Seth and Scratchy raced to the beach (scratchy won once Seth’s bike hit the sand) and after walking the shore for a short while, Seth sat down and stared at the beautiful waves. Seth took out his newly caught Staryu’s pokeball and let him out to play with Poochyena while he watched the beautiful tumbling water. He then pulled out his pre-used super rod and cast it out into the blue abyss.
Seth sat there for the better part of 10 minutes trying not to be swayed by the sea’s serenade. But after trying, his eyes got heavy and he drifted off, like a piece of driftwood in the massive ocean.
Seth woke up suddenly not long afterwords from a sharp tug on his line. He instinctively grabbed a hold of the rod, stood up and pulled on it with all of his might. Scratchy bark ecouragely and Staryu stood pushed Seth’s leg towards the shore. Seth tugged and pulled and yanked at the cord until he pulled it out of the water. It was a Krabby!
“YEAH! IT’S A KRABBY!!!” He exclaimed, forgetting that he had not caught it in a pokeball yet.
The wild Krabby snapped its claws together and skittered towards Seth. Once he got close, he pinched Seth’s leg with his claw.
“YEOOOOOWWWWW!” Seth yelled as the pain spiked in his left leg. “Scratchy. Bite him!” He said, falling back on his backside.
Scratchy barred his teeth meanisingly and jumped at Krabby, grabbed him in his teeth and shook his head violently with Krabby still inside.
Krabby quickly used Vice Grip and released Scratchy from him, throwing him away from him.
“Staryu use Tackle! Quickly!” Seth exclaimed.
Staryu jumped into the Frey and threw itself towards the wild crabby, hitting it square in the middle, causing a critical hit.
Because of the hit, crabby was low on health and seemed a bit tired. Seth thought this would be the perfect time to catch it.
Seth grabbed one of his pokeballs and threw it at Krabby. “Your mine!” He said as the ball spun through the air and hit Krabby in the claw, causing the red light to abduct Krabby and cage it in the pokeball.
Seth bent down to his knees as he looked at the ball wiggle, once, twice……And then the krabby popped out of the ball. “Scratchy Tackle him, take him down!” He exclaimed with a slight frustration.
Scratchy sprinted at the Krabby, pushing off close to him to knock him off balance.
With Krabby seeming down for the count, Seth threw another pokeball. He crossed his fingers as Krabby was once again engulfed in the red light. The pokeball dropped to the ground and wiggled, once, twice….and then three times and finally clicked.
Seth jumped in the air with excitement forgetting about his leg. “WE DID IT!” He shouted happily. As he landed on the ground once again he hobbled over to his new Krabby and picked him up. “That really hurt you shellfish pokemon” He said quickly. He then slid the ball into his book bag and returned both Scratchy and Staryu, sliding them into his bag as well. He smiled again, looking into the sea, and laid his rod into his bag. He then jumped onto his Bike and pedaled home, he went slowly so that he didn’t hurt his leg more than that Krabby did.

PebbleDrop856 Level: ** MISSION- Beginner's UN-Luck A thief stole some of our starter pokemon from us while we were sleeping! Track the thief down and get them back! He has 1 Zubat, 1 Poochyena, and one Carvanha. Pokemon: Zubat Poochyena Carvanha Money: 600 Er, wow. xd This is one heck of a case of procrastination, Christian. Now, onto the grade~! Tsk tsk, maybe it wasn't you I told before, but I'm not sure, so I'll tell you. it's REALLY boring if you don't use different titles for Pokemon, for instance: " Flier obliged and attacked with an Aerial Ace. Flier flew with amazing speed and attacked Zubat, as if it were out of nowhere. Zubat was knocked back, but was able to get back at Flier with an Astonish." Notice, not only did you use Flier three sentences in a row, but you opened two sentences with the name back-to-back, same with Zubat, but that's a bit more understandable. You could have used "the Swellow", "the Flying type", and of course "the [classification] Pokemon". It makes it a better read, of course this is just a personal peeve that doesn't have too much affect on the grade. Now, the over all story is rather good, everything is understandable and runs smoothly from scene to scene. The biggest snag I found was in the last part of the battle. You didn't think I would notice that Bagon used Zen Headbutt, a Psychic attack, on Poochyena, a Dark type Pokemon. Psychic type attacks have no affect whatsoever on Dark Type Pokemon, whether they're physical or special. But, I'm letting it slide, even though you REALLY should have known that one. Yanno, because I'm a huge softie and I kind of liked the whole thing, especially the way you used the battle beforehand to do a battle-less capture in the end. So, pass, meet your Poochyena, and I'm only allowing 200 PD because of your slip up. ___________________________________________________ ------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ivan Gorbachev MISSION- High Tide The moon is out, the tides are swelling, and the fish are jumping! Get down to the shore and catch yourself a water pokemon! Pokemon: Any non-evolved, non-legendary water-type Rewards: 400 First off~! Welcome to Aqua, I'm honored to be the one to grade your first mission! Well, that is, aside from the one you were sent to do via PM, but that doesn't count! xD Anyway! Onto the grade! For a first mission, this was pretty well done, the opening was pretty normal (which is good), there was plenty of action to keep me reading, and your battle was very good. Just one thing I'd like to mention, as I said in Christian's grade (See Above), and this is just a personal thing, because I don't know how others feel about it, but you could try and changing titles up a little, like Seth I believe is a blonde, yes? You can things like that for different things to call Seth.. (ie: "The blonde boy/man") Also, I'd just like to make a mention, that this was fairly short for a mission, good length, much better than few others I've seen, but still a little on the shorter side. Good missions should last longer than two or three minutes, just some advice us graders like to throw around. So! Pass! Congrats on Krabby and here's your 400 PD~! PS: I'm not entirely sure, but I dunno if that's considered a wasted Pokeball or not. I don't know if it's just one used or two used then it's like that, we'll just have to check with the Tier 1's, yeah?

How to Become a Mechanic MISSION - Aqua Bike Mishap
Those silly newbies and their Aqua Bikes. It seems they went out on a training mission a few weeks ago and completely wrecked their brand new Aqua Bikes. -Sigh- They really need to figure out how to take better care of their things.
Anyways, fix 3-5 and we'll give you some more tools to work with. It'll be fun. I promise. They all have different ailments such as slashed tires, melted parted, ect. The more creative, the better the rewards.
Rewards: Mechanic Lvl 1: Student + 200-1000 PD
Ren headed into the workshop. He had a keen understanding of technology, so his sister had suggested that he might put it to use and learn to be a mechanic, and that brought him here, to the graveyard of irreparably damaged Aqua bikes. There were three of those, covered up with a tarp, and there were two more bikes which weren't in such terrible shape, a little practice before jumping into the hard stuff.
He walked over to the bikes, and grabbed one of the two that were less damaged ones. The first was mostly in tact, but it's tires and wheels were useless, and the handlebars were missing. Ren carried it over to the workbench and used a wrench to take off the old wheels and to put new ones on, then he took out the base of the old handlebars and mounted new handlebars into it, and he painted over some scratches and made it look like brand new.
He set this bike on the rack to be returned to it's owner, then went to grab the second of the two 'easy' fixes. It looked as if it had been in a rock slide, it was dented all over and was shaped awkwardly. It this was one of the easy repairs, Ren was beginning to wonder what condition the three under the tarp were in.
Ren took a hammer and pounded out the less severe dents, and he replaced the tires, wheels, and reinforced the central bar that connected the front and the rear tire, and then he repainted it. It wasn't perfect, but it was serviceable, and the reinforced central bar was more sturdy now then it had been before.
He put that bike away in the rack to be returned to it's owner too, and it was time to get one of the bikes from under the tarp. Feeling a bit lazy, rather then walk to the other end of the workshop again, Ren telekinetically lifted the tarp off and had one of two bikes there levitate over to the work bench.
Ren had been told that three were under the tarp, not two, but he didn't want to think about that, instead examining the bike before him. It wasn't as bent out of shape as the previous bike, but something had left some severe cuts in it, including the central bar which was being held together be duct tap.
He found that the wheels were salvageable once he replaced a couple broken spokes, but the tires needed to be replaced, along with the central bar. The rest of the bars he reinforced with another layer of metal and welded them into place, then he repainted the whole thing, and he thought it looked very good, like new. He was very proud of this bike, which he set on a separate rack to be given to some new aqua recruit. It had gone from scrap metal to treasure (in Ren's opinion) in the time it took him to rebuild it.
He levitated the last bike he could see over to him, which was in really bad shape, everything but the handlebars looked like something big had tried to digest it, and the rear end was completely missing, and the scent of a muk lingered upon the bike. It was faint, but still present, so he took the bike to a part of the workshop designed for washing things, and he scrubbed it down, using soap generously until the smell was gone, then he took it back to the worktable and reinforced the fronts bar, the front wheel and tire, and he assembled the whole rear end with new, uncorroded parts, and again he repainted the bike and put it in the rack to be given to someone else.
“Four” Ren stepped back, admiring his work, then reminding himself that there were supposed to be five, not four, so he headed over to where the tarp had been, and he was in for a surprise. Laying on the ground was a ball of metal with four handprints in it, like it had been squished into a ball by a machamp. How was anyone supposed to repair that?
He left the workshop for a while to go get some lunch, since he had already been working so long, and he thought about how he was going to fix such a thing. He figured it wound be easier to melt it down and rebuild it from scratch, so after eating, that was what he did, he fired up the forge and threw the ruins bike-ball into it and melted it down, and used the various molds to shape it into the parts he'd need, and he waited for them to cool.
Once they cooled, he assembled the bike frame and got some wheels and tires and a seat and assembled the bike, then he put the rubber covers over the handlebars and repainted the whole thing and put the new bike away. By the time he was finished, he was exhausted, so he figured he'd report what he'd done and then go to bed early.

It was a tad on the short side, but I kinda expected that for this mission to be honest I didn't catch an spelling or grammar errors so you've home free! Take 1000 PD and and welcome to Level One of the Mechanic Class! As for a rank up... I'm not sure what rank you are exactly. Your profile says Tier 5, but that's only about half the information... So... WELCOME TO AQUA PEON! biggrin And because character share rank, this applies to Kasumi as well.

Mechanic for Ren and Kasumi
Special Missions for Level 1 (Free)
* MISSION - Grinding the Gears
A whole bunch of bug type Pokemon have broken into the Shop and have taken up residence. Unfortunately, their bug like silk spinning has clogged all the gears in the machines. I hear that fire usually works well to get rid of these types of things. Just be sure not to damage the equipment.
Pokemon: Any non-legendary, basic Bug Type Pokemon. Gear (When Stats and Stuff Released)
Rewards: 700-1100 PD + 1 AP
It was early in the morning, but Ren wanted to get to the workshop because he hadn't been there in a few days due to several missions keeping him busy. Kasumi was up as well and was walking with him, her Skorupi prancing along at her side. Their first warning of danger came when the Skorupi moved around frantically. “Danger, danger ahead.” the Skorupi called in it's own pokémon language.
Ren stopped his sister with one hand and looked at her “Your Skorupi says there is danger ahead.” Ren told her
"But we're inside the base. How can there be danger?” Kasumi asked, surprised.
Ren reached for a pokéball at his belt “Come out of your pokéball, Yena” with a flash of light, his Poochyena emerged from it's pokéball, yipping in excitement, then it caught a strange scent and growled.
Ren looked at Kasumi again “Yena agrees with Skorupi. Lets proceed with caution.” without waiting for Kasumi to answer, Ren followed Yena towards the basement workshop. As they went down the stairs and rounded the last corner and it came into sight, the workshop was in complete disarray, like it had been caught in a tornado, and there was webbing all along one end of the room.
Kasumi seemed a bit freaked out, so Ren grabbed his sisters wrist “It's alright” he knew his sister wasn't thrilled overall with bug pokémon, but Ren felt confident they'd be fine as long as they were together. Kasumi seemed to take the hint, relaxing and giving Ren a little nod.
“The workshop has been overrun with bug pokémon. We have to clear them out” Ren told Kasumi “We can do it.”
Kasumi and Ren and their pokémon charged into the workshop, and immediately a Scyther swooped down upon them, using Slash, and Ren dived to the right, and Kasumi dived to the left.
Ren versus Scyther and Scizor
Ren hit the ground and kept rolling to dodge another slash attack from a scizor, then sprung back up onto his feet, grabbing another pokéball from his belt and releasing a second pokémon “Larvesta, I choose you!” he called out, as Larvesta emerged.
“Larvesta, use Ember. Poochyena use Incinerate.” Ren ordered
“Larrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr”
“Enaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa”
Larvesta's ember attack struck Scizor, but Scyther increased it's evasiveness and dodged Poochyena's Incinerate.
“Zorrr.” Scizor said, recovering from the ember attack
“Larvesta, Use Ember again. Yena, use Crunch” Ren ordered as Scyther attacked Yena with X-scissor and scizor used the same attack on Larvesta. The ember struck scizor, knocking it back, but scyther dodged the crunch attack too, and connected with X-scissor, knocking Yena away to slide under a toppled wall and out of sight.
Yena was in a place where Ren couldn't recall him to it's pokéball, but Ren could sense he was fine, just momentarily knocked out, so he summoned another pokémon from another pokéball “Axew, I choose you.”
Ren's baby Axew materialized from it's pokéball and attacked Scizor with dragon pulse without being asked, knocking the pokémon out.
“Ember again on scyther!” Ren ordered, and Larvesta obeyed, unleashing another ember attack, but this one was weaker then the earlier ember attacks since the young Larvesta was getting tired.
“Scyyyyyyyyyyy...” Scyther called out, going straight through the weak ember attack and used air slash on Larvesta, knocking it to the ground, and the water that was gathering there finished arvesta off, knocking it out.
“Axew, use Dragon Pulse.” Ren ordered as he recalled Larvesta and then called out Chu, his Pichu “Chu, use thunder shock.”
Thunder Shock and Dragon Pulse both struck Scyther, knocking it out.
Kasumi versus Ariados, Spinarak, Spinarak...etcetera
Upon dodging the scyther's slash attack, Kasumi had the misfortune of landing mostly on a web, with only one arm free of the sticky prison, and an ariados walking down the web towards her.
With her one free hand, Kasumi reached for her belt and grasped a pokéball, releasing her Porygon, Pory. “Skorupi, use bite, Pory, Lock-on to Ariados.” Kasumi ordered
Skorupi, being a bug type, walked up the webbing without slowing down, and Pory's eyes began glowing as it focused on Ariados. Ariados ignored Skorupi unleashed a psychic attack at Pory.
Pory was hit hard, and lost it's focus, passing out, and Skorupi used Bite on Ariados. Ariados violently shook off Skorupi, sending it flying, to crash into a neaby wall and breaking a water main before it fell to the ground. Skorupi recovered, getting back to it's feet while Kasumi recalled Pory.
Ariados came closer to her, and Kasumi released her Snover from it's pokéball “Snover, use Icy Wind, please.” she ordered desperately “Skorupi, use bite.”
Ariados leaped over Kasumi as Snover prepared to attack, and unleashed a powerful poison jab, and followed that up by starting to wrap the Snover in a cocoon, it being knocked out, but it stopped when Skorupi bit it's leg again.
Ariados turned and used a psychic attack on Skorupi, and knocked it away, then Ariados went after Skorupi. Kasumi recalled Skorupi and then Snover, and put their pokéballs in her pocket, and she released her Mudkip and her Piplup as a half dozen spinarak were coming down the web towards her.
Ren and Kasumi versus Ariados, Spinarak, Spinarak...etcetera, and Volcarona
Ren had barely finished his fight when he took in the dire situation Kasumi was in, trapped on a web with a half-dozen spinarak coming down at her, and an angry ariados between Ren and his sister. To make matters worse, the water level in the room was nearly knee-high on him already, and Chu and his baby Axew, despite Chu standing on a small anvil, were not happy, barely able to keep their little heads above the water. Not having any other choice, Ren recalled Chu and Axew to their pokéballs and sent out his Delibird, Deli.
“Deliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii” Deli called out, emerging from its pokéball.
“Deli, attack Ariados with a blizzard.” Ren called out.
“Mudkip, Piplup, attack the Spinaraks with Surf” Kasumi ordered.
Obeying, the two water pokemon disturbed the water around them and raised up an incredible wave, and Kasumi had to concentrate on her ability to protect herself by creating a barrier that repelled pokémon attacks. Even with that, she still felt the weight of the combined efforts of her two water types as the surf struck her and the six spinaraks. At the same moment, Ariados was struck by Deli's Blizzard.
Eon the piplup and Swampy the mudkip were hit by the edges of the blizzard attack as well and were knocked out, but at least the soaked webbing was destroyed and Kasumi was free from that confinement. Frightened, the six spinarak swam to the wall and scrambled up it and went out through a large hole in it near the basement ceiling. Ariados, seeing her retreating children, went after them, but Scizor and Scyther were out through the hole first just ahead of her.
Kasumi recalled Eon and Swampy and reached for her last pokéball as she surveyed the surroundings in waist-deep water.
“Deli, use Icebeam to seal the water main.” Ren ordered and Deli did as it was told. It was a temporary fix, but a fix nonetheless, since at least no more water was coming in, but they still weren't alone. Kasumi spotted it in the corner first, a Volcarona, but she wasn't fast enough to warn Ren as Volcarona swooped down, using flamethrower on deli, striking it hard.
Deli fell into the water, and Ren recalled it, and he, like Kasumi, reached for his last pokémon.
“Relic, lets go” Ren called out, summoning his Relicanth.
“Milo, I choose you” Kasumi answered, calling forth her Feebas. The water wouldn't bother either of them.
“Rock Tomb.” Ren ordered, and he thought he heard Kasumi give an order to tackle, but everything was so chaotic there lately that he couldn't be certain until Feebas leaped out of the water to tackle the Volcarona while Relicanth prepared it's attack.
Volcarona met Milo's tackle with an electrifying wild charge, with devastating effect, a one-hit knock out for the Feebas.
“Yena, use Crunch!” Ren ordered. Sure enough, there on a shelf behind the Volcarona, stood Ren's Poochyena, and it leaped onto the bug pokémon's back and delivered a powerful crunch attack that stunned the hovering insect and made it fall towards the water.
Kasumi recalled her Feebas and Ren recalled his Poochyena, and Relics Rock Tomb struck the Volcarona hard, with devastating effects “Now tackle it through that hole in the wall" Ren ordered once the remains of the rock tomb attack were falling away, and Relic leaped up from the water and tackled the Volcarona, and it was thrown through the hole to the outdoors
”There's two more” Kasumi pointed to a nincada and a young and small heracross, trying to hide behind some buckets on a high shelf.
“D...don't hurt me” the Nincada said in it's pokémon language, but Ren could understand it.
“I wont hurt you” Ren told it, and also mentally communicated the words into it's mind.
“You're powerful” The Nincada told him “You'll protect me?”
Ren nodded, taking out an empty pokéball “Yes. You want to join me?”
The nincada leaped off the shelf in answer, struck the pokéball, and went into it. It made no attempt to escape and was captured right away.
Ren looked at the Heracross and mentally spake to it "What of you? Why don't you join my sister?"
The shy heracross came down off the shelf and Ren looked at Kasumi "He agrees."
Nodding, Kasumi pulled out a pokeball and tossed it at the Heracross, and after a few moments the capture succeeded and she went to pick up the pokeball.
“We need to get our pokémon some medical attention, then come clean up this mess. This will take a while.” Ren sighed.

How to Become an E-Mage MISSION - The Vision Quest
Every young mage must start out with the basics. Incantations are boring, regurgitating knowledge learned in the classroom is repetitive, and theory is just that, boring. The teachers of Aqua have decided that it's time for work of more sustenance, time for a field-trip. It's time to find your element.
The teachers have blindfolded you and your Pokemon and sent you out into the wilderness of Aquos Island. Your task: Battle a Pokemon representing each of the Elements and catch one that represents the element that calls out to you.
Opposition (catch one): 1 Ground/Rock/Steel/Grass Type available at your rank 1 Flying/Electric Type available at your rank 1 Fire Type available at your rank 1 Water/Ice Type available at your rank
Rewards: E-Mage Lvl 1: Discipulus + 500-1000 PD
Ren and Kasumi let themselves be led out of the Aqua base and into the woods. They were blindfolded, but both seemed to think that maybe trusting their guide was part of their test, and niether of them wanted to fail.
“Alright. We're here.” their magic instructor said suddenly, making them stop.
“Sir, what's our assignment?” Ren asked.
“Many Pokemon inhabit these woods. You are to summon your Pokemon from their pokeballs.” Their instructor stated “They will be blindfolded and you will go into the woods together, and each of you will fight four Pokemon, and capture one of them. Listen to your heart, choose the one that you are drawn to empathically. It's important that you do this. The rest will be explained when you get back. So call out your pokemon to be blind-folded.”
Kasumi took five pokeballs from her belt, and Ren grabbed five from his belt as well.
Rotom, Nincada, Larvesta, Fraxure, and Chu the Pikachu emerged from Ren's pokeballs. Swampy the Marshtomp, Pory the Porygon-2, Milo the Feebas, Skorupi, and Chinchou emerged from their pokeballs.
Their instructor picked up Feebas and Chinchou and handed them to Kasumi “You'll have to carry these two.”
“Yes master.” Kasumi said , taking the two pokemon she was given.
Niether Ren nor Kasumi could see, but they guessed that their pokemon were being blindfolded.
“Alright, you are all blind-folded, so go on, and whatever happens, do not take off your blindfolds. Feel your surroundings with your minds eye, and do as I instructed.” they were ordered, and then their instructor vanished
“Come on” Ren put an arm on his sister as they started walking, mentally instructing their pokemon in how to follow them.
Kasumi had expected to walk into everything, but somehow, even blindfolded, they picked their path well, until Kasumi sensed a pokemon nearby “I think this one is yours, bro.”
“I agree.” Ren answered, sensing the pokemon, but unsure what he was facing. “Nincada, I want you to fight first, and do your best, alright?”
Nincada buzzed in confirmation.
“Thanks, then use dig” Ren smiled, pleased that his nincada was developing some confidence.
Nincada dug through the ground and surfaced, slamming into Aggron's underside, knocking it onto it's back. That physical contact between nincada and Aggron was enough for Ren to discern what this pokemon was.
“Nincada, withdraw, Fraxure, use dig. It's an Aggron.” Ren ordered
Nincada and Fraxure both went underground, Nincada moving to the side, out of the way from fraxure so it could surface and strike Aggron, causing it to roll more towards nincada “Nincada, use dig, Fraxure, use Draco Meteor.”
“And here comes mine” Kasumi noted as the ground shook beneath their feet, and Fraxure and Nincada's attacks connected with Aggron, knocking it out.
“Fraxure, Nincada, back to me” Ren ordered, and they retreated back towards Ren.
“Eon, use Hydro Pump. Swampy, use scald” Kasumi ordered as Onix charged “Milo, Chinchou, use water gun” her Marshtomp, Prinplup, and her Feebas and Chinchou in her arms, all attacked it and slowed the Onix down. She set her chinchou down on the ground and threw a pokeball at onix. It hit and onix was drawn into the pokeball, and after a few moments it clicked, indicating a capture.
She picked up her Chinchou, walked over and picked up the pokeball.
“I guess now we have to find more pokemon” Ren answered “Lets go”
Ren walked on, and Kasumi walked as well, using her intuition to guide her path, and Ren mentally guided their pokemon until he sensed another pokemon “I sense it. My next pokemon opponent” Ren explained as a Seel surfaced in a nearby lake.
Ren's mental eye had cleared enough to determine that the pokemon was in a lake, but he still didn't know what it was. Logic, though, would suggest that it was a water type, soooo...
“Rotom, charge up some energy, Chu, you start by getting close to the water and using discharge.” Ren ordered
“Pi-pika-pikachu” Chu told Ren, then rushed towards the lake. Like Ren and Kasumi, their pokemon were learning to sense out their surroundings through their minds eye. Chu stopped near the edge of the lake, discharging electricity at seel while Rotom was gathering electricity.
“Seel.” Ren muttered, realizing what his opponent pokemon was as it was struck by Chu's discharge, and he sensed it retaliating with an icebeam “Chu, you need to dodge, Rotom, move forward and use discharge.”
The Pikachu leaped to it's right, and was just grazed by seels icebeam, while rotom floated over and discharged a great deal more electricity then Chu had, and Ren threw a pokeball at seel. The ball struck the pokemon, and drew seel into it. Seel tried to get free for a while, but after about ten seconds it clicked, indicated a capture.
Ren telekinetically picked up Seel's pokeball and brought it back to his hand.
“My turn” Kasumi said as a gyarados rose up out of the lake “Pory, chinchou, Milo, prepare yourself” she tossed her feebas and chinchou into the lake and her porygon-2 rose up off the ground and floated towards the gyarados. “Milo, use icebeam, chinchou, charge up energy, Pory, lock-on!”
Her feebas unleashed an icebeam while chinchou built up electrical energy. Porygon2's eyes began glowing as it locked onto gyarados. Gyarados thrashed, striking Milo the feebas and sent it flying out of the lake to hit the ground near Kasumi and faint.
“Chinchou discharge, Pory, Zapcannon!” Kasumi ordered, and the pair of pokemon unleashed the full force of their electrical attacks, making gyarados faint.
“We're not alone” Kasumi said, spinning to face the approaching pokemon, and recalled Milo the Feebas to it's pokeball.
They could see more clearly. Despite their blindfolds, Ren and Kasumi spotted their next opponent coming clearly. Kasumi gulped, realizing that their opponent was a legendary pokemon, a zapdos.
“I think we are meant to fight this one together” Ren told Kasumi, echoing what she suspected already.
“Onix, come forth!” Kasumi called her new pokemon from it's pokeball, and a magic overtook it, making a blindfold appear over its eyes.
“Pory, create a blizzard, chinchou, ice beam, skorupi, use rock tomb” Kasumi ordered
“Larvesta, use psychic, fraxure, rock tomb” Ren ordered
Zapdos used discharge, attacking Ren, Kasumi, and all their pokemon.
“Onix, use stone edge” Kasumi ordered as all the pokemon given orders unleashed their attacks on the zapdos, and onix seemed to hit it the hardest, knocking the Zapdos out of the air and to the ground. The Zapdos recovered quickly and got into the air, resuming to discharge electricity against Ren, Kasumi, and their pokemon.
In pain, Kasumi and Ren gritted their teeth. Kasumi had to give another order “Onix, use stone edge” Kasumi ordered somehow, and Onix obeyed, throwing it's massive weight into the attack and knocking the zapdos back a long ways, and the Zapdos turned in mid-air and fled.
Ren sensed his surroundings, and found that Zapdos had knocked out all five of his pokemon, so he recalled his rotom, nincada, larvesta, fraxure, and pikachu to their pokeballs. Kasumi was a bit more fortunate, with her Marshtomp, Steelix, and Chinchou enduring it. She called her defeated porygon-2 and skorupi to their pokeballs.
“Our next battle is away from the lake” Kasumi told chinchou “Have a rest, my friend.” she recalled chinchou and she climbed onto onix, helping her Marshtomp onto it with her.
Ren climbed on as well “I will have to use my seel in my last battle and hope it's enough.”
“I'm sure you'll be fine” Kasumi told her brother as onix started moving along with them riding it.
Kasumi started giving onix directions and they traveled quickly, leaving the forest behind and coming to the base of a volcano where two pokemon were waiting, a camerupt and a magcargo.
Kasumi, Ren, and Marshtomp leaped off of onix “Onix, return. Lets make this a two-on-two.” she explained, calling Onix back into it's pokeball “I'll take Magcargo, bro. You get Camerupt”
Ren nodded, even with a blindfold, he could see as clearly as if he had the use of his eyes. He had to confess that they had come a long way since their magical instructor had left them in the woods. Ren called seel out of it's pokeball, and a magic overtook seel, creating a blindfold over it's eyes.
“Swampy, hit Magcargo with muddy water!” Kasumi ordered.
“Seel, use aqua tail on Camerupt! I know you are tired, but givwe it your all.” Ren ordered
the slower fire-types tried to attack, but were hit by the powerful water attacks, and Camerupt fainted on the spot, while Magcargo was momentarily stunned.
“Muddy water one more time!” Kasumi ordered
Swampy the marshtomp once more ejected a stream of muddy water from it's mouth, and struck Magcargo, making it faint this time.
“We've completed this assignment, we should go back to the Aqua base and meet our magical tutor and figure out if we pass.” Ren answered “Lets leave the blindfolds on until we get back, just in case we're supposed to.”
Ren recalled his seel, and Kasumi recalled her Marshtomp, and Ren teleported them back to the aqua base.

MISSION- Positive Reaction Any Team Aqua member is asked to catch a Plusle. Plusle are commonly found along Route 110, but have been seen in Mr. Backlot's Trophy Garden on occasion.
Pokemon: Plusle
Funds upon completion: 500
MISSION - Think Negative! Any Team Aqua member is asked to catch a Minun. Typically found only on Route 110, Mr. Backlot enjoys it when Minun show up in his Trophy Garden.
Pokemon: Minun
Funds upon completion: 300
After using the teleporter at the Team Aqua base, Ren and Kasumi found themselves on Route 212, not very far from Mr Backlot's manor, a place both Ren and Kasumi had come to catch their second pokemon, Ren a Pichu and Kasumi a Porygon, but now they had a new mission, or rather missions.
Ren had been assigned a mission to capture a minun, and his sister, Kasumi, was supposed to catch a plusle, and Ren recalled from his previous visit that both of them could be found here. Ren took a pokeball off his belt “Pikachu, I choose you. Come on out.”
A light emanated from his pokeball, and his Pikachu, named Chu, appeared.
Kasumi picked out a pokeball as well, and her Porygon2, named Pory, emerged from it. “Lets go” Kasumi told her brother, approaching the house, and knocking on the door.
Pory, Chu, and Ren were staying behind Kasumi as the Butler opened the door. “Ah, more visitors for our masters renowned trophy garden?” the butler asked “Is this your first visit?”
“No, we've been here once before. We remember the rules.” Kasumi reassured the butler “We can take up to five pokemon into the garden with us, but only one empty pokeball.”
“Indeed. So you must make the most of it.” The Butler confirmed “Come in, please. The Master will wish to see your pokemon. He will be down shortly.
They were allowed inside as a servant girl was walking down the stairs with Mr Backlot. Kasumi reached for the remaining pokemon she had with her. It was very fortunate that this room was so huge “Onix, Chinchou, Snover, Heracross, come out.”
“Nincada, Larvesta, Fraxure, Seel, come out.” Ren said, calling out the other pokemon he had along for the ride.
“Wow, these two have many pokemon” Mr Backlot commented, genuinely impressed, particularly by the huge onix.
“Be still everyone, and let him look at you” Kasumi told their pokemon as Mr Backlot was carefully examining them, finally coming to Pory and Chu.
“Ah, these two, did they come from my trophy garden?” Mr Backlot asked.
“Yes sir” Ren answered “They've both evolved since then, though”
“Splendid” Mr Backlot chuckled “Will you permit my staff to look through your belongings and make sure that you each only have one pokeball?”
“That would be fine.” Ren confirmed “We left most of our belongings at home. So we have nothing to hide. We only brought one pokeball each.”
Mr Backlot nodded “I'm sure you're telling the truth, but you can't be too safe” Mr Backlot answered “If I let everyone catch as many pokemon as they wanted to, there wouldn't be as many for everyone to enjoy.” His butler and lady servent opened their backpacks and looked through them, making sure there were no extra pokeballs hidden inside them.
They took a few minutes to be thorough, then zipped the backpacks closed again and nodded an okay to their boss.
“Alright, please have a good time in my trophy garden” Mr Backlot answered.
Ren recalled all his pokemon into their pokeballs, with the exception of Chu, and Kasumi recalled her pokemon into their pokeballs, with the exception of Pory.
“Please follow me, sir and Madam. I'll escort you to the trophy garden” the butler told Ren and Kasumi, then started walking without waiting for a confirmation.
Ren and Kasumi followed, and they were led out the back doors and into the trophy garden, which amounted to a field of tall grass with large boulders and statues standing here and there all about, stretched as far as the eye could see.
Pokemon liked habitat like this because they were hard to spot, but considered they weren't bothered all that much, and considering Mr. Backlot tried to keep out the bad sort of trainers, they also didn't have to fear humans that much, usually they were more concerned about each other.
“Thank you sir” Kasumi told the Butler with a smile, then rushed into the tall grass. She didn't get far before she spotted a pair of eevee, which were playing together so adorably. If it weren't for the fact that they were assigned to catch particular pokemon, Kasumi would have tried to catch those cuties.
“Pika-pii.” Pikachu said to Kasumi as it, along with Ren and Pory, caught up with Kasumi.
“I know you want an Eevee, but we can't this time” Ren told her.
“I know, the assignment comes first.” Kasumi agreed “There will be other opportunities later. They are just so cute.”
Ren took Kasumi's arm and they walked on, looking for a plusle and a minun, spotting many pokemon along the way. There were pichu's, pikachu's, budew's, roselia's, starly's, staravia's, staraptor's, krickitots, krickitune's, igglybuff's, jigglypuffs, cleffa's, clefairy's, azurill's, marill's, happiny's, chansey's, and meowth's.
They spotted so many pokemon, just not the two they were looking for. The sun was just about to set when they came upon a plusle and a minun playing with another pair of Eevee's, one of which was colored differently then a normal eevee (shiny).
“Chu, there's the plusle and minun we need. Use discharge on them.” Ren ordered.
“Pi-pikachu.” he leaped past Ren and Kasumi, attacking plusle, minun, and the eevee's with it's electrical attack
“Hyper Beam” Kasumi ordered, and pory targeted minun, but the small pokemon managed to dodge even with them all being targeted with a discharge.
As the discharge ended, the two eevee's used helping hand, passing their strength to plusle and minun, making them stronger, and the minun and plusle used thunder, striking Pory and Chu with great force, and knocking both of them out.
Kasumi recalled Pory to it's pokeball and sent out her Heracross “Use megahorn on plusle”
Ren recalled Chu to it's pokeball and sent out fraxure “dragon pulse on minun!”
Plusle and minun rushed backwards, using helping hand as they passed by the two eevee's, and the eevee's used the energy shared with them to dig underground, and surface, the shiny eevee striking heracross and the normal eevee striking Fraxure.
Heracross's megahorn was interrupted before it could hit by the shiny eevee's digging attack, and heracross fainted, but fraxure was just knocked back a little, and it's dragon pulse still hit minun.
Kasumi recalled heracross to it's pokeball and sent out her chinchou “Blizzard” she ordered
“Use iron tail on minun!” Ren ordered his fraxure.
Plusle and the shiny eevee rushed to each other, and plusle used helping hand again, empowering the eevee, and it dug underground and came up underneath chinchou with a powerful strike, and followed that up by striking fraxure with trump card.
At the same time, minun used rest and began regenerating, and the normal-colored eevee tackled fraxure, taking the iron tail hit that was meant for minun, and fainted as a result.
The shiny eevee then used helping hand on plusle, and plusle used thunder, striking fraxure hard, and making it faint. The earlier dig attack had also made chinchou faint before the blizzard could do any harm, so both Ren and Kasumi called back their pokemon, wondering why they were having so much trouble with four pokemon that were supposed to be weak.
“Snowy” Kasumi sent out her Snover “Blizzard attack.”
“Larvesta” Ren sent out that pokemon “Fire blast minun”
The shiny eevee used helping hand again, and plusle used thunder as the two attacks were used. Minun woke up and tried to dodge the fire blast, but ended up still getting grazed by it.
As plusle's thunder struck larvesta, minun came up to plusle, using helping hand, and plusle immediately struck snover with another thunder attack, fainting both the snover and the larvesta, which were recalled by their trainers.
Kasumi sent out her Onix and Ren sent out his nincada and his seel
Ren levitated seel, nincada, himself and Kasumi off the ground, predicting Kasumi's first move.
“Earthquake!” Kasumi ordered, and Onix pounded the ground with such force that plusle, minun, and the shiny eevee were thrown to the ground.
“Nincada, use bug buzz on minun, seel, blizzard!” Ren gave the order
“Onix, smack down plusle.” Kasumi ordered, and the three pokemon didn't recover from the earthquake fast enough to dodge or counterattack, so the last three attacks made them stay down.
Kasumi threw a pokeball at plusle, and Ren threw a pokeball at minun, and both were captures around the same time, so they went to pick up their new pokemon, then checked on the two eevee's to make sure they weren't too badly injured. They seemed to be fine, so Ren and Kasumi left them and recalled their onix, nincada, and seel.
They called out plusle and minun and got to know each of the pokemon as they returned to Mr Backlot's manor, where the butler took them to see the master of the house. Mr Backlot enjoyed seeing pokemon caught in his trophy garden, so it didn't seem like such a terribly high cost to Ren or Kasumi for the privilege of getting a pokemon here
By the time they were led into Mr Backlots office, plusle and minun were in high spirits, playing with each other, and they looked so cute doing it. Mr Backlot stood up from his desk as they entered, and walked around it.
“There are so many pokemon in my trophy garden, I'm a bit surprised at how long it took you to catch your pokemon, but I must say that you managed to catch a couple cuties.” Mr Backlot smiled and knelt by the cheering pokemn, looking at them fondly.
“Yes sir. We did see lots of pokemon, but we were looking for a plusle and a minun specifically.” Kasumi explained.
“That would explain it, then” Mr Backlot answered.
They talked a little while more, and took a picture with Mr Backlot, plusle, and minun before they were shown out of the manor. They traveled a distance away from it, then put plusle and minun into their pokeballs and teleported back to Aqua Island.

Mission Level: 1 Quote: MISSION- Fair thee Well, Slowpoke! Azalea Town is getting ready for a festival in honor of Slowpoke. However, they need a Slowking for the opening ceremony. Kurt was supposed to go catch one, but he's hurt his back and can't go. Your mission is to go to the Slowpoke Well and catch a Slowpoke. Once you have one, take it to either Kurt or Bugsy, the town's Gym Leader. They'll reward you for your work. Pokemon: Any Basic-stage Bug-type, if you trade Slowpoke to Bugsy. Items: 5 of any kind of Ball (Except Aqua Ball, Master Ball or Luxury Master Ball), if you give Slowpoke to Kurt. Reward: P$600 =-I might have added more, but I figured it was a level 1 mission and not to stress over it too much. I find that some parts go by way too quickly, but that goes along with me not trying to worry too much about it. I took some .... creative liberties with this and I hope you enjoy it! I also hope it's alright that it wasn't done as an Aqua mission really, as much as it was just my own thing. But since my character lived in Azalea Town, I couldn't help myself. I promise the rest of mine will be done as an Aqua mission.-= The fresh air of Azalea Town was always a nice experience, although kind of old. Living there her whole life, Lilly was actually getting sick of it. She was packing up and getting ready for the move to Team Aqua. However, she couldn’t just leave without seeing the annual Slowpoke Festival. It was tradition that she’d watch it with the town, and this may be the last time she’d be able to do that. The festival was today, after all. It wouldn’t be too much time to waste. Lilly went to the clearing in Azalea where they set up the festival year after year. She always enjoyed watching the battles hosted there by the gym leader Bugsy, and the food wasn’t half bad either. Most everything was in the process of being built by the townsfolk. As she looked around, she noticed there was no Slowking around the area. Normally in the morning, Kurt goes out to catch a slowpoke in the well and evolves it into a Slowking. The Slowking would help out with the construction and converse with others before appearing on stage for a performance, and then being sent into the wild to live its own life elsewhere. Lilly spotted Bugsy looking like he was freaking out. She decided to go see what was wrong. As Lilly got closer, she heard Bugsy muttering something about Kurt. Did something happen? “Hey, Bugsy!” said Lilly. “Yes?” Bugsy replied, in a sort of irritated voice. “Is something wrong? You look troubled right now.” “Yes, there’s something wrong. Kurt hasn’t returned from the Slowpoke Well yet.” “Still? It’s almost noon.” “Exactly. I’d go check to see if he’s alright, but I’m stuck here trying to help set up everything.” Bugsy glanced down and noticed two pokeballs hanging from Lilly’s waist. “You have pokemon?” Bugsy asked, kind of shocked. “Yeah, why?” Lilly responded. She knew where this was going. “You need to go check, be sure he’s alright. I’m sure he’s fine, but just to be on the safe side.” “Alright,” said Lilly, “I’ll go.” “Thanks, I’m counting on you,” said Bugsy. Another person came by to ask his opinion on something. Lilly slipped out of the festival grounds to go toward the Slowpoke Well. She hadn’t ever been down there and was kind of scared to. She arrived at the well and heard groaning from the bottom of the well. “Kurt?” Lilly asked. “Kurt, is that you?” “Yesss … ooh,” Kurt said. Lilly quickly started going down the ladder, sometimes going down the rungs in twos. She saw Kurt at the bottom on his back, still groaning. When Lilly finally reached the bottom, she ran over to Kurt. “Are you alright?!” shouted Lilly, her voice echoing in the well. This sound caused a Zubat somewhere in the cave to shriek in response, which shocked Lilly. She started feeling goosebumps from the horrible sounds within the well. “Yeah, I’m fine … just fell in and landed flat on my back …” responded Kurt, sounding in agony. “Oh, again?” asked Lilly, with a hint of relief in her voice. “You should be more careful.” “There’s people in this well …” he paused for a breath, “cutting off slowpoke tails … just like years ago … I heard them scheming outside the well … and followed them inside …” “And that’s where you fell …” “Yes … you have to stop them …” “Will do, Kurt. Stay here and rest.” Lilly looked out into the cave and shuddered a bit. “Maybe they know I’m coming. What if they heard me?” Lilly thought to herself. She had to trek out anyway and face what was there. She walked in a bit, seeing a few Zubat hanging from the ceiling of the cave. They weren’t attacking, though, so Lilly decided to think nothing of them. After a little more ways in, Lilly stumbled upon the people. She hid behind a nearby rock to watch and listen in on what they were doing. There were three guys looking around the coast of a small lake in the well. Behind them was a pile of 5, maybe 6 slowpoke tails. They either weren’t there long or weren’t having much luck. They didn’t seem to have any uniform. One of them started talking “Hey, I found one!” he reached into the water and pulled out a Slowpoke. Another one of the three walked to him with a knife. Lilly couldn’t see much, but she knew what was going on. She felt like she was going to puke just imagining it, and almost cried when she heard the Slowpoke’s yell. The one with the knife tossed the tail into the pile and went back to looking. The other who found the Slowpoke threw the Slowpoke as far back into the lake as he could, then went back to looking. Almost immediately, the third guy had pulled out another Slowpoke. As the one with the knife approached him, Lilly stepped out from behind the rock. “HEY!” she yelled. “Stop that!” She started running toward the guys, but came to a stop when all three were looking at her. “Peh …” scoffed the one with the knife. “And what’re you gonna do about it?” With a swift motion, he cut the Slowpoke’s tail off and tossed it into the pile. Lilly’s face went white for that moment. But then she pulled a pokeball from her waist. “Are you serious?” asked the one with the knife. “Ted, what do you think we should do? Kill her?” The one still holding the Slowpoke threw it back into the lake and cracked his knuckles. “With pleasure,” he said. All three started moving toward Lilly. Lilly was quick, “NO!” Lilly quickly pulled out her other pokeball and sent out both her pokemon to protect her. Ekans and Poochyena. The one with the knife laughed at the seemingly weak pokemon. The three guys looked at each other and each took out their own pokeball. They threw them almost simultaneously. A Krabby, a Machop, and a Charmeleon stand there after a flash of light. “Ladies first, I insist,” he said in a sort of sarcastic tone, like he knew he would win otherwise. “Poochyena, bite the Krabby! Ekans, wrap around the Machop and then follow with a poison sting!” Poochyena darted forward with Ekans side by side. Poochyena got the Krabby by the arm instead of by the shell. Ekans wrapped around the confused Machop’s arms and legs and squeezed tight. Ekans then worked it’s venom into the Machop. The Krabby was trying to shake loose the Poochyena and the Machop was struggling to move while being crushed. “Krabby, use vicegrip!” commanded Ted. The Krabby pinched Poochyena in it’s free claw and easily pulled the pokemon off, then pinched with its weak claw, too. “Charmeleon, use slash on that Ekans!” The Charmeleon readied its claw to help its team mate. Lilly gave a quick command “Ekans, move!” the Ekans forced the Machop to face Charmeleon right when the attack started. Charmeleon ended up hitting its own team mate. Ekans quickly bit the Charmeleon’s arm while it was there, injecting some venom into the victim, but not a lot. It wouldn’t have made any effect. “Poochyena, howl!” The Poochyena howled into the Krabby’s face, stunning it momentarily. Enough to get free from its grip. “Now do a sand attack!” The Poochyena threw some sand into the Krabby’s eyes, blinding it while it scrambled around. Ekans finally gave in to the Machop’s strength and let go. It slithered a bit away to give some distance. “Machop, karate chop that Poochyena!” said the third guy. Machop felt like attacking the Ekans, but followed orders and hit the Poochyena dead on. Poochyena was staggering to get back up. The Machop was looking weak from the poison and crushing, though. The Charmeleon still looked healthy. “Charmeleon, flamethrower the snake!” Charmeleon launched a blast of fire to Ekans, who tried dodging the hit, but its tail got caught. “Krabby, metal claw the Poochyena!” the Krabby was unable to see but went through with the order. It ended up hitting the Machop with its attack, the second friendly fire. “Poochyena, tackle the Machop!” yelled Lilly. The Poochyena hit Machop hard and had knocked it down. It was trying to get up, but the poison had affected it too much by then. It couldn’t muster the strength to go on. The man recalled his pokemon without a word. Didn’t send out another one or make a sound. Lilly found this suspicious but kept attacking. “Ekans, screech, then use bite!” Lilly quickly ordered. “Charmeleon, use flamethrower!” But it was too late. The Ekans started screeching loudly, which stunned the Charmeleon before it could use its attack. Ekans slithered up to the Charmeleon and used bite, finally injecting enough venom into the pokemon to make an effect. The Charmeleon started wobbling, trying to stay balanced, it’s ears ringing from the sound based move. “Krabby, quick, use a bubblebeam!” Ted yelled. The Krabby had finally rubbed the sand out its eyes and launched the attack towards the Ekans, which was still biting the Charmeleon. The Charmeleon was hit and fell to the ground, unable to get up. “Poochyena,” Lilly quickly ordered an attack before any response could be made, “tackle!” The Poochyena rammed itself into the crab pokemon, forcing it back, but no knock out. It was now a two on one fight. Good odds. Lilly smiled, relieved knowing she’d win. “Krabby,” Ted tried issuing a command. “use a-“ Lilly cut him off. “Poochyena, tackle again!” Lilly ordered. Poochyena gave it it’s all on this strike. It slammed itself into its foe, and then fell over itself, weak from all the battling. The Krabby had fainted from the blow. “YES!” Lilly exclaimed, then a sudden grab on her arms shocked her. It was the guy with the Machop. He had snuck behind her during the battle and she didn’t even notice. He took her pokeballs and recalled her pokemon, throwing her pokeballs behind him. The other guys started moving towards Lilly, as she was struggling to escape the man’s grip. Ted grabbed one arm, and the other guy held the other. The guy with the knife was in front of her. “Let me tell ya somethin’, toots,” the guy with the knife started. “Pokemon battles? They’re a waste of time.” Lilly’s face went white again from the fear of what she thought was going to happen. “Y’see, we can’t leave a witness to what we’re doin’ here. If the authorities know we’re here, we’d be in big trouble. And now we’ll just have to end a pretty face like yours … pity …” he held the knife up to Lilly’s chest. Lilly started to tear up and was struggling to break free. A few Zubat had flown in and started swarming the Slowpoke tails. “Hey! HEY! That’s our money there!” yelled the one with the knife. “Ted, Duke, hold ‘er still while I take care of the pests.” He ran off to the tail pile to get the Zubat away. He got real close, then a voice came from the well. “Zubat, supersonic!” all the Zubat simultaneously screeched into the guy’s ears. He tried to put his hands over his ears, but it was still too much for him to take. He fell to the ground, letting go of the knife, trying to block out the sound. “Who was that?!” yelled Duke, letting go to look around. Kurt was slowly walking in, hunched over in pain. Lilly freed herself from Ted in that instant and ran over to Kurt, grabbing her pokemon in the process. Lilly quickly sent out her Ekans to ward off Ted and Duke. The Zubat stopped screeching, and the guy with the knife slowly wobbled up, ears bleeding. “Heh …” Kurt started, “good thing I brought those pokeballs with me.” The Zubat flew back to Kurt, flying around him and Lilly. Duke and Ted ran back to help their partner. He pushed them away, picking the knife back up. He started walking toward Kurt and Lilly. “Zubat …” Kurt started. The man stopped at that line. “Lilly … do you have a phone on you?” Lilly looked at Kurt confused for a bit, but then started rummaging through her bag. She picked out a device in there, the TADS. “This looks like it has a phone function, let’s try it.” She handed the device the Kurt who contacted law enforcement. After the call, he started. “You know … I don’t have any more pokeballs on me, they were all meant for finding a Slowpoke … I don’t suppose you could catch one while I keep these criminals here?” Lilly just gave him a look like ‘Are you crazy?’. “I can keep these guys here. Besides, the festival needs a Slowking. Go give it to Bugsy. Here’s the King’s Rock you need to give Slowpoke for the trade.” Kurt handed Lilly the item and the TADS back. She nodded and ran off back towards the entrance in search of a Slowpoke. She looked only for moments before spotting one. One without a tail. It’d have to do. “Ekans, wrap!” the Ekans wrapped itself around the slowpoke. It seemed to have given up in just that instant. “Umm … alright … Ekans, let go.” The Ekans had let go almost as soon as it had started. Lilly threw a pokeball. One … two … three shakes, and the button lit up. “I wonder … if it was weak from its tail being cut off?” She picked up the pokeball and started to head out of the well, walking back to the town. On her way back, some officers rode past her toward the well. She had made it back to the Festival grounds. Almost everything was built entirely. She had no problem finding Bugsy, who dropped what he was doing as soon as he saw Lilly. “Where’s Kurt?” he asked, still worried. “Busy,” Lilly replied. “I have the Slowpoke if you want to trade right now.” Bugsy was relieved. “Of course I’m ready to trade. And I even have a spare Scyther with me if you want it, as thanks for helping out.” “Sure, let’s just hurry. It’s almost time for the festival!” exclaimed Lilly. They exchanged pokeballs, and Bugsy sent out the new pokemon. It was a Slowking now, and it grew back its tail in the evolution! Lilly enjoyed the night at the festival, though not saying a word about any of the events in the well. The Slowking was even enjoying its stay despite what it had been through. It pulled off some amazing tricks using its psychic power to move objects. Lilly was sad knowing this might be her last time, but she was intent on making this the best one yet.

Pass... though next time, use more than one attack to catch a Pokemon. I'll let it slide due to the reasoning given in your battle.

Brian_Link Lilly. Pass... though next time, use more than one attack to catch a Pokemon. I'll let it slide due to the reasoning given in your battle. Will do. :3 But my actual reasoning was more that it had lost it's tail and was already "damaged". But, like I said, I could have made it a bit better but decided not to worry about it. :F
