Time: 8:00 am
Weather: Grey skies, chilly. Chance of snow later that night.
Info:
It is now the beginning of December at Hinamori, and the grounds are covered by a thin layer of frost every morning. Exams are coming up, and all the students are kept busy until winter break. Especially the Court who has been in charge of the Winter Ball, which will fall on Christmas eve.
The colder weather is not the only change at the school for the elementally gifted though, there is change in the Upper Court as well. There is a new King of the Court, Naoya Lynden. He has taken the lead as the top student, due to the absence of Sebastian, the previous King, who left the school due to a family tragedy and has been gone ever since. The Court will soon be deciding on who will be the next Jack, since that position is no longer occupied.

Lunaru had gotten up around 7:00 and was all ready, but didnt really have a reason to go out in the chilly weather early. He played on his laptop for the time until 8:00 arrived. He pulled his bag over his shoulder and headed out his dorm, locking it on the way out. His feet bothered him as he walked down the busy hallway filled with other freshmen busy talking about what they are doing for Christmas. Lunaru hung his head as he walked down the hall. He wasnt sure if he'd get to go home. His mom was currently in the hospital with what they thought currently might be the flu, but is unknown. He thought of all the cords hooked up to here. It gave him goosebumps the thought of such restraint. As he thought of the heavy matters in his mind he forgot his control and began floating down the hall way. He hadnt noticed it until he reached the stairs and went to step down. As he put his foot down, he fell forward and fell down to the first landing on the steps, hitting his head on the wall.
"OOUUCH!!!" He cried out as he cheeks flush bright red in embarrassment.
He quickly stood up holding his head and ran down the rest of the steps. When he reached outside, He flew himself up into the air. He hated walking. He decided he'd fly around before breakfast and enjoy the morning air, even if it was rather cold.

 Trey awoke from her slumber, looking around her room, she half expected someone to be in there from her dream. groggily she threw her feet over the edge of her bed, she hated mornings. Really she hated getting up.
She walked over to her window, peering out, it was rather dark for morning. Somewhat depressing.. It looked like snow.. She hated the snow. That's when the earth was blanketed by the cold. And couldn't live. That was when she was her weakest.
Walking to her closest, she grabbed a black tee shirt with white sleeves, and a pair of blue jeans. Getting dressed she walked to the mirror, ruffling her fingers through her hair, wondering how she would wear it today. Sighing, she let it fall in her normal look. Making sure the brown stayed behind the blond. She thought it was really time to do a new color up front.. Maybe green, or pink.. who knew.
She left her dorm, grabbing her books and heading to the cafeteria to await the rest of the black knights. She sat down, never being one who ate breakfast, she laid her head back down on the table, knowing she be given hell about it later. Winter time was the time she really wanted to sleep, it being the time when the Earth herself slept.

Jay, who was laying in the snow wearing only a t-shirt and pants, his jacket being used as a import to pillow lay under his head, the snow around him melted due to his raised body heat. He loved the winter, seeing all those non fire users suffer from the cold. He pitied them, but only slightly.
When he saw Lunaru fly over head he sat up grabbing his jacket and throwing it over his shoulder, allowing his body heat to lower slightly, making it closer to normal standards he reached into the snow and picked up a handful. After awhile he had in his had a rather large snow ball. “OH NO! LUNARU! WATCH OUT!” He bellowed as he whipped the snow ball at his fellow Court member. Truly, the winter was his favourite season of all.

When Misa finally arrived at her destination at the school garden, she was absolutely awed. Everything in the garden was frosted white and glittered in the weak sunlight. Settling herself on one of the wooden benches, she admired a nearby maple tree, it's red lace like leaves still firmly attached to the branches. The deep burgandy leaves were coated in droplets of frozen water and looked like rubies.
It's a frozen wonderland...Misa mused as her blue grey gaze roamed the rest of the frosted foilage. It's lovely. She thought as she shivered some more from the cold seeping into her body. Cupping her mittened hands together, she summoned a small whitish blue flickering flame, a will o' wisp of flame that would not burn her. That's better, she thought smiling behind the warm fabric of her scarf.

Lunaru heard some one call out to him. When he went to look he was nailed with a snow ball right in the face. When hit he went out of control and went flying into a fur tree near by. As he hit the tree, he fell through the branches getting cut up by pine needles and covered in sap as he fell. He landed on the ground with a loud thud. He stood up teary eyed and used his wind abilities to flush him clean of all the pine needles. He would have to go back to wash off the sap however. Lunaru was furious know where the voice had come from. He walked out of the trees with the wind blowing around him wildly. He then put his hand up and Shot a large concussive wind bullet at Jay.
"Oh no, Jay, look out!!" He shouted sarcastically.
He laughed as the bullet landed infront of jay instead of hitting him, blowing snow up all over Jay.
"Wind and snow make a better combo than fire and snow, eh Jay?" Lunaru giggled out as he walked toward the cafeteria laughing with a huge smile on his face.
Inside he knew he wanted to use a wind blade right at Jays hand and cut it off, or launch him into a tornado. He was so mad, but he didnt want to get expelled and such attacks took time to prepare and alot of energy, or atleast the tornado depending on the size.
"Maybe i should of just blown him into the next county?" Lunaru thought to himself as he rounded the corner into the cafeteria.
When he stepped inside he saw Trey. Now knowing where he shouldnt sit, he still wanted to sit with Trey, she was his first friend and he didnt get to talk to her much. He sat down next to her.
"I bet it drains you so much not being able to be with the earth exactly now that its covered in snow. However, i know how you feel about that feeling the earth thing, and i gotta tell you it really hurts." He said with a giggle, "So sleepy still? i know its early and all. anything new?"

 Cyclone got up from from his bed a yawned.
"Well... it's snowing and cold... so not the weather for a fire element," He complained. "But I can't really complain about it, I can't control the weather... unfortunately" He sighed and changed into his uniform, he looked at it. "I hate wearing white, it doesn't suit me," He examined his unifom careful and focused on all of it's features "but it's better than wearing black... I feel sorry for the Court members though, but maybe they like black," He said walking outside looking around the white covered area. "I hate snow..."

Ivan got out of bed and sat up. He looked out at the frozen land.
"Man, It really was snowing wasn't it... I wish E.V. was here," He said to himself remembering his pet. He put on his uniform and finally his black cap. "This looks okay," He said observing himself he put on a jacket and walked outside and saw the Ace. He waved to her. "Hello Ms. Mikami," He called walking over to her. "How are you today?

Trey looked at him, a look of confusion on her face. She yawned and sat up. Looking down she realized something... No uniform. Her eyes widen as she looked at Lunaru. "Sorry. I have to go back to my room!"
She quickly ran out the cafeteria and down the halls until she was back at her dorm. She quickly put her uniform on, she hated wearing these things. She fingered through her hair once more and ran back out the door.
When she realized that she would be late if she went back to the cafeteria, she threw her bag over her shoulder, walking up to the classes, they would be starting right about the time she made it to the door.
Entering the classroom, she took her seat in the back, she placed her book bag at her feet, pulling only a notebook and pen out from her bag, doodling until the rest of the class arrived.

 Riku looked both ways, he had once again slipped into the announcement area. It was time for his weekly news update... of course, it wasn't teacher approved propaganda; therefore, they'd try and stop him. But, he had planned ahead. He had brought Ken with him. Looking both ways, he saw a teacher watching the door from a distance. Riku would not be fooled. He did a silent countdown, and when he reached zero, he and Ken both bolted into the room, and locked it. Sighing in relief as the teacher began banging in the door, he walked over to the speaker and turned it on. "Hello all you wonderful students. This is your resident Black Knight Bishop, here for the weekly whatever... well, the whatever whenever announcements. First, we'll start with the weather. If you look outside, you'll probably see an overcast and maybe a light snow. It's supposed to get heavier throughout the week. Don't rejoice, as you won't be getting out of school because we live here. Next, is our listener favorite, the Teacher Gossip corner..." He continued on for a bit, making jokes about teachers, the principle losing hair, and other things teacher related. When he heard the door begin to open, Riku changed his voice. "Once again, our show might be cut short at around this time. However, I brought a special guest for our talk show. The Black Knight's favorite Knight, Ken. And he will melt the lock." Riku nodded at Ken, and a sound of fire could be heard. "And that is the wonderous sound of the lock in the door melting. Don't worry we can pay for it. If you're wondering how, let's just say we've found a lot of pennies... anyway, it is now time for the second best part, Ask Riku! Send your texts to my cell, and I will answer the first five I get. The number is 673-2441. That's 673-2441." Riku was laughing on the inside, he could hear the teachers outside screaming and banging on the door. They'd have to cut it down.

Rolling to her side, Astin opened her eyes slightly looking at the clock on her nightstand it toke a few blinks for her to register the time. She jumped up suddenly and getting caught up in her sheets, fell face forward to the ground. The chill from her open window had settled on the floor, and Astin shivered crawling up off the floor and throwing her sheets to the bed. She yawned as she walked to the window her face brightening as she saw the snow, though the morning announcements could be heard across the grounds reaching Astin's ears and she frowned. It was too early for Black Knights to be causing trouble.
She shut her window after petting the vine the creeped up to her window adding life to the otherwise lifeless earth. Though she knew that it was merely sleeping and while others thought of the Earth as dead during the winter she merely saw it as warming up for its grandest performance. Turning away from the window she quickly went to her closet and pulled out her uniform wearing an extra shirt underneath and a pair of shorts as her skirt was shorter on her than some of the other students and she didn't want t a slip up. As she sat in front of her vanity, Astin combed her blonde hair out and added a subtle amount of makeup just enough to make it look natural.
Satisfied with her appearance, Astin grabbed her bag and strolled down the hall towards the A/V room where announcements where made and watched for a moment as the teachers scrambled trying to open the door. She knew it wouldn't be a workout for her seeing as it was a wood door she could easily make it weak in a point and kick it in, but the question was, was it really worth ruining her entertainment watching the teachers scramble about. She knew her duty as a Court member would be to help but, she was enjoying this scene to much.

Jay chuckled to himself as he drummed his fingers on his desk. “I really should do something about this...” However, he was enjoying it too much. He slowly pulled out his cell phone and keyed in Riku’s number. He began to type in on the keypad How long do you think you have? I can offer some help if you want... However, it will come at a price. Once the message was complete he hit send.
“Just to be safe...” he muttered to himself as he headed towards the announcement area, his feet dragging behind him as he kept walking. Finally when he was close enough he leaned on the wall, out of sight of the teachers and watched, shaking his head as he did. That was when Jay noticed a fellow Court member.
"Ah, Austin, enjoy the show huh?" He questioned placing his hand on her shoulder. "Want me to... deal with them or shall we watch a moment longer?"

Astin moved violently away from the lower court member, "If your going to attempt to start a conversation with me, at least get my name right."
She walked towards the door, motioning for the teachers to move and placing her hand in the door, she felt the wood grow weaker letting the weakness move down in a straight line from top to bottom. Satisfied, Astin stepped back and raised her knee up across her chest preparing for a vertical kick and then she swung her hip while extending her raised leg outward, striking the weak spot in the door with the outside edge of her foot. The door cracked down the middle and she pushed her way in looking at two Black Knights.
"Well your getting into trouble rather early."

 Aurelia walked in the hallways with her eyes closed, her head throbbing due to the overnighter she had just pulled. I hate history...and math... She thought miserably, one hand up to her head, two fingers rubbing her temple. Everything she heard seemed to sound louder than usual, and the cold weather didn't help at all. I should be more organized. If I had used my time better, then I wouldn't have to cram for that exam for do that project last minute... What more, with ideas for Winter Ball, the Queen felt that she had enough on her plate as it is.
Her thoughts were disturbed by the school broadcast, the intercom only making it worse. An announcement...? It should be broadcasted later-- Hearing Riku's voice Aurelia shook her head. You have to be kidding me... Even if it was Riku's voice, she knew that it was up to no good. What more, Ken's stunt pulled her over the edge. You, pay for it? You better... Today was not her day, and she didn't want to deal with the Black Knights at all. However,she she changed her course, knowing that even if she was late to class she would be forgiven.Arriving at the announcement room, Aurelia was angry, and she didn't care who she was talking to or what was going to happen. Seeing that Astin and Jay were already there made her feel a little better, but she was still pissed. "Riku, turn off the intercom, please." She asked, her jaw set as she endured the pain in her head.

Trey sighed as she heard the voice of the Bishop over the intercom, "s**t" was all she could say. It was way to early to be dealing with this. She rose from the seat and made her way to the announcement room. Watching as Astin kicked in the door.
She couldn't help but smirk, as she saw Ken and Riku on the inside of the door, pulling her cell phone out. She texts the number that she already had saved to speed dial.
You guys are in so much trouble. was the message, she quickly pressed send and then walked to the door with a smirk on her face. The stunt was pretty clever, and it did put a pause on classes starting. So she had to hand it to them.
"Awe, come on queeny, Give them a break." she spoke, knowing that she'd only piss the white queen off, she leaned against the open door way, shaking her head at the two.
